  • Hello everyone! I am exited to share this project with you about generating a very stable 50 Hz signal using this Tl494 module and other supporting ICs which is ideal for a modified square wave inverter. This module generates the control signal for the modified square waves with adjustable dead time so that it can be made totally customizable and all this is possible without any microcontroller!
    This module uses a crystal to provide the super stable signals. It is a compact piece of circuitry which can be really useful to design inverter stages.

    Hey, great work. Can we do the same using sg3525? I mean, use an external XTAL and output a modified sine wave?

    bhai ye lm358 ke part ko skip karke seedha 4017 ic ke output ko tl494 ke saath connect kia jaa sakta hai???

    Your stuff is proffesional but the only issues I have is how do you do pulse with modulation for something that takes big voltages??? This is only good for small voltages but what if the voltage is 230v and three phase or even if it is around 100 v, how and what IC do we used to do puls with modulation for that??

      Hey thanks for writing. As you rightly pointed out that this circuit works in low voltage but you can use this signal as an input to a MOSFET driver IC that is designed to take digital signal as input and can drive MOSFETS which can handle quite high voltages. A good example driver IC would be IR2104

    4.096 mhz isn't exactly available in my area. Can I use 4mhz crystal??

    • @UtsavShah_25
      @UtsavShah_25  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      You can use 4Mhz. In that case the frequency will not be exactly 50 Hz. For 4 Mhz the frequency will roughly be 48.8 Hz using this exact circuit

      @@UtsavShah_25 Isn't there any way to adjust the frequency??

    • @UtsavShah_25
      @UtsavShah_25  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@jahirulislamshovon9256 Well if you want to use purely analog components then it can be a difficult task to achieve 50Hz from exactly 4MHz. Alternatively you can always use a microcontroller
