If that was all his voice he wouldn't need a microphone at all since he already has one on him for the interview. He does change his voice and I'm not trying to take away from him that he is excellent, but this is obviously not him alone. Netflix has shared a clip from the recording studio of Jamie recording Vecna's voice and impressive as that is, it doesn't sound like this. Vecna's voice is post-processed in the show.
