Thanks so much!! We know you can do it! All the best.
Nice & simple beach front property.I miss the provincial life.
food forest maybe a seed library and ecosan toilet, keeping it green forsure, a forever home ... ganda! I'm inspired!
Thanks watching! Original plan was to include a composting toilet however we weren't sure what the guests would think about it so we went traditional. Best of luck with your future plans! ❤

This is how I want to live after retirement
It's definitely a nice chill way to live. Wishing you all well on your journey. ❤

"We have the ocean already so we don't need a pool"
i was thinking of having a pool in San Juan LU as well and this struck me ! The ocean is around 6kms away though. Torn.
We're only a 100m from the beach but it's always nice hanging pool side. I think we'll compromise and add a small dunk pool. 😂. Stop by if your ever in Baler. ❤
@@DuonBaler I hope I remember to go there when we go back to the Philippines! Havent been to Baler and it's still in the bucketlist
Yung babae Kamukha ni DIWATA ?
D b madaling masira ang bamboo na bakod?
sustainable is the key. its in the title of the video its what they said in the video...its simle, cheaper , easier, locally available, natural material, homey feel , cooler has airflow and doesn't absorb heat, concrete is more secure last longer but doesn't have the qualities mentioned above..feel like your in prison and the heat reflected and absorption makes it hotter...look at japan/korea traditional gardens/homes still use natural materials like bamboo....the fastest growing plant/cheap/local/sustainable/beautiful. Germany is one of the worlds processor/user of bamboo without a single bamboo tree in the country...they just see bamboo as a great resource for building materials....don't belittle the simple bamboo foreign countries love them and many countries earn billions from processing bamboo. research bali and how they use bamboo...research how many billions china makes from processing bamboo, only the philippines is NOT making $$ from bamboo even south america is processing/selling bamboo based products earning Millions of dollars per year. Bamboo is not madaling masira you have to learn the proper way to use/treat/process...can last a long time. do research on how the japanese does it. and what the germans do to it...these are the smartest people in the world they know.
ayoko n mg comment🤪
I am planning to retire in the Philippines, we have the same taste this is what I have in mind. #COOL
