Thought I would add a couple of things, the garage has 3 220 outlets and about 30 110 outlets, the Anderson windows 🪟 in the garage and doorways I just freshly trimmed in pine, there's a total of 11 LED lights in the Garage and 2 drains in the concrete floor, there's exterior lighting surrounding the property, 11 telephone ☎️ poles and wiring as your coming up the 1/3 mile driveway are owned by the property owner. Beautiful location if looking for privacy...i can see how the owner s dogs or cats would be safe, being the house is 1/3 of a mile away from the road...not that it looks like there would be much traffic going by there anyway. Most of the homes I see are built close to the road, even if they have acreage...most likely due to the high cost of pulling electric/internet that far into the woods, never mind clearing a third mile thru a forest, raising a driveway thru it and opening up that much land for the house to be built.
as an obvious dog/animal guy it really felt good to not worry about the dogs ending up in the road or anything. That long driveway gives you a piece of mind.
Well, if you can afford 950K... you will not worry about the price of oil heat!!! Nice wood stoves but I did that for many years and I will not do it again. Dusty and dirty. I also would let the grass go back to natural area. And those windows need to be triple pane. Not an easy plow on stone either in the winter. Nice home but not for someone like me.) And I edit to say that flourescent lights in the kitchen are very dated.
There are numerous trails to the ocean. 5 to be exact. The hundreds of acres of preserve has well maintained marked trails (with colors) that will take you to different areas, altho all end up at the ocean edge.
That 12 foot by 46 foot.Upstairs room with that room looking like that and all them.Red buckets in the storage shadow back.I dare say that upstairs was set up to be a marijuana grow room which would work perfect for that

This home while amazing, didn't feel like a million dollar home IMO. With that being said I watched the entire video because of Spencer's energetic and unique presentation with the pups. Absolutely not painful to watch - I actually applaud Spence for just being himself and not trying to fit into a box of what others might expect him to be.

Downeast is changing. This house went under contract in the first 48hrs we put it online.
