that's chinese culture. we used to sit down for dinner and waited for Grandma to take her chopsticks to pick some food before we all started taking food from the different dishes. I started cooking when I was 10, learned how to clean and gut fish, cut and wash vegetables, we have a wood burning stove with a big metal round wok like hers. Watching her brings back memories of my childhood. we have many similarities, I recognized many of her dishes.

Yes, it is a beautiful life!! And this young woman is extremly talented in all senses and authentic! I love her!! My sister in law is also Chinese and she grew up very similar, with her grandparents and uncles on the country side. Having ducks and chickens and their own big vegetable and fruit garden. And doing all by themselves, also constructing work.... And she loves as well watching these beautiful videos of Li Ziqi... But she told me, that it is super cold there in the winter and that in summer, you have a lot, lot of mosquitos. Still me too, I wish I could have my own house, my own garden and feed my family with home grown food..!

I read that some people criticize her for being unreal! l want to bring to your attention that in her interview, she stated that her video are A reflection of her dream lifestyle. There nothing wrong in trying to live to your dream or prefer lifestyle...moreover she is doing it in harmony with nature. How many of us can claim that we are able to achieve such "dream".
In some interviews, she said that her life is 90% like it is in the video. The difference is that she doesn't wear traditional clothes.
It's not unreal, if you live in a big country you know people on the country side have a life-style much more connected to nature. It's just uncommon for most of her viewers to picture people living a life with less tech-polution.

You find that amazing? I mean, I got strawberries in my yard. They grow like everywhere and you don't really need to replant them. Just fertilize the soil every 4 years or so with mineral fertilizer.

Yeah, that actually very rare to see a woman who cooks, working around the house by being creative in a Hollywood Movies, they mostly put housewife stereotype, if I made a movie I would use a Woman who go to the fields for her food for the family, her husband support her creativity rather taking it as his own because one he love his wife the most while watching the kids as a real Dad, the wife does some creative things for her family like a homemade chair that is stronger than Modern day chair etc, etc, that what Hollywood have missing for a long time.
