Naxx is great because you can run out between wings, summon a vendor mount and sell. This way you don't have to be choosy about which vendor trash you pick up because of bag space.
That's a really useful comment. I must try and remember it-it is very easy on this side of yotube to start overcomplicating things and show off how clever you are, and forget the point of making guides.
Doing MV is great, because if you're a herbalist, you can go over to that spot that was super popular pre BFA for farming chests once you've collected a golden lotus. Do that 3 times @ 15 minutes each after your raid lockout, and you can go back to MV!
@@pickercharm I believe the chests he's talking about are in the vale of eternal blossoms unlocked with keys that drop off mobs in that area. Within the chests you find various crafting reagents, one of those being a golden lotus. I assume he's suggesting farming for keys for the chests in between your 1 hour 10-instance lockout.
@@pickercharm yeah you can also get sky shards from those chests and from the mobs you kill trying to get the keys to open them, and it normally take a week to a week an d a ha;f for me to collect the 10 sky shards cause i solo farm them i dont do the group farm often
For vendof farming: I feel like just AOE-grinding bfa enemies on my prot warrior is a pretty decent way to farm vendor trash. Grey trash (not even gear) sells for 1-15 gold. You'll also get some greens which you can scrap, disenchant or whatever you want to do with it. I feel like Scrapfarming is also viable - Just run normal or heroic dungeons for greens and blues of your armor type and scrap them for green and blue crafting mats. Cloth mats sell for about 800g/10 and you get 5-10 every two scraps usually. Disenchant whatever you can't use.
Nice video, and good tips! I’m so bad at making (and keeping...) gold, and since I don’t want to change professions on my main the whole Herbalism-thing is not for me. Since I’m a mog and pet collector, I usually do the entire raids for new appearances. The ones where you can mount up somewhere are the best, then you can ever loot and vendor greys if you have a vendor mount! :) Will definitely check out more vids!
In most of the realm green are selling slowly or not more than 1-4 k gold after sitting weeks or even months in AH. I don't wanna mention the mats like cloth that have selling price from coppers to silvers.
mind you, the fangs also are somewhat worth your time in the long run, since they do drop en masse, and each stack is just under 1 gold. it's probably a difference of 25-50, but if you're to do this multiple times, 25-50 goes a long way.
If you have some way of processing them yes, the problem is that it takes a few seconds to do that and that is worth the small amount of gold you generate.
I know it won’t last long. But I’m spending about 15-30 minutes farming herbs and making 30-60k gold for the work done. It’ll stay around this until the first raid then it’ll die out. Either way I should hopefully get my long boi by then.

Thank you very much for this video. This is exactly what I like: how to get *gold* without weird AH or profession tricks. I did the "Heart of Fear 2 bosses" run on my Hunter 120 and Paladin 111 this week. After repairs and vendor selling everything, the Hunter won 2900 gold, the Paladin 3800. Each also made around an extra 1200-1300 from Spirits of Harmony. Time spent was around 15-20mn each (I was lazy...) However something odd happened. The Hunter got locked out at 10 runs, but when I used the Paladin I forgot to do the "reset instances" part... and I did 12 runs and could have done a 13th (was too tired to go on...)

Hi again. My hunter just did 14 runs on Heart of Fear, no lockouts. I never used the "reset instance" option.I just stoped cause I was going crazy with the bugs! Because of this, I've decided to change my tactics. After the 1st run, when we kill the 2 bosses, I just decided to go, kill the mobs at the entrance, leave, go in again, repeat ad nauseum. It's a lot faster, and still get a ton of greens and Mote of Harmony.
I wasn't aware that you could still hit older things in LFR difficulty, which is nice since I like the colors on a couple of the LFR sets a lot better than the ones in the normal/heroic/mythic versions. I've mostly been farming old raids for transmog stuff and enjoying the extra gold that comes along the way, but it might be worth it to start hitting up the early trash in a couple of these a few times before doing my run for that sweet extra gold. Edit: Also, I've just been hanging onto my motes of harmony for leveling my crafts or whatever, but I think I'm gonna go put the dozens I have on the AH now. A few at a time, of course, so as to not crash the market any.
Mogu'Shan vaults has that boss that pins you down if you get hit by an attack and cant get back up with out someone pulling arrow out of you. So i you wanna solo it just ignore the last boss.

That I'm afraid will never happen as I don't use it. I know it is essential for high-level gold-making operations-but the program is too user-unfriendly to ever find mass acceptance and I'm very focused on the average player. Also, there's a lot of excellent guides by other youtubers I'd struggle to compete with.
I see. I hoped it would be a possibility, since like you said, your tutorials are often very friendly to the average player. Oftentimes, TSM videos I find are either geared towards new players, but provide no actual information aside from a simple checklist for them to follow, or goes way above their heads, over-explaining every small function that frankly doesn't need to be covered. nice guide, however, on my server the current price for 1 spirit of harmony is between 11-12 gold. after lockout i had 104 spirits of harmony (and 4 lockboxes). its nice when you have nothing better to do and just quickly run some dungeons. after selling all greens and spirits i netted around 3-3.5k gold.
There's some major duping/botting/inventory dumping (probably all three) going on. It will not last through the next banwave. I just made a video on the best gold in dungeons precisely because of this. That said as you seem to agree the raw gold from hof is still pretty good. Btw I'm buying up all the spirits at 100 gold on my realm-11-12 gold that's insane, I'd buy them up if I were you. If you don't want to invest could you tell me so I can with a class trial?
Honestly I made like 14,000+ gold going from level 100 to level 115 and that leaves 5 levels to go. Don't need such insane gold per hour unless there is something actually worth hundreds of thousands of gold, which I have yet to see.

Thanks for doing a gold raid farming video. I can see continuing mop and wod raid farms. Have yet to test all the limits of my 120. HFC mythic may be the problem child for 110 alts until they are leveled; some classes feel squisher now.
There are certainly possibilities there I didn't mention. With the later content it isn't so much about whether it can be done (you can do a lot with 350 gear) it is more about the efficiency. This vid is really just about dumb easy farms where you can switch off your brain.
4:08 what?... you need absolutely 0 spirits of harmony to make sky golems. Unless you mean buying the trillium and ghost iron from the vendor with spirits. But why when you can farm them at half Hill anyways?
You need Spirits to transmutate with Trillium into Living Steel without the daily lockout. Daily lockout requires 6 Trillium, with Spirits only 3 Trillium.
I recommend Heart of Fear in Pandaria for quick trash mobs. I did a run per minute at 112g per run (clear up till first boss). I think you can only reset 5 times? The rest of the raid is still good as well in heroic 25-man.
Hey man can you do a video about the Mob quick XP farming for 8.0.1 Apprently theres some mobs you can farm that gives a lot of XP just like the begining of MOP
if u really want to level up and skip questing (which are quite needed if u intend to actually play this character) pick up herbalism, buy yourself anti-daze item, and one that allows u to interract on mount ( or sky golem, or just be druid) and go. Its not the fastest method, but suprisingly it is quicker than questing if you pick good density place, and well u will earn few hundread thousands gold in the process. And its braindead enough to watch some movie on another screen, or at least listen to podcast/book if you dont have 2 monitors for some reason. Did it on my druid (i dont intend to play him, just be my farmer)
While I think these guides are good for some, spirit of harmony are 250gold on my server, they are worth 20% (approx) of the value of Arch's ones. These runs are only that beneficial for those on super high pop servers.

I'm going to cover that in a new levelling guide, though those take a while. You might try use a monk statue to draw aggro, and using a non-grouped lowbie to kill the mobs.

Just did the heart of fear one, raw gold and vendor items gave me 2k for 10 runs and I have about 80 Mote of Harmony which is 4k on my server, that is 6k for me after 10 runs. Not even close to the 24k you mentioned. Did I do something wrong? Cleared all mobs until the first boss, then I left and redid it.
The 24K number is time spent farming "per hour invested" (see text at 6:31). It is much higher than the numbers you get for ten runs before instance lockout because that can be done in ten minutes. Sorry for any confusion, but I'm not sure how I can communicate this concept more clearly. You might say "why not just publish the gold you get before lockout?"-the problem with that is that by implication doing that understates the power of raid farming relative to in-world farms which can be done continuously.
If you can sell bfa herbs for a certain value on your ah, within a reasonable time frame, and don't mind using the ah and enjoy the activity, by all means do that. Lots of people do, many don't, or can't "no professions" is one of the top gold making keywords on youtube. Btw There's lots of tricks you can use to speed up farming herbs, vehicle quests and water walking tricks.
ICC and Firelands are also worth it for getting the legendaries, since those still have a value beyond gold if only for the epicness that is owning the legendaries.
1983 gold in 10 minutes and then waiting for 1 hr for lockout to expire so that's like 6 hrs to hit 11898g , I think that's a lot of time for 11898g, correct me if am missing something
..If you want to farm for longer than 10 min burst do the trash before the first 3 bosses before resetting instead of just the one. It is in the video.
Transmog farming might be better accomplished in places like Shadowfang Keep and Dire Maul. Though you get some really beautiful gear in the MOP raids.
Mostly just optimization of movement abilities and aoe. It depends on your class but you'll figure it out just from doing it. Or use a vengeance demon hunter, infernal strike is ridiculously OP.
I just sell them. If the price of spirits is less than that of the mats then it can be worthwhile to do some arbitrage but I don't even check usually-a true goblin probably would.
The best free editing program is called Lightworks and it is the most counter-intuitive user-unfriendly piece of shit I've ever encounterd. That's what you get for being a cheapskate I suppose. For some reason when you cut out bits of video it doesn't adjust to the natural length of the clip so any cutting error will leave a sliver of code. I put a lot of footage at the 38 minute work where it was out of the way and left a 1-second cut there, which meant Lightworks thought I wanted a 38 minute video of nothing. I suspect I just told you way more than you wanted to know...
Just so i'm understanding it correctly. I could run Heart of Fear(lfr) 10 times clearing only the trash up to the first boss(without killing boss) and Mogu-shan Vaults the same way every hour?
You could do that and that will work perfectly well. Additionally, you could kill all the bosses and all the trash in HOF. After the first run the bosses will not drop not loot, however they can be killed to access other levels of trash. I would not recommend going past the 3rd boss using this strategy as there isn't enough trash to make it efficient beyond that point. This approach will yield higher profits per hour than the ones you mentioned since you kill 3 lots of trash rather than just one.

In wow you can only run 10 dungeons or raids in 1 hr. So if you enter a dungeon and kill 1 thing it counts as a run. The creator of the channel is saying you can do this way faster than 1hr but basically you will be twiddling your thumbs untill the hr lockout expires. Then you can rinse/repeat.
I ran this on 25 man Heroic today, ran out - Reset instances and it didn't do anything. Changed it to 10 man, tried again - Didn't do anything. None of the mobs appear as if I'm completed it already after just 1 attempt. Can you provide any assistance?
Heroic raids have a lockout after killing the bosses. This video was about LFR -you access it through the pandas in the video, not the instance portal in the dread wastes.
Draenor raids are a bit complicated, at least on higher difficulties. Gorefiend in HFC has mechanics that sort of demand four people (now, I haven’t done this since pre BfA so maybe you can kill him fast enough to dodge one or two of the mechanics), and I can imagine the Heart of the Mountain boss in BRF can be tricky soloing.
Elemyey gorefiend you need to stand the left or right all the way til the invisible wall and it won’t eat you. Heart of the mountain took a bit longer but nothing hard
listing GpH on runs that you can't do 1 hour in is worthless to list or say GpH - - Gp10M or Gp1/2H is the best way to list it.... for none pro farmers of gold.... just saying. but i do like your videos. thanks
That may be the case for hardcore goblins but for casual gold makers, and legacy raids are almost the definition of casual gold-farming, that's just going to confuse people. Jargon works well for elites by speeding up communication but tends to alienate those outside the inner circle.

As I said at the end of the video, you can run all the other LFR MOP instances once without hitting lockout. Alternatively find a cluster or herbs or ores in BFA content to fill in the time-that works pretty well right now. There's other ideas in the archives here. For pulling mobs all classes have some non-lethal ability which aggros but doesn't kill mobs, for example in this video I'm using spellsteal. The mobs have no magic to steal but using the spell aggros them.
Actually Umren was doing that IN legion with 101 twinking.That said I'm not sure how well the price of legion mats will hold up -on the plus side green drops are worth quite a bit in raw gold. So far my 120 main isn't strong enough to make it efficient-but I'm still under 300 ilvl.
It will depend on the raid, I didn't do much but I killed the only 2 bosses I wanted transmog from in normal EN no problem (316ilvl) but the trash in normal antorus took just as long as the EN bosses. I didn't really try for trash clearing to see how much gold would drop as I was mainly checking the difficulty difference

You are not using "Treasure finding potion" or potion of luck (they removed potion of luck ) I think but treasure finding still works. You get chests then and every chest may contain rare ore/motes of harmoney, gold, and other matz. It's a big no no to run these raids without a potion. you are missing a large chunk of gold!
Well this video isn't primarily about cata content. Even with the potion I think the cata content has been nerfed way too hard to be competitive with mop. As you said potion of luck has been removed-you can't get extra motes any more. If you were going to try to make cata work that would be something to test-but apart from volatile farming I can't think of a good lead offhand.
I tried doing the Mogu'shan Vault run to try it out and I got lockout after just one attempt, for 2 days, 12 hours! Wow! Anyone else or is that something I'm doing wrong?
Green items do not sell in a reasonable time frame on small to medium realms. Most of the time you put them up on a small realm and won't sell one. I tried to sell the patterns forever and have never sold one. I'm still trying to build an operation on a higher pop realm so I can't comment on the viability of that, but I suspect for most players vendoring is the best option unless they have really good tsm skills.

That's what you'll get in raw gold roughly. The spirits of harmony make up the rest. They aren't "raw gold" in the literal sense but on my (pretty dead) realm they sell faster than anything including herbs.
Oh I see what you mean. yes that's the wrong calc for hof, good catch. That said, I used the right figures for the 24K per hour invested number so it doesn't really affect anything. Sorry for any confusion.
Tricky, you really want to do HOF but you need a 100 toon to do it, then it would take you 4-5 hours. Everything you can do with a level 87 is more dependent on ah and rng and you don't have time for those things. In your position I would grind the 87 up to 100 as fast as possible and then grind hof. Download handy notes draenor-you can just power-level from 90-100 by picking up treasures-some have claimed to be able to do it in 2 hours.
You can’t go in to more than ten instances in an hour, the game will tell you that you’ve entered too many instances lately and then just refuse to let you in. This can be a pain if something is wrong and you have to go in and out to reset or summon people. It’s basically so that you’re not able to farm like this for infinity, which would effectively ruin the server economy if enough people did it.

It sounds like a slapped wrist. My understanding was that Bliz didn't care...which they shouldn't. They seem to have been forced into doing something by public outcry...but not very much. It is a bit pointless as you say as it has been going on forever and will go on after this. It doesn't sound like an exploit to me because no code was bent or broken...just people working together when they are supposed to be working against each other.
You could sort of still do it still with a hunter/shaman class trial, getting herbalism, flying them to pandaria and scouting for a golden lotus which gives you a brief treasure finding identical to the old potion of luck. Not the same I know.

The problem is that with gold videos you either get people saying "this crap doesn't sell on my realm archvaldor" or " i can make 10x that farming with this one weird trick" and neither is aware the other group exists and both have a legitimate point. Right now I'm getting more of the former group because everyone is doing other stuff while we wait for 8.1 and not buying ah stuff.

Hi again. My hunter just did 14 runs on Heart of Fear, no lockouts. I never used the "reset instance" option.I just stoped cause I was going crazy with the bugs!
Because of this, I've decided to change my tactics. After the 1st run, when we kill the 2 bosses, I just decided to go, kill the mobs at the entrance, leave, go in again, repeat ad nauseum. It's a lot faster, and still get a ton of greens and Mote of Harmony.
I wasn't aware that you could still hit older things in LFR difficulty, which is nice since I like the colors on a couple of the LFR sets a lot better than the ones in the normal/heroic/mythic versions.
I've mostly been farming old raids for transmog stuff and enjoying the extra gold that comes along the way, but it might be worth it to start hitting up the early trash in a couple of these a few times before doing my run for that sweet extra gold.
Edit: Also, I've just been hanging onto my motes of harmony for leveling my crafts or whatever, but I think I'm gonna go put the dozens I have on the AH now. A few at a time, of course, so as to not crash the market any.
You don't need the spirit of harmonies to make sky golems (only living steel and and ghost iron bars). It's mainly for transmog

Mogu'Shan vaults has that boss that pins you down if you get hit by an attack and cant get back up with out someone pulling arrow out of you. So i you wanna solo it just ignore the last boss.

That I'm afraid will never happen as I don't use it. I know it is essential for high-level gold-making operations-but the program is too user-unfriendly to ever find mass acceptance and I'm very focused on the average player. Also, there's a lot of excellent guides by other youtubers I'd struggle to compete with.
I see. I hoped it would be a possibility, since like you said, your tutorials are often very friendly to the average player. Oftentimes, TSM videos I find are either geared towards new players, but provide no actual information aside from a simple checklist for them to follow, or goes way above their heads, over-explaining every small function that frankly doesn't need to be covered. nice guide, however, on my server the current price for 1 spirit of harmony is between 11-12 gold. after lockout i had 104 spirits of harmony (and 4 lockboxes). its nice when you have nothing better to do and just quickly run some dungeons. after selling all greens and spirits i netted around 3-3.5k gold.
There's some major duping/botting/inventory dumping (probably all three) going on. It will not last through the next banwave. I just made a video on the best gold in dungeons precisely because of this. That said as you seem to agree the raw gold from hof is still pretty good.
Btw I'm buying up all the spirits at 100 gold on my realm-11-12 gold that's insane, I'd buy them up if I were you. If you don't want to invest could you tell me so I can with a class trial?

Honestly I made like 14,000+ gold going from level 100 to level 115 and that leaves 5 levels to go. Don't need such insane gold per hour unless there is something actually worth hundreds of thousands of gold, which I have yet to see.

well I never considered the ease of using LFR porting to get to all of those raids from one spot. Nice. I have been sitting on like 3-6k gold for all of BFA so getting 5-10k an hour would help me a ton.
Mogu'Shan nerfed into the ground. Purples drop only in the first run, subsequent runs only drop a couple of greens.
Thanks for doing a gold raid farming video. I can see continuing mop and wod raid farms. Have yet to test all the limits of my 120. HFC mythic may be the problem child for 110 alts until they are leveled; some classes feel squisher now.
There are certainly possibilities there I didn't mention. With the later content it isn't so much about whether it can be done (you can do a lot with 350 gear) it is more about the efficiency. This vid is really just about dumb easy farms where you can switch off your brain.

4:08 what?... you need absolutely 0 spirits of harmony to make sky golems. Unless you mean buying the trillium and ghost iron from the vendor with spirits. But why when you can farm them at half Hill anyways?
You need Spirits to transmutate with Trillium into Living Steel without the daily lockout. Daily lockout requires 6 Trillium, with Spirits only 3 Trillium.

I recommend Heart of Fear in Pandaria for quick trash mobs. I did a run per minute at 112g per run (clear up till first boss). I think you can only reset 5 times? The rest of the raid is still good as well in heroic 25-man.

if u really want to level up and skip questing (which are quite needed if u intend to actually play this character) pick up herbalism, buy yourself anti-daze item, and one that allows u to interract on mount ( or sky golem, or just be druid) and go. Its not the fastest method, but suprisingly it is quicker than questing if you pick good density place, and well u will earn few hundread thousands gold in the process. And its braindead enough to watch some movie on another screen, or at least listen to podcast/book if you dont have 2 monitors for some reason.
Did it on my druid (i dont intend to play him, just be my farmer)
While I think these guides are good for some, spirit of harmony are 250gold on my server, they are worth 20% (approx) of the value of Arch's ones.
These runs are only that beneficial for those on super high pop servers.
Spirits sell for around 300-400G, not sure why you think I was saying they would sell for 1250G?

I'm going to cover that in a new levelling guide, though those take a while. You might try use a monk statue to draw aggro, and using a non-grouped lowbie to kill the mobs.

Just did the heart of fear one, raw gold and vendor items gave me 2k for 10 runs and I have about 80 Mote of Harmony which is 4k on my server, that is 6k for me after 10 runs. Not even close to the 24k you mentioned. Did I do something wrong? Cleared all mobs until the first boss, then I left and redid it.
The 24K number is time spent farming "per hour invested" (see text at 6:31). It is much higher than the numbers you get for ten runs before instance lockout because that can be done in ten minutes. Sorry for any confusion, but I'm not sure how I can communicate this concept more clearly.
You might say "why not just publish the gold you get before lockout?"-the problem with that is that by implication doing that understates the power of raid farming relative to in-world farms which can be done continuously.

If you can sell bfa herbs for a certain value on your ah, within a reasonable time frame, and don't mind using the ah and enjoy the activity, by all means do that. Lots of people do, many don't, or can't "no professions" is one of the top gold making keywords on youtube. Btw There's lots of tricks you can use to speed up farming herbs, vehicle quests and water walking tricks.

ICC and Firelands are also worth it for getting the legendaries, since those still have a value beyond gold if only for the epicness that is owning the legendaries.
1983 gold in 10 minutes and then waiting for 1 hr for lockout to expire so that's like 6 hrs to hit 11898g , I think that's a lot of time for 11898g, correct me if am missing something
..If you want to farm for longer than 10 min burst do the trash before the first 3 bosses before resetting instead of just the one. It is in the video.
Hyper farming is way better for gold but I like to get transmog as I farm like in these old raids.
Transmog farming might be better accomplished in places like Shadowfang Keep and Dire Maul. Though you get some really beautiful gear in the MOP raids.

Mostly just optimization of movement abilities and aoe. It depends on your class but you'll figure it out just from doing it. Or use a vengeance demon hunter, infernal strike is ridiculously OP.

I just sell them. If the price of spirits is less than that of the mats then it can be worthwhile to do some arbitrage but I don't even check usually-a true goblin probably would.

The best free editing program is called Lightworks and it is the most counter-intuitive user-unfriendly piece of shit I've ever encounterd. That's what you get for being a cheapskate I suppose. For some reason when you cut out bits of video it doesn't adjust to the natural length of the clip so any cutting error will leave a sliver of code. I put a lot of footage at the 38 minute work where it was out of the way and left a 1-second cut there, which meant Lightworks thought I wanted a 38 minute video of nothing.
I suspect I just told you way more than you wanted to know...
Try Davinci Resolve 15. It's free and kind of looks/works/feels like Final Cut/Premiere. Thanks for the intel, btw.

Just so i'm understanding it correctly. I could run Heart of Fear(lfr) 10 times clearing only the trash up to the first boss(without killing boss) and Mogu-shan Vaults the same way every hour?
You could do that and that will work perfectly well.
Additionally, you could kill all the bosses and all the trash in HOF. After the first run the bosses will not drop not loot, however they can be killed to access other levels of trash. I would not recommend going past the 3rd boss using this strategy as there isn't enough trash to make it efficient beyond that point. This approach will yield higher profits per hour than the ones you mentioned since you kill 3 lots of trash rather than just one.

In wow you can only run 10 dungeons or raids in 1 hr. So if you enter a dungeon and kill 1 thing it counts as a run. The creator of the channel is saying you can do this way faster than 1hr but basically you will be twiddling your thumbs untill the hr lockout expires. Then you can rinse/repeat.
I ran this on 25 man Heroic today, ran out - Reset instances and it didn't do anything.
Changed it to 10 man, tried again - Didn't do anything.

Heroic raids have a lockout after killing the bosses. This video was about LFR -you access it through the pandas in the video, not the instance portal in the dread wastes.

Draenor raids are a bit complicated, at least on higher difficulties. Gorefiend in HFC has mechanics that sort of demand four people (now, I haven’t done this since pre BfA so maybe you can kill him fast enough to dodge one or two of the mechanics), and I can imagine the Heart of the Mountain boss in BRF can be tricky soloing.
Elemyey gorefiend you need to stand the left or right all the way til the invisible wall and it won’t eat you. Heart of the mountain took a bit longer but nothing hard

listing GpH on runs that you can't do 1 hour in is worthless to list or say GpH - - Gp10M or Gp1/2H is the best way to list it.... for none pro farmers of gold.... just saying. but i do like your videos. thanks
That may be the case for hardcore goblins but for casual gold makers, and legacy raids are almost the definition of casual gold-farming, that's just going to confuse people. Jargon works well for elites by speeding up communication but tends to alienate those outside the inner circle.
spirits of harmony were mostly used for the engineering mount. with that mount utility effectively nerfed, the price has dropped

As I said at the end of the video, you can run all the other LFR MOP instances once without hitting lockout. Alternatively find a cluster or herbs or ores in BFA content to fill in the time-that works pretty well right now. There's other ideas in the archives here. For pulling mobs all classes have some non-lethal ability which aggros but doesn't kill mobs, for example in this video I'm using spellsteal. The mobs have no magic to steal but using the spell aggros them.

Actually Umren was doing that IN legion with 101 twinking.That said I'm not sure how well the price of legion mats will hold up -on the plus side green drops are worth quite a bit in raw gold. So far my 120 main isn't strong enough to make it efficient-but I'm still under 300 ilvl.
It will depend on the raid, I didn't do much but I killed the only 2 bosses I wanted transmog from in normal EN no problem (316ilvl) but the trash in normal antorus took just as long as the EN bosses. I didn't really try for trash clearing to see how much gold would drop as I was mainly checking the difficulty difference

You are not using "Treasure finding potion" or potion of luck (they removed potion of luck ) I think but treasure finding still works. You get chests then and every chest may contain rare ore/motes of harmoney, gold, and other matz. It's a big no no to run these raids without a potion. you are missing a large chunk of gold!
Well this video isn't primarily about cata content. Even with the potion I think the cata content has been nerfed way too hard to be competitive with mop. As you said potion of luck has been removed-you can't get extra motes any more. If you were going to try to make cata work that would be something to test-but apart from volatile farming I can't think of a good lead offhand.
I tried doing the Mogu'shan Vault run to try it out and I got lockout after just one attempt, for 2 days, 12 hours! Wow! Anyone else or is that something I'm doing wrong?

Green items do not sell in a reasonable time frame on small to medium realms. Most of the time you put them up on a small realm and won't sell one. I tried to sell the patterns forever and have never sold one. I'm still trying to build an operation on a higher pop realm so I can't comment on the viability of that, but I suspect for most players vendoring is the best option unless they have really good tsm skills.

That's what you'll get in raw gold roughly. The spirits of harmony make up the rest. They aren't "raw gold" in the literal sense but on my (pretty dead) realm they sell faster than anything including herbs.
I'm being stupid probably , but how does 5.5 and 6.8 spirits of harmony , both equate to 1705 gold ?
Average price of spirits of harmony across all realms was 310 G when I made the video so 305 * 5.5= 1705.

Tricky, you really want to do HOF but you need a 100 toon to do it, then it would take you 4-5 hours. Everything you can do with a level 87 is more dependent on ah and rng and you don't have time for those things. In your position I would grind the 87 up to 100 as fast as possible and then grind hof. Download handy notes draenor-you can just power-level from 90-100 by picking up treasures-some have claimed to be able to do it in 2 hours.

Basically, if you go into 10 instances in an hour you can't go into any more. That's on any character in a specific realm.
You can’t go in to more than ten instances in an hour, the game will tell you that you’ve entered too many instances lately and then just refuse to let you in.
This can be a pain if something is wrong and you have to go in and out to reset or summon people.
It’s basically so that you’re not able to farm like this for infinity, which would effectively ruin the server economy if enough people did it.
So today, prob 50% of the wow population got a Exploitation of game mechanics warning from blizzard due to the Darkshore pvp bonanza.... What you feel about this Archvaldor? Is this rly a "exploit"?? ppls have been trading kills for blood coin and gladiators sanctum for ages without any form of action taken against them...
It sounds like a slapped wrist. My understanding was that Bliz didn't care...which they shouldn't. They seem to have been forced into doing something by public outcry...but not very much. It is a bit pointless as you say as it has been going on forever and will go on after this. It doesn't sound like an exploit to me because no code was bent or broken...just people working together when they are supposed to be working against each other.

You could sort of still do it still with a hunter/shaman class trial, getting herbalism, flying them to pandaria and scouting for a golden lotus which gives you a brief treasure finding identical to the old potion of luck. Not the same I know.
