Come to Figueiró Dos Vinhos! It’s an affordable village that is close to the IC8 and the A13. I live in the fruegesia of Aguda and can be in Coimbra in 30 minutes or Tomar in 35 minutes using the A13.
Hello and yes I agree! Our house is very close to yours and we are in the freguesia of Coutada. I can walk to a great Mini Preco that has a butcher and a cafe in just a few minutes and into town in about 15 minutes. Coimbra is an easy drive and Tomar is beautiful. The village has everything you need for everyday living, grocery stores, restaurants, shops and banks plus the people are just lovely. We love Figueiro Dos Vinhos and the pricing for houses in the area is very reasonable.
Great video! Thank you for highlighting cities other than the typical, popular ones. I am specifically interested in northern cities. I, for one, would love to see more around Amarnte, Braga, Caminha, Guimareas, and similar areas.
Remember folks, there are reasons why these places are cheaper. You may have trouble reselling your property if you ever decide to relocate. Just food for thoughts.
This is not exactly true. I know agents that have issues selling property in Lisbon... And yet we usually sell property in the central regions in under 180 days. It's all about who your property speaks to!
Nice work. Very helpful!
Thank you for watching 😊
I have visited and love Beja! Lots of history and very quiet!

What do you think about Agueda? It probably wouldnt be on a list like this, but it seems like it's less than Lisboa and Porto.
Keep selling Portugal...shame
