Turns out there IS a copy tool for blocks of structures! The eyedropper in the bottom left can grab multiple items, not just one at a time. So that makes the game a lot easier!

you totally can put air filters ontop of the citadel! it fits 2 of them at great height. just make sure they are pathed, it is possible to place them and not have paths to the citadel, but you can get 2 of em placed without building stairs. really helps with early o2
While i liked the initial game fest demo in future updates they added a roof mechanic that directly fights with castle building mechanics, currently roofs need to be fully supported which means 2 things, roofs need to be ridiculously tall, the game could also do with some sort of quick dial system and let me stick 8 blocks of my choice in it. Also the reason roofs exist is when it rains you lose accuracy, it was something like you miss 90% of your shots and the ones that did hit lost most of its damage.
So a castle builder with built in Save Scumming as a lore friendly mechanic. Now Im interested. :P Hopefully it expands on the facilities you can build inside, so you are incentivized to build a big castle and not just walls, if you like, need to make rooms ala dungeon keeper maybe.
This game needs *slightly* more complex storm building physics, where buttresses and the like are needed for higher building, and thus stronger building!
I thnk you may be able to copy-pasta those buildings as there is the thing above the salvage that looks like it MAY copy a stricter (maybe a complete stricter...maybe not). There is also a Undo button on the bottom of that. also, campaign mode MAY be good, if the dev is OK wit it.
I'd definitely love some more videos on this game. It looks fantastic, but unfortunately I know myself well enough to know that I would NEVER have the patience necessary to properly work with a wall builder of that detail.
