I’m shortly moving back to America after far too long in the United Kingdom. I’m looking for something different especially using logs as the main building materials. I have been looking in Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Kentucky and have some Amish builders lined up if needed. I’m very interested in this property and as delightful as the plans are I’d need to make a few changes for this to be absolutely perfect. I’ll be calling you soon. My only reservation is the weather during the winter months. We are two people who have a large family in Sweden and friends from around the world. This is a real contender for us. It’s in the south of England within walking distance from the beach. Built in 1870s it’s quite unique to the area. I’m filled to the brim with antiques and have to either put them in storage or sell the lot. Houses in my area usually sell within a week or two so, I need to be ready. I have watched this video over and over again and I’m very keen to call. I’m in a better position to do this now. I’m also watching the housing market drop considerably and whilst I’m sympathetic to everyone who is selling at this difficult time I’m sure it’s going to drop a lot more than most people appreciate. It’s early days but I’m still very interested and I’m going to make arrangements to visit the property asap.
