You’re welcome, Tracy! 😊
pre-op and meat sounds nice i am on a 2 week liquid diet I wont have food in my body till 1ish weeks after surgery and that be apple sauce and maybe cottage cheese lol rip sanity lol
You got this! Trust the process ❤❤❤
Could you recommend some good food for breakfast to eat in the 5 week post op phase? Because I’m tired of eating the same things eggs, grits or apple cinnamon oatmeal can I try strawberry oatmeal packets?

What about ibuprofen??? I work and need pain relief!
Absolutely not. NO NSAIDS of any kind. Lol
i am so confused because science has proven that low carb shrinks the liver so like i could have been eating chicken and broccli for a week lol but i did what the doctor said and doing full liquods lol its a pain but i guess since after surgery its all i can do for a while I be used to it by then. heck what they say 21 days to make a permenant habit i wont even want to eat food again lol chewing will probbaly hurt hahha
Hi! This is what our company does, other companies may have different pre-op diets. It is about shrinking the liver because surgeons have to work around it and lift it to get to your stomach. It makes the surgery easier for the surgeon and recovery easier for you.
