If she doesn’t like that honest remark, then she can move along. You should not have to remind your partner to meet your sexual needs. You lay it out and let her know these are your non-negotiables.
That’s a bit childish brother. It’s shouldn’t be said like that it’s a threat that can be responded with another threat or lead to an argument and future insecurities and that’s what you don’t want. An insecure woman can be hard to deal with.
I meant it as a soft threat. Also, I’ve been with many insecure women. Not something I’m willing to entertain again. If she’s insecure about my comment, I’d rather weed her out from the beginning. I also consider myself a high-value man - make well over six figs, attentive, in-shape, somewhat intelligent, no debt, have owned my own properties, etc. I know what I bring to the table. My expectations with women I date monogamously is that sex is a priority. I shouldn’t have to beg for it.

Yeah it went south when I moved in. Almost instantaneously. I had made a big effort to get boss to let me work remote so I could be with wife. We had had a long distance relationship when I took a job out of state. I was shocked by how indifferent she was after I finally moved in. I thought these would be happy together times, instead she was preoccupied with her own family drama or just playing various games on computer in other room. You’ve been warned.
Living apart together is the way to go...oh, and never co own anything or let her receive mail at your place.
The first time I slept over my gfs place (was just a chick I was dating at this point, became gf later) I woke up to her grinding coffee, making French toast, finished bacon on the table, fresh orange juice, pineapple, watermelon and her asking me how I liked my eggs… women guys are not hard to figure out. Stay in shape (don’t even have to be model type), learn how to cook (essentials especially, but if you can do a lot even better), and don’t nag the dude non stop.

Your personal living space is an extension of your sanity. The only reason someone would allow someone to move in with them in this situation is to make a good thing better which is understandable. However, be prepared if the opposite takes place. And once they're in it may take legal measures to get them out!

I am king of my domain. I do my own laundry,washing,and cooking. I really love to cook meals for myself. But I must say that wouldn't be so bad. Having your girlfriend cook for you. I do not like my things to be touched without permission. I have good sense of decorum. All the women I have dated live in a dump by comparison. I couldn't comprehend living with them. Yeeeeeeks!
A woman who takes liberties in my space, touching / moving / opening up stuff without my permission? An issue. If she doesn't adjust to the positive, then she'll get the boot. Vice versa. If I am rude, crossing boundaries, why shouldn't she boot me out.

My friend recently moved into a place with his girlfriend who has 2 kids from 2 different men, a baby mama.
Those type of women have no self discipline nor are they relationship material. The worst part is when he asks your opinion, you give it to him, then he ignores it. After it falls apart (when you tried to tell him) he gets all upset at her. 🤷🏻♂️

Like groups find each other . We did this in college. This is a website to group like people together . The only way out of the like group is to find unlike people . I would say some of those are "you" problems and not moving in together problems. Moving in just revealed the existing problems. For example, if you stop improving / being your best, then you were doing that as a means to an end rather than doing it for yourself to improve and be your best self FOR YOUSELF.

My advice to Men. Never move into Her place. I've done it twice and it doesn't work. If you really want to live together, she needs to move into your place. If a man moves into a woman's place, the woman is in control of everything and their personalities reflect that. If the woman moves into your place, she has little to no control and she knows it. Then she'll behave better (less combative-more cooperative), else she knows you'll throw her out.
Why would any man move into a woman's place? That thought has never even crossed my mind. You only have two options when it comes to living together....you either buy your own place and have her move in OR you both share the cost of a purchase of the house - however, the former is much better.
Moving in with your girlfriend is a good thing if...
1. You love her and you want to get married to her because she has wealthy parents and she is attractive.
2. Her parents are very wealthy and she wants to have a baby.
You need to be on your A game to pull that off! Very hard. You'll need to KEEP her on her toes throughout the relationship and convince her you're the catch! Otherwise she'll replace you very quickly once the baby is there and her parents will make sure of that. In fact, you'll need to keep the entire family on their toes! LOL

What would your solution be if you want to have a kid/kids?
No matter how the story is spun, moving in satisfies her sexual strategy.
How do you satisfy your own strategy while having a kid/kids and maintaining a healthy relationship (I know the answer is to be high value) but I would like to go into the details.
Been there, done that. You can not expect the same level of sex after she has a child. Her energy and focus shifts to the child. What I found works was quickies when time permits. It also helps to get your kids on a schedule, sleeping in their own room and rules for privacy. My daughter knew she had to knock and get permission before entering our room, even at a young age. We also knew the schedule for the week, so we discussed the days when sex was on the table. The key thing is to remind the wife that I need my attention with her too.

My thinking process goes back to the rational male, that no matter how you do it, it satisfies the female sexual strategy.
So how do you satisfy your sexual strategy (if you choose to do so).

I disagree with Rich point that if you tell a woman to move in with you she has to contribute to the bills. If she is stay at home girlfriend works or does not work other than her personal hobbies you as the man pay for 100% of all bills. Cuz when you do you establish authority over her.

It depends on what you have negotiated. The agreement should be beneficial to both parties with expectations satisfying both parties. If he is smart he will not just talk about it, but get it written as well. It is a sad fact that it has to be approached as a business arrangement due to legal ramifications. In some states he can not just tell her to leave without due process.

I have been listening to this channel for quite sometimes. It is very interesting how Rich is able to divide and label half of the humanity(which are women) into “problem creators” for men! Although here and there he sprinkles that some good women or high quality women do exists out there!
Many of the things he says such as don’t marry divorced/single woman; women with daddy issues or women with previous issues etc etc. applies equally to women as well and are helpful. Women should also avoid all such scenarios and also where boys didn’t have a good father figures growing up.
However, he fails to mention or explain things like why MOSTLY men are narcissists(some examples-Trump, Kim Jon Un, Hitler…); get involved in crimes, drugs, gangs, domestic violence, smuggling, domination on weaker ones etc.. he will not touch these issues as he can’t fathom the totality or holistic view on evolution of human race.
Bashing women on his channel where his audience are (sadly)men who are burnt out or confused in life and are seeking answers from many online “Gurus” ( from people on youtube who are not even psychologists but make big claims of big successful in life). More audience, more bucks they will get from youtube!!
If you are co-living with someone then things like keeping house clean, organized and cleaning the mess left or made by you is considered demanding or beta- tization!! Very interesting. These are not taking men’s basic right away but are called basic manners where both individuals whether the couple is a man-woman; two women or two men living together follows basic human decency to enhance each other’s living experience at a place called home.
But for his type of mentality I doubt he will ever live with anyone under one roof because he wants domination as he feels he is right and “know it all’.
The talks of him currently dating a high quality girl friend right now is all made up because a high quality woman will not be with a man who is bashing half of the humanity and spends days researching and feeding his confirmation bias about “red pill concept’
All 'high quality women' just like all 'high quality men' are busy working, making contribution to society and raising next generation if they have them to “best of' their abilities!

Richard’s target audience is for men, not women. His message is designed for a man’s benefit. If the man follows his advice, then it benefits both sides because the man selected correctly. If she is worthy of being a girlfriend, and follows her natural female instincts, she ultimately gets the right man for her and the relationship is successful.
