Do they run multiple tire codes? Toyo's machines don't run anywhere near as fast or smooth but 1 machine can run 8 or more different tire specs in a shift
@@noemiecyr8511 I built tires for Goodyear for 10 years, the ARF and G3 machines are totally different from these. when you get the chance, search on TH-cam to see how Goodyear build, it's a good watch. Let me know what you think.
Yeah you need an operator to supervise the machine if it jams. Can't be paying an engineer full salary to watch it all day, so they pay a lower wage to an operator

It's just so simple on video, but there are SO MANY problems with that damn stations, so you running around it all the time like an idiot) I'm not talking about the fact that exactly this model has an upgrade which is putting automatically on so called "wings"...
We have 10 of these in the factory I work in. They are pretty amazing machines. Build a tire about every 40 seconds give or take a little. Our machines apply the inner liner and the wings just like this one.

Most of the time they are two on the machine an operator and a person who fills the components
Yeah this thing eats through stock like no other so people are constantly changing stock

No it makes car tires, after this the tire will be vulcanized in a mold that will give it it's final (more recognizable) shape.
