Ang galing! kuhang kuha niya ung mga tiny homes sa ibang bansa. I can definitely relate sa interest niya dun sa tiny homes kasi I've been going through the same rabbit hole watching different channels ng tiny homes. Nakakatuwa kasi maski ung DIY coil water heater ginawa niya rin. Kulang lang at di niya sinama ung price nung project.

Tiny house on wheel as a concept and to provide experience but it doesn't work as intended (hitting the road as rental space on the go).

Its a lucrative business waiting to happen. Imagine kung wala nang mga squatters areas and tiny homes are put up in its place.
Tiny homes as a concept is nice…however, I see it only for the younger crowd. Loft sleeping is not ideal for seniors and elderly people…they need a one-level place for obvious reasons.

Can you really use that sink beside the toilet? I can't imagine how a person can stand on the very small space between the toolet and the sink. 🤔
I think its functional…but I wish they put a pull-up levered faucet instead of yung de-pihit, for hygiene reasons.
