I've been using this product for one week... Washing my face with it when I come home from work around 5pm, and then one more time before I go to sleep. I wash my face and leave it on for the 2-3 mins recommendation and following up with a moisturizer. Here are my thoughts so far: 1) The product doesn't dry my skin, but I did experience some irritation around my eyes the first couple of days, even though I didn't apply it anywhere near my eyes. I do put moisturizer on my eyes, so they say that could be the issue as it can trap the "leftover" products and cause irritation. 2) So far... I'm still breaking out... Again, I've only been using it for a week, and I am hopeful for this product, as it seems to be working for some people. 3) Avoid applying anything else after other than moisturizer... before this product, I did use to apply toner and niacinamide serum to my routine, but it caused some irritation, so I'd stopped.
@@sunfvalleyI am using the 10%. Acne are still there. At first I was hopeful that it was skin purging, but apparently skin purging only lasts 3-4 weeks. In my case, it’s been nearly 2 and a half months.

I want to finish it so it doesn’t go to waste, but I can say this product may work for some, but for someone like me who struggled with acne her whole life, it’s not working for me. If you don’t have any acne at all, this product is actually good for making your blackheads less visible. That’s the only pro, I guess. 😢
Since Benzoyl peroxide is an active ingredient you cannot mix it with other active ingredients such as nicinamide , vitamin C etc.also you cannot apply benzoyl peroxide overnight instead use it as a spot mask for 30-60 mins. And apply it alternate days not continusly everyday!. Hope this helps 😊 Edit - guys im just sharing my skincare knowledge and its not like im a professional or something.
I was using cheap generic benzoyl peroxide from Walgreens. It worked great. I switched to Panoxyl and it’s not working. Maybe I need to leave it on longer.
Most benzoyl peroxide cleansers have more surfactants in them which also increases penetration of the BP. Panoxyl is very creamy and non-drying due to less and more gentle surfactants. However that means the BP needs more time to penetrate your skin.

No do not use it every day I got pimples all over my face and since I started using it correctly my face has never been this smooth so use it 2-3 times in a week

100% true about the whole bleaching thing. I used to wash my face with s shirt on and all of them got totally ruined from this facewash lmao. At least my acne is gone 😂
It’s for people who don’t fully wash off the residue. The residue can bleach your fabric and stuff. It’s why people usually just use a face rag for it.

It's okay to use it on your skin. A lot of dermatologists recommend using 4% on your face and 10% on your body
I've never experienced benzoyl peroxide bleaching anything I own. I've used topical and wash at 10% and 4%.
