If you want to see classic white mv lamps, come to Greece, there are many as well as HPS, there are also some very few LPS, but the ones I saw would probably be 18 or 35w, unfortunately there are no LPS here in Greece, except for a few very few that I have seen
This is true, but there were and are many HPS, LPS there was no reason to use them generally in southern Europe, LPS are still used even now only in very northern countries ie where there is constant rain and fog!! also here the leds are at 3000-4000K but mainly in the central streets there are leds but it is very tiring at night while HPS was so relaxing that you really relaxed it did not create any problem
I will probably soon travel to the Netherlands, I wanted to visit cities that still have LPS or fluorescent fixtures present, which cities do you suggest?
Depends on the Lanterns you want to see, You can still find big Philips SRM on the Eindhovenseweg in Eindhoven. I'd also reccomend the Wilhelminastraat in the village of Asten. the N468 in Maasland and the N279 in Helmond
The team!
Great stuff! That was quite a big replacement at the camp site
Yep! took us like 6 days to fully complete

I'm sure Greece used so much Mercury lamps, as a hot mediterranean country , but now white LED in in 4000/5000k beacause they need the white light
