Test driving an '90 Eddie Bauer here soon. What do yall think?
Yup! in my area still have a li'l lot of these on the road, plus mine, a 1992 F150 4x4 manual 5 spd, inline six 300, a beast, with high mileage, and still run great..
I currently own 4 of these trucks, and have previously owned many of them. Watching this video makes me proud. I don’t know how but it gives me a good home feeling driving these around my rural countryside. I will be buying the new bronco after it comes out.
I purchased a new blue and white 1979 Bronco with the quad front shocks, captain chairs, 400 engine, roll bar and every option available. The most incredible vehicle I ever owned. I traded it for a 1984 Toyota FJ60. I regret that day.
I still own what I think is the last of the REAL compact pickups built. 2011 v6 Ford Ranger XLT 4x4 extended cab. its built of real steal and minimal computer garbage. Todays ford trucks are thin stamped metal and 4cyl engines with a turbo to force power out of something it shouldn't. Has a standard trans and not some computer drives 8 speed automatic. It has 63k miles on it and has never seen the dealer since driving it away in December of 2010. Ill keep it over any small new truck today.

Wow, talk about a throwback. That blue F150 at 4:30 looks identical to my step-dad's old '95 F150 that he bought new many years ago. That was a great truck

My aunt said Ford estimated a life expectancy of 71 for folks who were in the paint shop at this time due to the shit they were breathing in. My grandfather died last year at 70.
One of these old Michigan Truck Plant videos has my grandfather in it, but i sadly cant find it anywhere, i actually owned the truck he was with in the video tape too for a bit, its a quick thing, but he just says "michigan truck plant" and closes the door to his truck and it shows the little sticker with the bronco and such..i remember as a kid thinking that it was super freaking cool that my grandfather was in a video tape
My Pappaw (mom's side) and my Dad were both working at this plant in 1994. Sadly, neither are in the video. Pap retired in 2004 or 2005 and Dad transferred to Livonia about 10 years ago. Pap passed away March 2022 from lung cancer. If anyone reading this remembers Sammy Thornsberry, that was him.
I’m was glad to see that guy putting the Silver Anniversary badge’s on the Currant Red ‘91 Bronco @3:02 I just bought one a month ago, and apparently they only made 2800 of that version, I can’t help but wonder if that was the one I have now ?
Those Ford F-Series and Broncos were the edge in quality and engineering from FoMoCo in 1990's Their excellent engines dead reliable an powerful engines, excellent gearboxes, especially their manuals, solid frames, generous size and comfort were a winning formula for the Blue Oval The OJ Simpson Bronco has made these truck iconic By the way, These F-Series and Broncos were also made in Venezuela by Ford Motor de Venezuela from Complete Knock Down and national components, Standard and Supercab F-Series were made, these trucks were equipped with 300 carbureted engines, 302 and 351 Windsor EFI V8 engines, 7.3 IDI Diesels for F450 only, Automatics and 5 speed manual gearboxes were offered along with two or four wheel drive options, No 300 EFI, 460 EFI 385 Series V8 or 7.3 Powerstroke engines were offered in venezuelan markets officially The only thing that killed these trucks were the very poor fuel economy, strong competition from Toyota with it's Land Cruiser Series 70 and Hylux offerings, but otherwise these trucks will almost never fail That's all folks
Let’s not forget, the first Broncos were a stolen identity of the international scout 80 🤣. Scouts we’re doing so well Ford decided to join that market and just added a touch of mustang and f-series to a scout body to produce what y’all love. Thanks INTERNATIONAL!!!!

The 1987 Ford Bronco Custom, 1988 XLT, 1989 XLT 4X4, 1990 Eddie Bauer and 1991 Nite & 25th Silver Anniversary Edition. I'll never understand why any American would buy a foreign brand truck. I live and work in the USA. I want to spend my money on other people who live and work here and pay taxes. I also don't want corporate profits going overseas. Besides that, I want to drive the best truck in the world.

These are the REAL thing. The new one is garbage. I wouldn't throw my money away on that POS.
Just 4?
New bronco pile of shit
I wouldn't buy a new bronco. I test drove one and it creaked and rattled more than my 93 f150. Plus no V8 😢.
This is awesome. I wish I could see what my 1993 Ford F-150 looked like brand new in 93.
I wish I could’ve seen my 1990 crew cab dually f350 new! It’s a conversion truck

Very nice!
Its crazy how the robots were already doing half of the job. And it was the 90s!!
Awesome..
Wondering how they done it for new Broncos today..
The 90s weren't the stone age.
It was already quite modern, especially '95 and up...
Are you joking? They've been around since 70's
Awww the video means a lot to me because it shows me the very people who probably help build my 1995 f150 xlt 5.0 short bed!.

1990,s Ford trucks are still my favorite.
300 6 AKA 4.9l 5.0 and 7.3 power stroke are the ones I have.
The odd thing about the 302/5.0 is it was actually a 4.9l not a 5.0l. ford marketed the 5.0 with that name to keep from confusing it with the 300 i6.
Wow, talk about a throwback. That blue F150 at 4:30 looks identical to my step-dad's old '95 F150 that he bought new many years ago. That was a great truck

My 89 f250 still has its Michigan truck sticker, still going strong. (Edit) motor finally blew at 560k miles what a unit it was.
One of my cousins owns one of these gen F-150s. Such a beautiful truck
I love my 1996 F-250 it’s been very good to me.
cars transport our bodies. the bronco was created for the flight of the soul!
I remember my grandpas 95 f150. Single cab, bench seat, black and beautiful.

Fascinating to watch these old assembly line videos....guys shooting paint with no masks, hardly any PPE at all.
