Ang galing! kuhang kuha niya ung mga tiny homes sa ibang bansa. I can definitely relate sa interest niya dun sa tiny homes kasi I've been going through the same rabbit hole watching different channels ng tiny homes. Nakakatuwa kasi maski ung DIY coil water heater ginawa niya rin. Kulang lang at di niya sinama ung price nung project.

I love the Filipino elements and the native style. And the tropical plants and landscape are beautiful. Architects should promote a Filipino style architecture instead of always trying to be Bali style, Santorini style, have your own brand and identity. Modern tropical with Filipino elements should be the hotels and resorts in all the tourist islands. The only thing I don't understand is Filipinos will build this nice house but surrounding it will be garbage. It ruins the entire thing. Local people are not bothered with a pile of garbage on vacant lots on public street. It's disgusting to look at if you're not used to it.

Tiny homes as a concept is nice…however, I see it only for the younger crowd. Loft sleeping is not ideal for seniors and elderly people…they need a one-level place for obvious reasons.

So build a single floor tiny house simple a lot of elders and seniors have 1 floor tiny houses or have 1 bedroom downstairs and the upstairs can be for visitors
