    Can we use dark choclate instead of white choclate

      Not recommended tho, Dark chocolate contain more cocoa solids in it, which will effect the texture of the cake. But no harm in giving it a try. Just reduce the quantity by around 10-15%

    Looks really good, but wkndering if its super sweet with the sugar, melted white choc and white choc chunks added. If we omit the melted white choc and just use the sugar does this alter the texture or taste significantly?

      Hey thanks for watching, glad u liked the recipe, to answer your questions, since the cream cheese is slightly salty it will balance the sweetness of the brownie, however you can remove the white chocolate chunks out of the recipe or replace it will dark chocolate to reduce the sweetness, and can reduce the sugar by 10%. Let’s keep the melted chocolate as it is or else it will effect the texture of our brownie.Hope it answers your questions, pls feel free to reach out if you need more clarification 😃

    Thank you for the lovely recipe 🙂 May I please ask if the White chocolate you are using is Baking/ Cooking Chocolate ? And if yes is it compulsory to Use Baking Chocolate ? Or it is ok to use any white chocolate like Milky Bar ? Would that work too ?🙂
    Can't wait to try it out soon 😁

      Sorry for the late reply( in fact super late 😅) yes I use couverture chocolate. U can try with commercial chocolates. But then there are chances that it will burn and won’t give the perfect texture to your cakes. Hope that helps you. Happy baking 👍

    Thanks for sharing 😊 one question! 250g sugar isn't overly sweet please?

    • @PASTRYOLOGYByVimal
      @PASTRYOLOGYByVimal  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Not exactly, the saltiness of cream cheese will compensate the overall sweetness. However, you can reduce it upto 200gms if necessary 👍

    Can I use coco butter instead of dairy butter?

    • @PASTRYOLOGYByVimal
      @PASTRYOLOGYByVimal  ปีที่แล้ว

      No, because the properties of cacao butter and diary butter is completely different which will effect the texture of the brownie and icing.
