My 4 month old son has come to find Australian accents very relaxing and great napping background atmosphere; you, indeimaus and vaatividya have become regular repeat playlists in our house. Also, my wife and I love Astroneer, so this video was a very special treat!
Depends when you played. A lot of stuff got added over the years. I remember activating all the gateways and planets. Getting the ending cutscene at space altar thing. And then getting all the achievements for the golden skin. Then I come back a good while later and there is automation, trains, fabric of reality is being broken. There are gastropod pets. And overall so much new stuff to enjoy.

I have to try that juggling technique when you transport the big research balls. Just putting them in your hand (from the tractor beam) and RUNNING, as I usually do, just seems to be tooooo normal to handle those beasts, or?!:))) Thanks for the video, Floydson!

Mate, I absolutely love your down-under charming approach to playing games! Keeping with the space theme, have you considered No Man's Sky? It has funky creatures, looooads of foraging and the devs have pulled a sneaky one at release, but since made up for it. Also: spaceships.
Love the backpack system in this game. Do you want a jetpack? Gotta sacrifice a slot, more drill power? Gotta use a slot. No upgrades, no nothing, just a simple game of deciding between more storage space or more helpful items.
To any new players who watch this, automation is hugely important to decreasing the grind. While you cant automate the fetching questing this game puts you through you can automate the creation of items which saves a huge amount of time. For example you can automate the building of platforms, auto arms, storage item, ECT. Using the storage sensors makes these setups very easy to build and decreases the amount of time you spending waiting around significantly. Also automating mining as soon as possible also cuts down on the grind.
this game is fun. when i play this game it only have some basic quest and some basic tech but nothing more so i explore 2 planet and got bored. now it got quest so you have someting to aim toward and something interesting like train. terrain manipulator is great in this game. you can flaten the land with it but you can also make turnel with it too. if you angle down around 45ํํ you can make a clean tunnel to the underground area.
Nice to see you play and complete the game I get side tracked and build mental structures and warehouses. And then forget what I’m doing or where to go. So it’s cool to see how the games ‘meant’ to be played
I played this game and I never knew it was this indepth ... me redownloading it again cause Floydson the GOAT ... never stop whatchu do no matter what and also, don't face reveal ... this is nice, safe and consistently growing. whatever you play I love, buy, play and finish then come and watch again and play again rinse and repeat 😂
This game holds such a special place in my heart, i was aiming to 100% it with my best friend, but for some reason the more and more we got closer to 100% the more the game would just freeze and crash no matter what we did. But this game is honestly so beautiful and hoenstly wholesome.

Remember playing this game for a bit years ago, when it first came out in early access. Great to see how far it has come and obviously great video as always!
What a fantastic heartwarm video, my man. You are trully an artist!
I adore your content!!! ❤
Aw! I havent heard Sa's voice on your video since the Stardew days! I lvoe hearing her and the kids in the background. ❤
“It really is just tall storage….” 😂😂 killed me for some reason.
something that dawned on me is how easy it is to miss pressing c to shift the types of terrain tools (when you wanted to level and flatten the area around your base on sylva). I was like AAAAA NO PRESS C ITLL DO WHAT U WANT
but no this is super nice and its really cool to see different approaches to progression.
I always hyperfocused going to glacio because research bytes are SO CRAZY. But also in that regard i tended to neglect progression whereas you progressed fairly quickly.
so glad i caught this when it came out, love your content 😊
you 100% the game and never learned to make ramps that angle down to a planet's core, something that would have made vehicle travel incredibly easy underground. what a legend
Man astroneer has changed a LOT from when I played it last a few years ago on my ps4 lmao. I don’t remember a LOT of this from when I played.
"I thought for sure the resin was going to turn into popcorn" 😂
I love when Editor Floydson heckles Gamer Floydson, it's like he's his own Statler and Waldorf 😂
When the ad ends: 6:37

I absolutely refuse to take flack about saying bell pepper from a guy who says "conshoom", "ashoom", and "aluminium" 😂
Great stuff as always! Always down for some space snail rescue.
Always love to see new floydson video
Greetings from Norway! Thank you floydson! I love your videos, it is rare for me to watch a 3 hour long vid on TH-cam in one sitting. Wish you and your family all the best !
as a person who had this game for a couple years by now. it's insane how it took you THIS LONG to learn a "first 5 minutes" essential game mechanic.
sometimes the enticement of the game and all the things going on lead people to forget about learning the most basic of information 😂
These are the most relaxing videos for me. Every time floydson uploads its time to spend three hours locked on to some chill gameplay with chill commentary, I love it!!
Hell yeah. Love this game. Nice to see you play it.
Im so Happy that I found your video quite some time ago now. A year now ? Cult of the lamb.
So to expierence the joy of watching the stuff you do :D
Your videos brought me so much joy and happyness its unbelievable :D
I love your content and the way you doing these. Your whole personality is just great.
With this I just wanted to say thank you for all your work!
Im always so excited to see a new video is uploaded and for me this is not an everyday feeling to have :D
Thank you (and your wife of course) for this great entertainment!
Greetings from Germany :3 In dem Sinne, bleib bitte so wie du bist!
I didn't watch anything yet but ...
I knew it will be 💥 SPICY💥
keep it up "Floydson"
Normally a game like this would confuse the hell out of me and I wouldn't know what I'm looking at but your narration really helps and I can thoroughly enjoy the gameplay.
100% of an amazing game! What an achievement!
Watching this makes me want to see him play no mans sky
My 4 month old son has come to find Australian accents very relaxing and great napping background atmosphere; you, indeimaus and vaatividya have become regular repeat playlists in our house. Also, my wife and I love Astroneer, so this video was a very special treat!
I remember sinking an entire summer into this game and somehow, watching this, I realize I was not EVEN CLOSE TO THE END, wtf....
I used to watch this game ages ago and my brother got me no mans sky and I thought nms was this until I played it
@floydson Thank you very much for all the time and effort into this awesome video!! :D BTW tall storage is good to put wind or solar panels on ;) and one thing I think you didnt notice.. Vehicles come with portable oxygen :D
Will you ever do Oxygen not included?
The amount of hours ☠️
I believe in a previous video someone asked this and he said he just couldn’t get the hang of it because it was too complicated, sad
Someone did 1000 days of O.N.I. And mined out the entire asteroid 😂
One day i started saying sad days alot and i had no idea why until now i realize i got it from you😂😂😂 great videos man
it feels like I wanted this forever and didn't know it
I think it’s because a lot of us have never seen the end of this game but have seen the game around for years
I wasnt expecting the ending i love it. The end with your wife was really fun too! Thanks for posting floydson
First
Great video. I'm impressed with the automation you can set up even if it kind of does my head in. The co-op shenanigans at the end were a hoot, cracked up when Sa got launched.
I love it when you 100% things. It's so satisfying. The 100-day movies are cool, too, though.
I have to try that juggling technique when you transport the big research balls.
Just putting them in your hand (from the tractor beam) and RUNNING, as I usually do, just seems to be tooooo normal to handle those beasts, or?!:)))
Thanks for the video, Floydson!
This is simultaneously the worst and the best playthrough of astronear I've ever seen, amazing. I really enjoyed watching this.
Floydson, I hope you know that you are loved and appreciated by complete strangers from across the globe. Please keep sharing your adventures and we wish you and your family a happy and prosperous life. God bless!
1:17:11 the fact you unlocked 5e crappy large platforms instead of any of the good ones fills me with pain.
2:09:30 warmed my heart "deedueldee"🥰
I was so excited when I saw this video and watched all of it in one go cheers for the absolutely amazing content you make, man. It is always a treat to be able to watch long videos like this!
Mate, I absolutely love your down-under charming approach to playing games! Keeping with the space theme, have you considered No Man's Sky? It has funky creatures, looooads of foraging and the devs have pulled a sneaky one at release, but since made up for it. Also: spaceships.
as a guy who plays this game your base management gives me anxiety but still love your content i watch ever vid that comes out for the most part
These videos feed my soul and bring me so much joy and comfort. From one Aussie to another: cheers mate! Big fan!!
I never get tired of watching people discovering Astroneer 💜
This was a fun freaking movie, thank you
Nice to see you play and complete the game I get side tracked and build mental structures and warehouses. And then forget what I’m doing or where to go. So it’s cool to see how the games ‘meant’ to be played
Got my lunch ready, and a Floydson new video popped up...what a blessed day 😊
not sure if you have considered playing "Grounded" but i reckon it would be a great addition to the 100 day series!
just in case you didnt know when you place rail posts they will turn blue when they are at max placement range.
amazing content keep it coming!
IVE BEEN WAITING FOR THIS FOR SO LONG! I will watch it 100% this day non stop.
My favorite quote by you in so many of your videos is "a goose on the loose". Makes me laugh every time.
Letssss gooo been waiting 🙏🏼
This game holds such a special place in my heart, i was aiming to 100% it with my best friend, but for some reason the more and more we got closer to 100% the more the game would just freeze and crash no matter what we did. But this game is honestly so beautiful and hoenstly wholesome.
10/10 day when my favorite aussie uploads AND is sponsored by a game I've been waiting for
