As a Destiny 2 player with over 6k hours…WTF have I been doing with my life? Tried Warframe and I am addicted!
Say goodbye to another 6k hours :)
Welcome, brother.
Welcome to the fold tenno
I'm a Destiny player who's sank quite a few hours into Warframe. Currently in the process of trying to convince members of my clan in Destiny to give it a go. If I had it my way, we'd all switch to Warframe tomorrow, the clan would continue but on Warframe, and we leave Destiny by the wayside.
And odds are you haven't even gotten to THE stuff yet ^^
Warframe: "And where did that bring you? Back to me"
When a dev team cares not only for their game but for their community and the community imput then you get a game like this
yeah the developers of warfarme so cool and funny
That’s so true
The game is trash tho.
@@Blackronin357 which game is trash
@@Blackronin357 still better than destiny.
The thing to keep in mind about Warframe that you need to understand is that it's OK to take breaks and most of the time you're rewarded for it. Every update is free so if you took a break for a while you got quests and new frames and locations to visit. Also I'm nearing MR30 so take it from me to take your time with the game, there's nothing to win at the end so there's no point in rushing through it all out of frustration of drive to "catch" up to other people. Just enjoy the ride and have fun, there's very few games out there like that where you can just chill and it's not constantly asking for more and more of your time and effort and specially money just for the privilege of playing it.
I don’t know bro, had I known what was waiting for me as a reward at the end of the Sacrifice quest, I’d probably have a lot less bought primes 😂😂. Hands down one of the best game rewards I have ever got and they don’t even tell you it’s waiting for you, I been playing this game since 2017 and I just found out about it like a week ago. I won’t ruin it it here but sheesh!!!! What a game!!!!
Love the fact you can just play out of enjoying the game instead of worrying about getting so behind.
Always had an issue taking a break from Destiny, as it was always a pain trying to get back up there.
@@truthbetold06Tbf no one went into it, when it first came out, expecting to get that reward. That's what makes it special. You buying primes is on you.
@@Good_Hot_Chocolate Oh my bad for supporting a really good game that’s free, that developers work tirelessly hard on…..but yea you right that’s on me. 🤣😂🤷🏽♂️
@@truthbetold06I mean sacrifice isn’t that far in the game two weeks max to get to it if you play every day
Ey glad you come back for some casual farm runs on warframe. Imo its a game that respects your time and can earn everything free to play rather than paid, its more of an option if. Also we welcome new and old tenno alike and always happy to help along whatever new stuff is along the way.
Good to have to around again dreamer
The thing i Love about warframe is that you also dont need much to do most stuff. It gets easier with progress and becoming stronger.
A lot of stuff also, like ressources just sit there when you got the Basic things going and you will get most of it passively while playing other parts of the game.
Sure I can play ESO or SO for leveling my stuff fast, but I prefer survival or defense nodes (or Railjack missions) since I also do other stuff while I rank stuff up.
Having options is awesome after all.
@@xSoulhunterDKx indeed and they'll keep adding more stuff for us to do for free.
Kuva does not respect your time.
@@krchlap6587 well you can get a ton by simply trading in some other stuff now and by side activities so yeah
@@krchlap6587 sadly it is. Hope that something needs to address the kuva
10 year vet here who still plays daily, glad your enjoying the game! Warframes awesome and will keep improving 😁
10 year vet? I dont feel like theres many of you guys around, thank you for being one of the original members of the community that ket it blossom to what it is today
Thats cool
@@SIC-zh3bl 9 years here. We are still alive ... somehow >_>
11 años !!! desde la actualización beta 2 que juego destiny es una estafa te hicieron pagar y te lo quitaron !!!
Going on to 8 years
The biggest thing about warframe is it respects your time and pockets unlike destiny. You can play the game at your own pace and do what you want without fear of missing out do to time constraints
the most amazing thing about warframe is the fact that i’ve been playing it since 2014 and i still feel as overpowered as i did back then as i do now. i’ve been here since before you could even equip a melee, before we could parkour everywhere (spin to win was a wild era) before we had player ships, etc, and it’s truly spectacular to see the direction warframe has been going in. absolutely incredible.
I seen some old "coptering" vids. Soo glad I got to the game late lol
1. Sprint
2. Slide
3. Bullet Jump
4. (at apex of Bullet Jump)
Double Jump
5. (at apex of Double Jump)
Jump Kick/Roll into Slide
6. repeat from 1 or 3
Just traversing and moving is heads and shoulders above what destiny provides, it's amazing.
Whispers in the Walls, Angels of Zariman and Call of the Tempestarii are all solid quests. The Tempestarii for how short it was was freaking awesome.
tempestarii is a must quest even for being a side quest, itll unlock the possibility to spawn sisters lich
The Sacrifice is the only one that genuinely made me want to cry with how unbelievably tragic that was. It also made me DESPISE Ballas before even making it to The New War.
Gets burnt out by Warframe, goes to Destiny. Gets burnt out by Destiny, goes back to Warframe.
Accurate lol 😊
A perfect circle.
exactly hehe, I dont know why people think they can only focus on one game or compare them. Each game has its own thing you can enjoy equally.
Harmony
When did he ever get burnt out by Warframe?
I'm a Destiny refugee, myself. Warframe is so great. I've put about 250 hours into the game so far, and I'm at MR16.
I love how there isn't a push from the game for you to experience a certain type of content, like with Destiny. In Destiny, it all feels like working up towards doing raids. The raids are the only content worth experiencing in that game, IMO. With Warframe, it's self-guided fun. You have to work out what you want, work out how to get it, and then go get it. So one Tenno's playtime might look vastly different to another Tenno. Recently, I've fully upgraded my Molt Augmented from the Holdfasts reputation, as well as buy the void relics needed to build Nova Prime. I'm now setting my sights in Archon Hunts, farming for certain Tenet weapons, and getting Arcane Energise from the Jahu Gargoyle.
But then another Tenno who's around my level might solely be gearing up to do Steel Path! The Origin System is your oyster in that game. I'll likely get there too, I upgraded Molt Augmented and want to get a Tenet Arca Plasmor for a reason, but honestly? I just fucking love fishing in Fortuna, too.
The New War was a masterpiece. And the entire story and lore of Warframe is incredible. For a game all dialing power fantasy to 11, i wouldve never expected the story to be one of the best.
Broooo, I've been playing off and on since closed beta, love that game. Can't wait to hear what you think of the latest story content, I haven't been this excited for future Warframe since The New War.
Man I didn't know what i was walking into with New War. Story had me hooked from start to finish
@@BaseraTV better get comfy, whisper’s story really just feels like a prelude/setup to new storylines.
@@BaseraTVvery interesting hearing your thoughts on warframe as a guy who has just done the opposite to you. I was a warframe junkie but have just started playing destiny about a month ago. There are defo pros and cons to both games. One thing I disagree with you on which I think is actually a pro for destiny is the trading and the shop. When I got a friend into warframe he was able to just Google the most op guns and warframe and then just obtain them through trading which I think spoils the game. The thing I'm loving about destiny at the momment is all the good exotics are gated behind raids which means you have to play the game for a substantial amount of time and get to that level b4 even thinking about trying to get them. I would agree though that the world of warframe for me is superior.
I love that our Saryns drip almost look the same, black, red and with the stalker symbol on the chest
Glad you gave it another chance and you're now having fun, Tenno
same with me lol, black and red only with inverted stalker sigil
I just came back to Warframe with cross save cos I used to play on Xbox now I'm on pc, played the new war and I was like damn, this story actually slaps. Bungie has been slacking over the past year meanwhile digital extremes has been making some of the best story stuff that there has ever been in a live service game.
And all of that FOR FREE!
Bungie could never... The trade system the quick loading into activities and all in all a better gameplay than destiny.
Also if you didn't realize, Excalibur Umbra walks around and fights on his own if you go into operator mode. In addition, the Skiajati makes you invisible for a few seconds when you do finisher attacks, which works on any frame that can open enemies up for said finishers like umbra himself.
It's a shame you didn't record your full playthrough of the new war also, on your twitch you start in the second act already.
WAIT HE FIGHTS ON HIS OWN
yes lol@@BaseraTV
Wukong is the other frame kinda like this, his #1 (Celestial Twin) if you use guns, the twin will use melee, if you use melee the twin uses guns.. comes in handy for mastery tests :)
@@Canadian_BassBuzzer Also an Augment for Equinox keeps the previous form around for a few seconds, fighting alongside you when you switch day/night.
Bro definitely go for the helminth segment stuff from deimos. All of your regular frames that have prime variants you can feed to helminth rather than deleting them after mastering them. And in return youll recieve an ability from each warframe that you subsume and it will be available for you to swap with a given ability on any warframe you want.
Good to see you joined the master race, Warframe is much better, they communicate (and can't wait to tell everybdy) with the community, and are generally more aware of what microtransaction systems do to the player base.
Destiny has always been my nostalgia shooter, it satisfies an itch for the open world halo-esque environment and it's fun to pick it up from time to time.
On the other hand, Destiny 2 is like playing a nostalgic shooter with brain damage, it feels the same but easier, things are laid out differently with familiar faces and places, but everything is dumbed down further and microtransaction systems are more focused on killing your wallet. It's a step backwards compared to the base game.
If I want an even more nostalgic feeling to my looter shooter, I'll be running The Division 2 for my summertime season ranks, The Division 1 for my wintertime soldier CQC, Ghost Recon Wildlands for Light Recon Jungle/Desert ops, and Ghost Recon Breakpoint for the mountainous vista sniping.
It's crazy what military service I have gaming (as opposed to my real-life military service), and Warframe has all that and more, there's even ship to ship space combat where you can steal other ships that are trying to kill you and use them to kill other ships. (Wait, that's possible? YES, VERY POSSIBLE, you just have to wipe out all the enemies on-board to control their ships.)
Been playing Warframe since 2019, it's my all time favourite game of all time, lmao
glad you're enjoying the game and the story, man. my opinion on the new war is different (it's a good quest for an entirely different story, the character writing in that quest didn't match past quests at all), but otherwise I feel the story is really good.
edit: it also says a lot that when the devs made the mere suggestion of making the story skippable, the players pushed back really hard on that. the story is so good, that the players won't let the devs make it skippable lol.
It did, it's am sequel, wait till you play other quests and find out it connects very well
@@iamhugry it isn't though.
Ballas from the Sacrifice and Ballas in the New War may as well be 2 different characters.
Hunhow from The Second Dream/Octavia's Anthem has entirely different core character motivations to New War Hunhow.
They're written drastically different, as if they're not even the same characters from the same storyline.
@@ArnSolmanah Ballas is still very similar but yeah Hunhow was a little weird. Wasn’t enough for me to notice until much later after I played it though.
@@ArnSolma I think the issue is that since there was a timeskip of sorts, you don't get to know how some characters changed. Ballas lost "Margullis" to the tenno, then the sentients, but he's always been an a-hole, so ofc the moment things went south, he decided to join the sentients and then take a position of power, as he used to have before the orokin fall. Hunhow I believe changed just bc he saw what Ballas did, enslaving the whole system, this wasn't what he wanted, but he held almost no power, so he asked for help to the only person that would oppose Ballas; you. Also, I don't remember what happened with Stalker since I don't remember him showing up on New War, but Hunhow also depended on him before, which likely means Hunhow was just very weak in the second dream and new war.
we dont keep it secret. people just blow it off when we recommend it because we are up-front about the 50hr investment required to get through the tutorial.
I was a Division 2 player for several years. Log an embarrassing amount of hours. Started Warframe last April and haven't looked back. Agree with everything you said. Great video.
How far have you gotten in the story and what Mastery Rank have you reached?
as a 1k+ hour player in Destiny, I could not agree more. After Lightfall I was burnt out and decided to try Warframe and logged almost 200 hours instantly... it's my new favorite looter shooter and I will never go back!
And because it lacks a real PVP the community isn't full of try hards lol
The pvp try hards are replaced with eidolon hunters lolol
Old Destiny player here... just started playing Warframe after I got kicked out of 3 raids in a row in Destiny servers and I'm kicking myself for not playing Warframe earlier. Have not had a single problem with Warframe, no glitches in the 100hrs I've played so far... Can see Warframe dev's put all their love into this game. Unlike money hungry Bungie....
Nothing screws you over harder than error code weasel
Don’t forget you can move your ship on the loading screen.
Gotta say, I can't wait to rewatch this several times over. Really happy you're back on Warframe, seems to be a very common sentiment as a lot of people have been jumping over. Steam Counts have been real healthy with Warframe being in top 15 most concurrent players the past month or so, Destiny 2 has dropped a ton.
Best way to summarize my feelings...Warframe does a ton of things Destiny players have wanted forever, and still don't have. I tell them this all the time, and they make the weakest retorts for why they stay rooted to Destiny, and it's sad to see.
Hell, many of those Destiny players spend more time lamenting ANTHEM than giving Warframe a genuine try. I had a thing with Rick Kackis briefly on Twitter a couple years ago, and he was like "man, Anthem was so innovative, with all the flying, like whoooa." And I said to him "Warframe was doing that exact thing for 1.5 years before Anthem even released, Anthem isn't innovative for that." He just handwaved it away.
The more TH-camrs I see falling in love with Warframe, the better. It's really reassuring to continue to see brand new players getting their minds blown by Second Dream, being dazzled by the upgrading, progression, gameplay variety, all that.
Enjoy yourself, and welcome back!
Kackis is a huge shill for destiny so it’s no shock
@@liamhood4981 He is, yeah. I really wonder where his career is gonna go if Destiny were to go under.
absolutely never get tired of hearing people gush about this game, and how good it is.
welcome brother. or should I say welcome back 😄
I returned to Warframe about 3 or 4 months back after a 3 year or so break. I've been playing it every day since. I was MR 27 or 28 when I returned. Just hit Legendary 1 today.
Congrats bro. I'm hitting LR1 in about a weekish
i’m def gonna give it more of a shot. i gave up while doing all the planet missions. there’s so much more than i thought lol
I'm glad to hear that you enjoy the story. I've played more than 1000 hours to see the funny red numbers
3:14 I would say it more like "it's thiss story supposed to be that good?.....Are you supposed to be able to replay the storys without them being deleted forever????"
I'm a Destiny vet, an Warframe is such a better game. I wish more people came from Destiny to play this game.
If you are expecting PVP in Warframe, you are going to be disappointed. No one plays the Conclave or Lunaro unless you got friends willing to play it with you
Greatest F2P game ever made, almost some of the best gameplay/customization you'll find in a game.
Just started warframe what an amazing game with great graphics a warframe would kill any other game heros
I’m so glad cross save was released. There’s so much more depth in warframe and I’m getting more into it than I was 4 years ago
I listened but didn't look or hear the gameplay just incase spoilers. Apparently this Second Dream quest is orgasmic because I've been being told to "Just wait until you get to the Second Dream" for YEARS!! Now I honestly am curious. Downloading this now. It's my next quest after Uranus. No pun intended.
Destiny 2: pay 50 bucks every month for 3 hours of content
Warframe: have an entire fucking galaxy for free
I had a very similar situation to you. I started with Warframe but felt they were getting a little stale at the time when the meta was the one ability nuke builds right before the original Railjack. The meta back then was so boring. I went to Destiny for 3 years.
My burnout with Destiny started to creep in soon after Beyond Light and the Stasus grind.
I saw the latest TennoCon 2023 and that brought back all the nostalgia and love for the game. Warframe is so much better and DE has done a great job reinventing the game time and again to keep it fresh. Things Bungie will NEVER do with Destiny 2. Archwing, Railjack, pets, spectors, crafting, trading, customization, so many Warframes to try out, the story quests, the list goes on and on.
Honestly with the final point of "drip is everything" it's true and even DE knows it. Every once in awhile or if you make progress you can a LOT of customization for free. We frequently get skins/color pallets/armor for free if you know where to look. Lastly something I don't think destiny has done is let players MAKE the drip. The customization options with the blue icon (and if on pc cost actual $$$ and not plat) are made by players and those players even get a portion of that purchase back. Tennogen is such a good community feature and sometimes leads to some of the best skins as players typically know what's wanted.
When I first heard of warframe and that it was like destiny I was like oh cool I'll check it out but when I found out that everything was free like every thing in the story I was like wait I don't need to pay for yearly expansions just to follow the story hell ya
wf def has the best gaming community by far imo
You HAVE to play the Call of the Tempestarii questline. It has one of my most memorable moments in Warframe!
Yes I wish more people could break free
I've played a ton of Destiny 1 back on X360, and got a PC just in time for Destiny 2 launch. I even preordered it, which I never, EVER do. I spent something close to 200 hours in it and was completely done. I saw the expansion prices and said "Screw this, I'm outta here". Then a friend suggested I should try Warframe instead. He took me through the beginning and explained what to do and how to do it. I've been playing on and off ever since, and never looked back on Destiny.
Never seen your channel and dont know who you are...BUT you have a new subscriber, that title had me dead lol
Yes, love your excitement! Welcome back to Warframe! We need more positive people like you! I am glad you tried it again!
This is my go to. Iv been playing for a long time. Glad to see you having fun
Seriously though I've been burnt out since lightfall aswell and I feel like investing more playtime into warframe took some weight off my shoulders for some reason
That "Sunsetting" bs they started is what made Me quit. I'm glad I quit then because from what I heard it just kept going down hill
Warframe just does a lot right
I'm going to need that fashion for that Saryn you got there
Its just red and black with the Voidshell skin
We have not been keeping Warframe a secret, every time we mention the game we have gotten dunked on by a mob of Destiny fanboys though.
I am in the exact same boat to a similar degree. I played WF all the way back when it launched in steam in late summer 2013. Liked the concept and played a lot, but the progression was difficult and I didn't have the time to invest. This game has so consistently improved over time and is just so wonderful. You grow to sees these amazing content tiers and the care and time the devs put into the game. It is truly a beautiful experience. It is crafted masterfully. And the new stuff continues to add features that are accessible to EVERYONE that make the game more fun to play. It is a feature-rich, hand-crafted, well-made labor of love that has transcended ten full years of being this damn good.
Btw, that "infection" can give you an infested dog which has some unique pet mods to collect. Its called a Helminth Charger. Just gotta let the cyst grow and use it at the incubator later. Also those money only skins are player made, and I believe 40% of the proceeds goes to the creator. Some have actually been able to live off of the incom from Tennogen which is amazing.
Welcome Tenno. If you're looking to obtain Kullervo by farming, beware his farm is a PAIN.
Weren't that bad honestly
Seriously, he's not even that hard a fight, do it with others, and he's easy to get.
Have to wait for the three moods and then do full Duviri experience
Yeah it takes a while...
He isn't hard to get at all.
@@NongIng Here's a quick guide for anyone not aware. There are five moods, they all last 2 hours, Kullervo's Hold appears during 3 of them, and two (Fear and Sorrow) happen right next to each other (so a 4 hour window there). Also, a "full" Duviri Experience isn't necessary, players can go to Kullervo's Hold almost any time after getting 5 decrees, which in an Experience run is hyper easy with a full squad spreading out for a quick farm. And, if one person has their Intrinsics maxed, and can fast travel to the Hold, activating the fight pulls everyone in for it.
It's not "fast," per se, but it's at least not difficult.
I agree with you. i dont think I'll go back to destiny because warframe is such a breath of fresh air in terms of story and gameplay and true free to play
Im 40 years old and ive played a serious amount games since i was a kid. I have never fallen in love with a game like i did warframe. It never asked me for a penny either, and i have spent alot of money on it. Stay with it. You will NOT be disappointed!
Welcome back to warframe bro I've been playing it for like 7 yr and I came from og destiny taken King expansion.
And I've just been loving it since
As a destiny 2 player with about 2000 hours, I tried out Warframe, AND LOVED IT...for about 300 hours. Then I realized there was no end game, no challenge, no meaningful combat, no PvP, not even a boss blitz, and the co-op was a complete joke...and then went back do destiny 2.
Not liking warframe i can understand but playing a game whos only purpose to exist is to take money from your wallet is crazy... destiny players need to have a little more self respect 😂
@@Dayone-og Every game wants your money. If you wanna compare apples to apples on how much a set amount of content is worth, why are you not complaining about movie theaters...I know what I'm paying for. I wouldn't take any of it back.
@@Dayone-og A skin in league of legends costs more than a destiny expansion right now. A single Apex legends heirloom is more expensive than all the content you can buy in destiny 2. I could buy everything destiny 2 has to offer for the same price as a Valorant bundle...but no...Destiny's only purpose is to take my money.
Started this game last week, looks fun but didnt know if it was worth investing time in the long run playing it but you just sold me, great video man !
Ngl Destiny might’ve been complicated for my ape brain. It was either the game gave you no clear direction as to what to do or the enemy levels were tooo high for me. Which is why i got started on Warframe instead.
We never kept Warframe a secret. Destiny players just refuse to listen to us xD
Honestly, it is the Warframe lore and story quests that keeps me coming back. Best world building and story is any medium. My Warframe build is done. My orbiter is decked out. My firey fashion is solid. I have my wonderful Kavat. My WF is an unconventional Pacify Equinox with a Nikana Zaw ONLY build with health and energy regen. I survive all. I destroy all. I'm here for the lore now, and I'm okay with that.
I've played both and suffered the same burnout on both. Any time you spend a significant amount of time and effort in to a game, it gets harder and harder for more people to stay locked in. It's just weird to me that Destiny and Warframe are constantly lumped in with each other, when they are completely different games.
Imagine if you had to farm your frames and weapons every three months and you will immediately understand what is wrong with destiny
I stopped playing destiny after the last expansion of the first game. Community is less friendly, starting the game is BRUTAL, less coop matchups, pvp connection is ass, etc.
Don't get me wrong warframe is a fuckin grind, but it doesn't feel as punishing as Destiny
No Helminth System yet? Rank 3 on Deimos, buy the Helminth upgrade from Son, and then you're really in for a good time
and DE recently released a merge account system so if you had multiple accounts say 1 on PS and 1 on PC you would be able to pick a main cross platform account and integrate all of the things from the other account into that one. Took long breaks on PC till we got that, now I'm MR 20 with all my old shit and it feels amazing
so glad you made this video. I still haven't played warframe past the demo when it first released on p4, but seeing how much more you can do is refreshing. I may have to get on... after i finish some seals lol
The thing I love about warframe, that most other games don't seem to do, is that D.E EXPERIMENTS. They try new things that sound fun to them to see what sticks. I don't remember the LAST time Destiny did something wild and unexpected just because it 'sounded fun'. It leads to each new expansion feeling fresh and exciting in some way, because you can never really expect what DE'll do next - whereas after a while, Destiny just gets... stale. Especially with it's lack of desire to take risks and try something new. It ends up feeling (at least to me) like I'm playing the same thing over and over and over, just repackaged and repainted as something 'new' to nickle-and-dime me out of another full-game price worth of money.
I love with all what you stated you only scratched the surface, good luck man and some advice from a vet. player, Enjoy the journey, don't rush, nothing you're doing today is for today, always have a goal to reach, and just have fun, and don't forget this is Warframe number one rule we don't talk about "the second Dream" number two always Dress to empress.
Oh I've been waiting for this video 😁, also I wonder who that friend was lol
all of the others have come and gone . . . the Void remains ; Warframe has had its ups and downs , but after 10+ years it is still going strong , and the future is looking brighter than ever ; it honestly feels like 2024 is going to be a renaissance year for WF [and 2023 was maybe the best year in memory imho]
Warframe is what Anthem wanted to be not Destiny
I was expecting to hear the word "Jester " but "Devil Clown" for Mirage?
Sorry man gonna steal this one. 🤣
Welcome buddy to a bunch of space ninja messing around in the solar system! Honestly can't wait for the Tau System!
The new war took like several years before it actually arrived onto the game. Like what....6-8 years ? Warframe kept evolving so much it's not even comparable to what it used to be and I think it will keeps evolving and becoming something else for better or worse. The game will keep throwing all sorts of content at you and that's where some people gets overwhelmed.
As a warframe veterant I'm telling you, take it easy and enjoy the game because underneath all of these things there's some grind hidden and it really helps grinding stuff when you have a precise objective and love the game. From the basic warframe and equipement to your railjack as well as necramech, from the operator focus to the amp as well as all the arcanes you will be flooded with things you'll eventually want and it can be daunting thinking about all you need to do to get these things but one aspect that's nice about Warframe is that even content like plains of Eidolon that has been released a few years ago still offers good stuff for end game and is still easy to farm even if there arent many players around.
Also platinum in Warframe is actually farmable if you decide to take the time to do it. Some faction sells tradable arcanes that can sell for a decent price when maxed. Of course you have the prime things as well but it's often very underrated how much platinum you can get when you sells cheap stuff. Like even I often sleep on how much plat I can get if I sell all the cheap stuff I have for like 3 plat but 10*3 = 30p which is basically a weapon slot or a warframe slot or companion slot....anyway I think you get the point.
There's just so much to say about Warframe it's insane. My final advice would be to have a wiki tab ready in your browser. Warframe made some effort to guide players but the informations are often vague or lacking. The Warframe wiki is among the most documented and detailed wiki I've seen (along with GW2 wiki) and whatever you're looking for in this game there's a very high chance you'll find it in the wiki with a detailed explanation of what your thing does, where to get your things and some tips on how to use your things.
Best looter shooter mmorpg ever!
Welcome back Tenno! Ill subscribe to watch and see your reactions getting back into warframe.
enjoy! i love warframe but i dont play it on my pc, on ps3/4 i mained it and had fun. Nidus is my favorite frame bar none!
Yeah I played it waaaaaay back on the PS4. I don't remember what I had back then but it might have been Excalibur but currently i'm maining Saryn. So much damn fun to watch all your poison spread across the battlefield is so much fun
Fortunately for you we have cross-save now
Never out for PS3. Your introduction to it was mine. Friends wanted to try it, so I indulged. Went away to play GTA5. Then I had no PS+ (broke high school kid) so I played Warframe because it was free to play and I didn’t need PS+. I got addicted. Now, it’s still my most played game of all time.
I get burnt out with warframe but after couple of months, here I am back again with it, I just love warframe
Dude just came back to Warframe. Gave up on destiny they need to do something to keep us on but it's the same stuff over and over.
I remember the time I use to play "Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare" and I fell in love with the boost movements and I mastered it off the top. Because of that, my Destiny character felt kinda slow without the boost dash like Advanced Warfare. 😭
THIS SAME EXACT THING HAPPEND TO ME AT THE END OF THE YEAR LMAIOOOOOOOO
Started playing warframe and ive beeb having a blast
I’m so glad loads of people start to realize that warframe is great, that said you’ll need to get through the older missions b4 you get to second dream so that is likely the reason why u quit last time
As someone who left destiny as well, I understand. The season pass/FOMO timegating of paid content was what did it for me. We're not the only ones - I was invited to a clan alliance of others who had left destiny as well.
Man i need get the archwing launcher done. I'm still on Phobos and Deimos as a new player and just blown away at all the stuff there is to do. Still play D2 bc my dumb ass bought the annual pass for TFS. As soon as the Heretic drops for D2, i am completing it and uninstalling D2. DE didnt even have to wait for the Second Dream to hook me. The WTF i let out when i got to Archwing and the Heart of Deimos part with the Mech was so damn cool. I'm in already.
Read the title and said "same" I'm loving warframe again
I've only got 130 hours or so in Warframe and I love it.
You forgot to mention that unlike Destiny every expansion in warframe is completely free including the season pass.
And permanent. I'll never get over how Destiny players just rolled over when Bungie announced the Destiny Content Vault and they just ripped out the first three campaigns...and then they said, "well they'll never get rid of Forsaken, it's too beloved," and then they got rid of Forsaken.
And then Bungie said "we're done vaulting!" And the players rejoiced again, but it's like...sure, but you're still removing seasonal content, much of which has crucial story beats tied to it.
Not to mention how Season of the Deep brought back Titan...and made people pay for something they had already paid for.
The amount of Destiny content that's now "temporary" is criminal.
skidadle skidodle you are now a Warframe Content Creator
Yep I left destiny 2 almost 5 years ago and then never went back burn out with the same shit every year, but Warframe dam bro u never regret it love every bit of it 5k+ hours and still going strong
im still mad there is no raids in warframe any more
I played destiny when it came out, I just started playing warframe in July 2023. Guess which one I like better…. Wake up
Destiny and warframe have been my main 2 games for the last 7 years and It’s been so interesting to see how much warframe has grown and god what an incredible community. Hoping for the best when final shape rolls around but I know I’ll always return to warframe
Dude, you really had all the same emotions I’ve had. Apologies for double commenting. I just thought I was one of the few who went through this. The friends who introduced me to this game still make fun of me for playing it 11 years later.
Warframe was probably the best FTP game I've tried. My very first primes (a rhino and burston) were actually given to me by a nice player when they noticed I was new. I try to help new players with extra stuff I have as well when I have it. I'm genuinely at the point t where I'm rarely farming for something I'm using, so why not give it to somone who will. Mind you I do still sell stuff sense there are things you always need/want.
I'm the same...I actually started takeing orders from friends and clanmates on primes they are looking for, then I usually fulfill the order within 2 weeks...gives me something to do lol
Warfare players are some of the nicest around. Genuinely helpful to especially newbies.
If youre ever feeling the game might be too easy for you and want to fight tougher enemies for more rewards beat every node in the star chart youll get arbitrations which is useful for some sculptures and you unlock steel path
Somewhat new to Warframe and been learning something new every day. Ty
Arbitrations are only the beginning. If you play through every map mission, you will unlock Steel Path which is an optional second star chart where the starting levels for enemies is lvl 100-130 and only goes higher from there
All enemy health/dmg/resource drop is increased
