Hungarian mac'n'cheese from a city called Orosháza: Make a Hungarian stew ("pörkölt") base by chopping and sweating a large onion or two in oil or fat (not butter). Pull it aside from the fire, add a teaspoonful of Hungarian paprika powder ("édesnemes," not the spicy hot variety), mix with the onions, and turn it back on the fire again. Now, if this was regular "pörkölt" you would add cubed meat now, but since it's not, add hard, melty cheese of any kind which you have previously grated. I like smoked cheese, but that kind won't fully melt. Mix and melt with the paprika-y onions, then add what you would add if this was a meat "pörkölt" which you wanted to turn into "paprikás," that is to say, add sour cream so that it would become a creamy, bechamel looking mixture. Let it bubble for a bit, then add your cooked elbow pasta, mix, enjoy.

Here you go bulgarian chicken noodle soup: Clean the chicken thighs and remove the skin. (Save the skin) Place them in a pot with 1l of water and put the heat on high. Wash and chop the carrots, parsnip, onion and potatoes and put in the pot with the chicken. Let it boil for 30min on low heat. Break the spaghetti and add them to the pot. Keep it boiling until all ingredients are fully cooked. Take the chicken thighs out and shred the meat off the bone. Place the meat back in soup pot. Separate the egg yolk from the egg white and mix the yolk with the yogurt in a large bowl. Slowly add some of the broth to the egg/ yogurt mixture, do not rush it or the egg will split from the heat. Add 2-3 full ladles of the broth and then do the same from the bowl to the soup pot. Put back the egg/yogurt broth mixture back in the pot by pouring it slowly and turn off the heat. The egg will be cooked already. Add the chopped bell peppers and parsley and finish it with 1 tbsp of butter. *if you're feeling fancy* - fry up the skin, sprinkle it on top for some chicken crunch Mix it all in and the soup is ready.

FutureCanoe this message probably won't make it but pls make bakmi ayam kampung (or radioactive chicken) from Indonesia Here is the Ingredients list: For noods: 500 gr (All purpose flour) 3-4 tbs (cornstarch) 100 ml water 3 whole eggs 2-3 tbs (Lye Water) Salt and Pepper to taste For everything else: 1 Radioactive chicken MSG, salt and Pepper to taste Garlic, shallot oil Sesame oil Soy sauce Bok choy Scallions Preparation Noods: 1. Mix dry ingredients, salt, pepper until smooth 2. Place on the table the dry ingredients that have been mixed evenly, (clean flat surface) 3.Make a hole in the middle (like making a volcano) break the egg inside 4.Knead until combined, add to the bowl/container. 5.Pour in the water & gray water slowly while kneading (for more than 30-40 minutes, you can also use a KitchenAid with a dough attachment) - This is the most important step because it determines the elasticity of the noodles. 6.Once smooth, cut the dough into 5 parts (5 portions) 7.Flatten each piece, continue to roll until smooth, then grind it into noodles. (You can dust it with flour so it doesn't stick) Broth: 1.Fillet chicken however you like (or use radioactive chicken thighs and breasts) 2. Boil with 1 tbs of salt, 2 teaspoon MSG and 1 teaspoon white pepper on high heat for around 30 min (PS: the meat also comes from here so no extra work) The rest of the steps: 1.In a bowl combine 1 tbs of garlic oil, 1/2 tbs sesame oil, 1 teaspoon soysauce, 1 teaspoon of MSG, and a pinch of white pepper 2. Boil ur noods until preferred texture is usually around 40 seconds 3. Combine ur noods into the bowl full of oil 4. Add Chicken that came from broth (Don't forget to cut up into strips) 5. Blanch Bok Choy for 1-2 minutes 6 . Add scallions 7 .Enjoy! I'd appreciate it if u actually made this. Alright Thank u!

U think he would take the sponsorship knowing their past
we in comments know betterhelp is a bad company. at least they are paying canoe. super easy to skip the ad in the vid. let him get paid
Happy hippos is top tier for sure, I can only find it around Christmas time here so it’s a stock up item for me!
Where is that? They’re available all year round in the UK?
I live in the states. At a normal grocery store I just see them around the holiday.
We have them here all year round here in New Zealand 🇳🇿 THEY ARE MY FAVORITE!! I eat waaaay too many lol!

That is actually how roman style pizza looks. They are often square and thicker. Everyone assosiates Italy with Neapolitan, but that's just one style. Roman is great :D
Yeah I think he thinks Roman means Ancient Roman

Agree. That prep was so haphazard in a funny way 😅
XD
Please listen to the comments about Better Help! Don’t take their sponsor money!

Make Indonesian Mie Goreng DukDuk!!
(It's called dukduk bc the seller used to make a 'duk duk' sound by hitting a piece of bamboo while they walk around the housing complex).
Ingredients: boiled dried noodles, pak choy, shallots, garlic, sesame oil, msg, salt, white pepper, sweet soy sauce, 'raja rasa' sauce, eggs, oil.
Mince some garlic & shallot, and some pak choy.
Add oil to the pan, sautee the garlic and shallot, then add pak choy and noodles. Season with all the seasonings (except the sesame oil).
In the same pan, scramble some eggs, once the eggs cooked, mix it with the noodles. Lower the heat then finish with some sesame oil.

Here you go bulgarian chicken noodle soup:
Clean the chicken thighs and remove the skin. (Save the skin)
Place them in a pot with 1l of water and put the heat on high.
*if you're feeling fancy* - fry up the skin, sprinkle it on top for some chicken crunch
Mix it all in and the soup is ready.
Hey FC, since Passover is coming up, I recommend getting into the weird, wet, and wild world of Ashkenazi Jewish food. Noodle kugel, matzo ball soup, gefilte fish and kishka are some of my family favorites, and I would absolutely love to see you give them a go! Love the content man!

I recommend a peculiar sweet, cake-like noodle dish from Hungary called vergabéles. It is made with vermicelli/angel hair noodles, puff pastry, quark/cottage cheese and optionally, raisins and sugar. you can find some pretty accurate tutorials for it on youtube with questionable noodle choices, but vermicelli is the most common in my experience.

Kinder is an Italian brand. It was created by Ferrero, an Italian confectionery company, which is also known for products like Ferrero Rocher, Nutella, and Tic Tac.
To be fair it has strong association with Germany, not just the name but also the earliest product launches were mainly in Italy and Germany so it’s easy to mistake
I am happy FutureCanoe at least isn't deleting comments (rightly) against BetterHelp as some other creators do. You should just not take the sponsor. They do not deserve to recover or do better. They deserve to fail and go bankrupt. Creators should be the ones doing better by not supporting them.

2. Cook, stirring constantly, for 10-15 minutes.
3. Ready milk pasta put on a plate, add butter and stir. The soup is ready!

Tocino Ramyun
Ingredients
1 Shin Ramyun
1 150g Pork Tocino
Cooking Oil except Olive
Salt
Pepper
MSG
Place the tocino in a pan, no need to defrost, cover with water.
Season with a pinch of salt, pepper and msg.
Bring to a boil, lower the heat and let it simmer until the water is completely reduced.
Add 1 tablespoon of cooking oil, medium-high heat, stir fry until the tocino turns dark red and with some black spots.
Prepare the Shin Ramyun normally and add the tocino on top.
Add cheese and spring onions if you are feeling fancy.
Thanks!!
Hi FutureCanoe! Love the your vids, just wanted to let u know the scallion pancake u made - more so the technique - it is very common here in India. Goes by the name 'Laccha Paratha' - laccha means layers and paratha is type of Indian flat bread. 👍🏻👍🏻

i'm american so we don't rly have any of our own noodle dishes, so here's some asian food i like. (may not be authentic idk)
Soften 1 bag maifun noodles (dry) in boiled water NOT BOILING, FRESHLY BOILED for 10 minutes
Scramble four extra large eggs (use more or less eggs depending on taste) and fry SO IT'S RLY COOKED, BUT NOT BURNT
add hot oil to a pan. once it's hot, add finely minced garlic (or use a garlic press)
add one sliced carrot and the white part of some scallions (do the diagonal cut thing) and one whole green cabbage chopped onto strips about 1/2 inch wide. add 1 tbsp. water and cover with a lid till soft (about seven minutes)
remove lid and add soy sauce, oyster sauce, more garlic, and rice wine vinegar. stir in your noodles and add more sauce to taste. add eggs and stir. throw in some meat if you want. top with green part of scallions.
serves four.

Swiss alpine macaroni (one pot):
100g bacon
1-2 onion (into slices)
2-4 garlic cloves
-> fry together until brown, set aside
400g waxy potatoes (cubes)
400g macaroni
5dl full cream milk
2dl cream
-> cook all together until al dente
250-300g gruyere cheese/raclette (NO AMERICAN CHEESE!)
-> stir into the mixture
-> salt, pepper
-> on plate: one portion of the mix and then the bacon and onion on top
-> if you like, applesauce on the side as well
Oh lol I’ve just written another comment suggesting this hahah. Are you Swiss German or smth else?
The best noodle recepies from germany are italian pasta recepies in my opinion.
But we have Käsespätzle. I think it is the german version of mac'n'cheese.
And we've got Maultaschen - stuffed pasta dough, rolled up and served in a soup. You can also fry them up to get them crispy. Just ask Google :D

for future canoe
Is Future canoe actually a home-o?
Common occurrence in men
FutureCanoe this message probably won't make it but pls make bakmi ayam kampung (or radioactive chicken) from Indonesia
Here is the Ingredients list:
For noods:
500 gr (All purpose flour)
3-4 tbs (cornstarch)
100 ml water
3 whole eggs
2-3 tbs (Lye Water)
Salt and Pepper to taste
For everything else:
1 Radioactive chicken
MSG, salt and Pepper to taste
Garlic, shallot oil
Sesame oil
Soy sauce
Bok choy
Scallions
Preparation
Noods:
1. Mix dry ingredients, salt, pepper until smooth
2. Place on the table the dry ingredients that have been mixed evenly, (clean flat surface)
3.Make a hole in the middle (like making a volcano) break the egg inside
4.Knead until combined, add to the bowl/container.
5.Pour in the water & gray water slowly while kneading (for more than 30-40 minutes, you can also use a KitchenAid with a dough attachment) - This is the most important step because it determines the elasticity of the noodles.
6.Once smooth, cut the dough into 5 parts (5 portions)
7.Flatten each piece, continue to roll until smooth, then grind it into noodles. (You can dust it with flour so it doesn't stick)
Broth:
1.Fillet chicken however you like (or use radioactive chicken thighs and breasts)
2. Boil with 1 tbs of salt, 2 teaspoon MSG and 1 teaspoon white pepper on high heat for around 30 min
(PS: the meat also comes from here so no extra work)
The rest of the steps:
1.In a bowl combine 1 tbs of garlic oil, 1/2 tbs sesame oil, 1 teaspoon soysauce, 1 teaspoon of MSG, and a pinch of white pepper
2. Boil ur noods until preferred texture is usually around 40 seconds
3. Combine ur noods into the bowl full of oil
4. Add Chicken that came from broth (Don't forget to cut up into strips)
5. Blanch Bok Choy for 1-2 minutes
6 . Add scallions
7 .Enjoy!
I'd appreciate it if u actually made this. Alright Thank u!
