HI ROSS after U change the fuel filters 😊😊 U have 2 bleed the injector pump and the injectors 2 get air out there should only diesel fuel 😊😊 air bubbles 😮😮 tighten the lines U are done now the tractor should start and run 😊😊 9 1O 2O23
One step closer to functional reality. Years ago I was at a farm auction with some not too pretty, but running tractors. This sentiment was echoed by the auctioneer who said he'd rather have a machine in it's work clothes.
That guy is going to get a terrific little tractor. She may not be very pretty, but it sure is going to be a working machine. Saved another one from the scrap pile. I'm anxious to see what you are getting.
p running close inRoss you did okay till the bleed filter s then pump as you did the crack the fuel line on inj 1 and 4 open air intake at manifold spray fluid start cranking spraying as needed close injs when running and you got it, thats 45years 0f cav diesel experience.
Unless the new owner just wants to make it prettier, you pretty well have the 1365 ready to go to work. You’re treating him right! Hope his trade is as good.
Loved the video Ross. The guy that you traded with is getting a sweet little workhorse. Again after she was pretty mush gonna go to a scrapyard. You resurrected another. Great job.
If you bleed it right the first time it would start the first time. Bleed both filters with the bleeders on pump open when you get air free fuel out of the pump the second time then close bleeders .
Hey Ross my tractor has one filter up top and other down just below it’s a 1255. Also my lift won’t lift either completely taken apart control valve assembly and still won’t lift. I’d like to pick your brain got some ideas wanna see what you think.
I was thinking that a little spot of paint on the the sheet metal would really make that tractor look sharp, but then I got to wondering what you do when you put paint on. I seen many video when you paint along as you go. What do you do? Do you sand the rust out first? Do you put primer one? Sand the primer? What kind of paid do you use? Spray can I assume? If it's not too much work, I still thin a spot of paid would really make it look more better. If nothing else, maybe the buyer will be more incline to see it in better shape going forward. Also I wondered, did you change out the antifreeze? And what about lights? Even an honest work tractor is gonna need some lights.
This tractor turned out to be a nice little user, I hope you’ll be able to give an occasional update if the new owner does further restoration work on it. Thanks.
The oil in that tractor hasn't been changed since the 70's. I haven't seen a Fram filter made with that depression it the top to center the bypass spring since I was a kid.
9:32 hahaha you know the thing sounds like dad hey Brody go get the thing Me: the what????? Him: you know the thing Me: the what Him: the 9/16 socket Me: oh
Lubrication is good in many situations. Great video Ross. Looking forward to seeing what you get for this tractor.
Thanks Charlie!
Good work and good results.
Thanks Carl!

Ross, I like your special service tool Busch light, I'm sure it's one of the most handy as tools you have in your toolbox 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 thanks Michael
Excellence! Nice job Ross!
Ross if you fill the new filter with diesel before you put it on it starts better!

Murphys law, whatever can go wrong will go wrong!
So true!! Thanks Clayton!
Fill the filters full of diesel then put them on; works much better.
Yep. I didn’t have any extra diesel on hand.
When you bleed those filters leave the filter bolts loose until fuel comes out around them .
There's a moline 450 near me on marketplace in omro wisconsin just like your fiat 1365
Cool!

Put an electric pump in the system and you can run it to prim the filters..

Don't you just love the smell of leather shoes when they have been saturated with diesel fuel and aged.

Did you holler “Chicken Fettuccine” before you started the engine after changing oil? That hen ran away skeerd for its life!
There is no mrs ross the Oliver man I’d assume because no wife would let her man have all that crap I mean (useful farm equipment) 😂😂😂
Lube er up and plugging away and lube job ross your turning my 16 year old mind against me 😂😂😂😂
Run out of fuel, been there done that. 😫
A couple cans of brake cleaner fixes all the spills
Ross - you have to have been/be a Hee Haw fan. So much gloom, despair, and agony!
Umm huu... That's about right Clark... 🤔🤨😏... Well💩.

Pencil arm 😅😂
Editing is overrated, give me unedited Ross any day of the week!
I try not to be negative about foreign made machines; but so far Fiat has not made a good impression on me. Those "Olivers" would drive me to drink.
Everybody's entitled to be an idiot 🤣🤣🤣 bidencomics
