You should give the pier another go.. Fishing at the pier has been amazing the past few days. Kings, Spanish, Pompano, Reds, etc. I got out Tuesday at 5:00 and ended up with a 17 inch pompano, a 24 inch red, and a 27 inch red. All were caught after the sun set. Lost a few big ones too. People have been good about observing social distancing out there.
It’s been killing me not going and seeing how good the fishing has been. I’m trying to avoid it to just be wise for my family’s safety, others safety, and also not to be scrutinized by every inch I’m in violation and end up being a cause for it to shut down. Lol

TH-cam just updated their platform with additional ads. They are including mid roll ads in more videos even dropping the requirement of 10 minutes to 8 minute videos. It’ll be more common across the platform. I try to keep them few, but some of my older videos will have more added to them.

This just proves what I have been saying for a while now. Alabama needs to move to a limit closer to Florida on pompano. Let us keep more, but make us throw back the small ones. The ones you can keep in Alabama and not keep in Florida are too small to be worth it anyway. Also, did you just leave your buddy's boat to float off to Mexico? Remind me not to loan you a boat in the future.
We definitely aren’t hurting for pompano numbers. I’m personally ok with smaller limits. I think overall people keep more than they should anyway. And it was anchored well and we were seriously right beside it the whole time. Lol

I bought a half dozen of these jigs today over at Bass Pro. Of course I was planning on adding a small plastic and trying for flounder.
