If no, what happens if they make a mistake/error/omission etc? Is there recourse? Do they have liability insurance? Thank you

As a Canadian consumer, I have concerns about utilizing this service based on my observations of the women in the video / company's representative. The employee's presentation, communication style, and choice of language do not align with the professional standards I would expect from a professional organization. I believe there is room for improvement in how the company is represented to potential customers.
