What helps me is to remember that if something is seriously life threatening, like an actual symptom, you're not going to be conscious enough to type/google/talk/walk/roll around on the floor or whatever you're doing lol. I count to 90 seconds and once I'm there it proves to me I'm entirely safe, because anything medically serious would incapacitate you much quicker than that. You can also try running around your house or if you have a yard. Notice all the things you are able to do that someone having a medical emergency CANNOT do. The other thing that helps is paying attention to the fact you can get the same symptoms from anxiety in other situations and it wouldn't bother you. For example, if you run a mile, you will have a fast heart rate, narrowing/dim vision, struggling for air, heavy legs, and lightheadedness/dizziness. Your gym teacher would say that's perfectly normal and a sign of a good work out. It's not bad for your body to feel that way. You just triggered the same response based on your environment. YOU ARE COMPLETELY SAFE. YOUR BODY IS COMPLETELY SAFE. EVERYTHING IS COMPLETELY FINE!
It’s so real how a new symptom can totally cause you to spiral. That has happened to me before, especially over the past month. Like feeling 95% better and then a new symptoms comes out of nowhere and causes a setback.
@@kaylaglazebrook1887 yes that's me tonight, but I've had this particular symptom before and I know what's coming, it gets worse and more painful, it's pushing me over the edge. Very dry mouth and nasal cavity behind nose, muscles in throat and nose have gone into spasm so feels like they're swollen or something stuck up there, gets so dry and cracks skin, smelling really strong smells and just absolutely anxious.
March 1st, I had my first panic attack. It propelled me into a nightmare of similar symptoms, agoraphobia and losing complete connection with myself. I went from the life of the party to afraid to sit on my patio. I have learned of some legitimate health concerns but even going to doctors became a huge deal to pump myself up to do. I’m still struggling and my adrenals are shot. I hope to plug in, watch more videos and heal. I hope everyone who comments here finds healing as well. We can all get better! We will get better:)
Absolutely we will be ok:) what I did was watch ALL OF SHAANS VIDEOS 3-4 x lol And suck it all in!!!! Take his advice and follow the rule....just let it happen accept the feelings but don't dwell. I got the book by Clare Weekes too. Helped big time.
I started listening to this with my heart pounding. By the end of it I can't believe how much better I feel. Thank you for this, I hope it gets better for everyone.
@brittanysunflowerbby I wrote this about 3 months ago when I truly didn't understand what was going on with me, had my heart checked up which came out okay, no issues observed by the doctors. Still going through the racing heartbeat (I can feel it banging/pounding at times) but now I do have a better understanding of it being tied to my anxious thoughts and anxiety in general, thank you and Shaan again for opening my eyes to what's going on with me! God bless you guys!
@@TaimurKazmi-uh2hk I'm so glad you are doing better! It does take time for everything to reset. My palpitations would come back occasionally while recovering but I didn't fear it when it did, that's the key, and they will keep dissapating if you do that!
@brittanysunflowerbby it's just crazy to understand/realize how fear and anxiety tied together can manifest into something like this, it's a crazy loop I've been stuck with but have been doing much better in coping with it/accepting it. Currently reading through Dr. Claire Weekes books to develop a deeper understanding, not assigning any timeline to my recovery but can't wait to break free!!
Glad you escaped the hell that is anxiety keep on keeping on very inspiring story, I’m 52 and have suffered since about 21 it sick of just existing and my life has become so small due to self imposed restrictions, but only now trying to change things wish me luck xx

@@liztowers2058 it sucks mate, I am on holiday in Portugal punched myself to go was absolutely terrified, I soldiered on regardless and can even say I had a good day today, good luck don’t give up
Keep it going my friend I've been suffering this anxiety's disorder and panic since 21 now I'm 42 and even troughout over all this years had make me stronger and nowadays I know more about it and is more easy for me to distinguish and have this sort of awareness feeling of when or why a panic attack could come out still is a nightmare but you get used to it
I WISH I HAD NEVER GOOGLED SYMPTOMS. I am currently stuck in an anxiety symptom just because I googled it. There is no test to settle my fears of it either. All I can do is pray it goes away like my other symptoms did 😢
I know the feeling, assure yourself it's just anxiety, accept what you're feeling and just let it kinda hang out with you. If you ride it out it will go away. God bless
Whenever you feel it, Your nervous system wants Fight or flight response that you give. If you don't give then the fear comes up, that you have to overcome. This won't harm you, Just keeping the anxiety cycles
Don't worry about the symptoms going away! You have to accept that they're here and you can still move on and live and enjoy your life with them! Accepting the symptoms is the real exit from anxiety, if they go away at some point that's a bonus!
I love her description of “the nervous system is broken” because that is exactly how I feel. And also how she describes the numbness to positive emotions and hope, because that’s how I feel and that makes me more scared because that isn’t me at all.
Very relatable. Before all this, I was so easily joyful and positive. That really always felt like the real me. It's very scary to feel like your losing yourself.
It is scary, but it comes back. Apply the acceptance of feeling like shit. Never entertain the content of the thoughts, instead, ignore what they say and stick to your definition of a joyful life, write it down if necessary. Then, just keep on living. You will feel like crap, but it is important to resume life and not staying home brooding. That is the way recovery has worked for me: stick to your definition of life, there are no truths except for the one that you create for yourself, keep living and keep playing. Thoughts and sensations are just that, they are not validators of truth. Just accept their presence but don't control them, debate them or worry about them (although make sure you have anxiety and not something else, go to the doctor and get checked of course). Keep living and keep playing, might as well, right? You'll recover and get better! ❤❤
Brittany’s experience mirrors mine a lot. Can totally relate to the physical, and also the mental thoughts she had about things. Very similar, and hope she’s doing much better
I have only experienced anxiety like once every a year or once every other year. Each time the symptoms have been similar. I burned out about a month ago and that showed up as anxiety symptoms. This time I had new symptoms I had no experienced before including the snowy / speckled vision, dizziness (feeling like I was on a boat), skipped heartbeats, and head and ear pressure and ears popping. I went to two different doctors and all of my results were good / normal. It’s so comforting to hear from people who have experienced similar symptoms. It is honestly really helping me to get out of my head about my symptoms and to fully recover. Thank you for sharing!
Hi, how are your ears now. I have extreme sensitivity on my ears, they pop by sound and sometimes tremble. It started very small by I feared it so much and it got worse. I am now at a point that u don't fear it much. Ps, with popping I feal my inner ear tremble and making pop sounds by different sounds
@@Am-ej3hs they are so much better! When it first started, I had a lot of ear pressure to where it was painful. And my ears were constantly popping. They are not like that anymore and have gotten better overtime. I still experience slight pressure / popping and some fluid drainage every now and then if I have a slight setback but I just remind myself that I am still recovering and I’m doing a million times better than I was two months ago.
Amazing video. I had every single symptom that has been mentioned. Shaan has been amazing in my recovery. I also had a brain mri and heart monitor. Experienced trauma from a very young age all through adulthood and then major surgery and menopause. Nervous system is in disarray. I thank God for finding Shaan x
I’ve had trauma from a child and abuse so very sensitised nervous system. Also major thyroid surgery and menopause lady five years. I’m up and down but I know I will get better x
Awe it's nice to hear that you had a similar experience. I also had childhood trauma and that is all definitely related to the survival patterns we develop that leads to a nervous system break down. Hope you are doing well!
I would love to make contact with you Brittany, please reach out. I had the same journey but didn’t get help. I’m a perfectionist too had heart arythymia that came and went, brain mri, dissociation and dizzy but the whole thing passed after a few years. Hearing you speak now is like listening to a female version of me 🙏
Just wanted to thank Shann and the guest to share this crucial information and experience, each of interviews with different experiences helped me so so much, it makes me feel that I’m not alone with this symptoms. In the anxiety community we share our experiences and successes stories that will help millions of other people are facing the same problems. I’m forever grateful for Shann for all his work and his dedication to share…. Love ❤️!
The list of symptoms is EVERYTHING people dont say. This definitely gives some extra hope to those who dont have the “typical anxiety symptoms” and may think its not anxiety because no one talks about the other symptoms besides “racing heart”
Yes I agree. My symptoms are there all the time, they never ease off. The moment she mentioned DARE & especially Dr. Yonit’s Steady Coach, I felt like cheering happily while shedding tears at the same time! These two are my earliest resources for recovery during my anxiety peak. Dan Buglio’s Pain Free You & Jim Prussack’s The Pain PT are also awesome resources that all lead to the same thing - nervous system sensitization, or whatever term of similar meaning. They may occupy different space, applying arguably unnecessary tools for recovery, but I always believe they lead to the same goal - helping people recover. These are 2nd Generations Mentors I would say as most has earlier mentors or references. & including Shaan’s & team, legend! Yo man just like her, I came from the dizziness/vestibular space yet stay with one (here!) & yeah true other channels also solidify that main symptoms/pain only initiate the awareness to deal with the sensitize nervous system issue. I love their resources, I really I do. But having my own reasons, I stay with one.
Same here, I also suffer from chronic dizziness and severe anxiety and these people are getting me through this recovery journey , they are literally my go to people
This is exactly what threw me into the anxiety cycle. Stress followed by vestibular neuritis. The dizziness and vertigo spun off into a horrible anxiety cycle. Although I’m Getting better everyday!
I am so grateful that she shared her story. It really help me not yo feel so alone. Especially when she talks about not being able to watch tv! That’s how I am right now And hearing her talk about that very same thing I am suffering from it’s very helpful to know she is enjoying those things again. I also feel numb to live and feeling and emotions. It seems the only emotion I feel is fear. But I don feel like crying or hugging my dog or my husband. I hope I can get those feelings back. Thank you so much 😊 go bless you!
The feelings will come back, but it takes time! Those are some of the last things to come and they come and go for a while. So glad this helped, you are on the right track!
Brittany has the same story as me, I’m going through everything she’s going through right now and she finally made me feel FULLY seen and I really appreciate her being transparent with all of it cuz it makes me feel like what I’m going through is normal. I would LOVE to work with Shaan and join this community cuz I feel like I found my people who made feel like I’m not crazy for experiencing these symptoms. Thank you for all that you’re doing for us Shaan and I hope to work with you and especially Brittany soon!🥺
I love how she said “your nervous system is broken”. I think for those of us who have dealt with health anxiety, that is so important to remember. The symptoms are just a result of your nervous system being pushed to the limit.
Also, at the same time, our nervous system is working beautifully in that it's working to protect us, it just worked a little too hard for too long! Glad this video helped!
@@angeloruiz5998it's always good to get things rules out, and assuming you have, it can then be thrown under the anxiety symptoms umbrella. I also had tingling/numbness sensations.
Thank you for sharing this! I relate to all of those symptoms and it’s really tough day to day. Thank you for making me feel less alone ❤ I’ve had anxiety since mum passed on 2020 I went back into a stressful job. Then left the job and got a vestibular issue suspected inner ear issue. Im still recovering couldn’t walk or balance for about 5 months. It’s slowly getting better but long recovery and this has heightened my anxiety too! I’m not sure if trauma and anxiety has been the sole cause but it’s got worse since I’ve had it. The testimonial is really helpful and inspiring ❤Sending love to everyone ❤
I love it when I use to go to social gatherings and you are not even present in the moment, completelly anxious and zoned out because you are stuck in your head. And then someone tells me that i look so serious.Bro I'm Like here but my mind is stuck in the cicle.😂I noticed that it helps when you open yourself about how you feel at the moment, unless you are surrounded by bunch of assholes, but usually it helps when you just say,i feel anxious for some reason etc.People understand you.Its cool.😊Thank you guys for this interview,I wish I could give this lady a big ultra strong hug she is such a sweet heart.
I think being vulnerable and sharing how were feeling helps with the social anxiety and I bet others are feeling the same. Thanks for the big hug, received!
My anxiety symptoms is really bad i feel like my heart is really uncomfortable and i feel my heartbeat in my whole body and ears I get really conscious and overthinking and shortness of breath and can’t take deep breath , I’m sure I can get over this I became more healthy and strong , we can do this I will recover
Same here. Overly conscious about the heart beats and heart rate, especially during intense activities like trekking, kayaking, etc. Can feel it everywhere. I was on SSRI for a year and it’s been a year i am off it. Worst decision to take meds. Before meds i just had tingling and panic attacks (which could have been solved through vitamins as I had low vit D, after meds and taking vit d the tingling went away, anxiety was on and off. Now i dont have panic attacks but other symptoms Too much health anxiety Tightness at the epigastric region, sometimes chest when I sit. Tight stomach. Burping, sometimes heart burn and reflux Pulse in ear when doing intensive workouts, sometimes anywhere in the body Fear to visit docs Afraid to do workouts Symptoms tend to go away at night after having a very good meal. They come back once I wake up.
You need to accept each of these symptoms and not fear them. Label them as anxiety and move on with your life. Over time you will notice a difference. Fixating and fearing only makes it worse. I hope this helps, you've got this!
I was really amazed by her recovery until I heard she's on antidepressants... That doesn't mean she recovered on her own. I struggle with anxiety for 2+ years and I have been refusing to get on antidepressants cause I know I can't ever fully recover while being on them.
Thank you for sharing your videos Shaan 🙏 It's been 2 weeks since I didn't feel the physical symptoms because I followed your advices. I thought it was a trap situation of anxiety. Thank you from the Philippines 🇵🇭
You need to label these intrusive thoughts as anxiety and redirect your thoughts elsewhere. Attaching to fear will not help. Try to accept and remind your body that it will be safe wherever you are. If something happens you'll deal with it and until then let it go. Hope this helps, you've got this!
Patterns;; YESSS cloudw moving ...anything even watching tv and something like a rollercoaster shows up, or a car driving id feel dizzy and not watch it . Even talking about drs or blood work or anything would set me off.
This is insane!!! I’m literally going through this now 18 months…and they are diagnosing me with the same..Vestibular migraines and pppd.. I’ve been getting injections for the last 5 months with very little improvement along with Nortriptyline which I’m now weaning off of…I wish I could have a conversation with her 😩
Hello! Trying to check comments a bit but Shaans program or the Steady Coach program may be very beneficial for you. It takes time to heal but these approaches will help you heal!
I can feel fine, like I'm fully recovered, then I get a physical symptom and I feel like I'm back to square one until it passes. Current ones are dizziness, head/facial pressure , heart flutters, sometimes can't take a deep breath without coughing......just had blood tests, sinus mri, brain mri, ecg, heart monitor....waiting on results is really scary and hard.....trying to not think about it, not easy. In short, I'm FINE without symptoms. Why can't they just go away, it's so tiring, scary and depressing!
Unfortunately they won't go away if you keep fearing them, fighting them, etc. You have to accept them and know will come back on occasion. Recovery is not linear and those moments of a setback are even more important to double down on responding correctly. Hope this helps! You've got this!
I have just been diagnosed with anxiety and stress and have all the same symptoms as she’s just said. I just started my sertraline at 50mg a day hopefully i will start to feel better soon thanks for this information made me feel like am not alone

I’m at a point where I have accepted what’s happening to me and just getting on with my day even if I feel super anxious and dizzy and emotional and heart racing. But I have a set back every time I get chest pain and I feel my heart pounding. That’s so debilitating to me….i try to let it be and take its course but at that moment I feel so much pain I start thinking it’s my heart and it triggers more anxiety symptoms. It’s hard for me to trust myself that it’s just my anxiety when I’m having chest pain and my heart pounding and making me dizzy.
@@Strangertimes109it is, but I’m doing a lot better. I still get symptoms but not on a daily basis like I use to. I went 2 months with no symptoms at all. It was nice. I’m back to having symptoms but they are not as bad as they used to be.
I'm so glad I've seen this, 😮 but my thoracic back is also so very tight, and it spasms running all the way up to the top of my head. Diazepam doesn't really help it, unfortunately. The nausea for me is like nervous energy between my chest and gut and the feeling of malaise.
My biggest symptom is breathing problem can't breathe properly I force to breath through my mouth all the time does anyone feel same is this really anxiety?
It's always good to get checked out by a doctor to rulw anyrhing ou, but assuming you have, fixating on a symptom never helps. Try to label it as anxiety, accept it, and move on. Hope this helps!
Does it get worse before it gets better? ive been doing well with this letting the anxiety be there and living my life in the last month but i feel like its kinda worse on some days! is that normal?
I believe it can. It did for me. It felt like doing exposures and trying to let go of the anxiety was so hard that it got worse sometimes. It’s been up and down. Healing is definitely not linear. The setbacks are hard but they get shorter in duration
Shaan got me to see what’s really going on after getting the it’s just anxiety from the doctor. Claire Weeks helped get me on track too. Accept the mess and move on.
Yes this is a symptom of mine tjay comes and goes (particulqrly when im stressed) and can be a result of nervous system disregulation. Hope this helps!
That’s what I have, it’s normal. I have woken up barely have slept, sometimes in shock, panic attack ready It happens, it’s cause your subconscious is starting to have issues But it’s normal, I have had this before
I would love to connect with Brittany for support as I am going through a really bad setback right now. I would love to pay her for her support. Her story is just like mine. Hope to be able to work with her.
Hello! I'm not available to help in this way, but know that you have all the tools available to get better. You are in the right place watching these videos! We could all have so many different stories but the way to heal is the same. Accept and trust and slowly start living your life again, no matter how bad you feel. And when you feel bad, accept how you feel. If you are able to pay for help, Shaans program is a great resource! You've got this!
Iv had too axienty attacks i dnt think we can fully recover it is there as a mechanism and if we trigger that with traumas, life death work everthing in life sleep you will shock the nervouse system
You have to take it one step at a time and slowly you will heal. I do believe everyone can recover regardless of their past but it tales work and repitition and time and patience.

I've always had OCD, but after a trauma 13 years ago, mentally abusive relationship i started going down hill, i became depressed, i was paranoid, anxious, couldn't trust anyone, obsessive, then a few more traumas along the way, just added to the depression and anxiety, which lead to full blown physical symptoms, which lead to health anxiety, and finally crisis, which is today . I live in constant fight or flight, in pain, in fear, in distress with these chronic symptoms. It's unbelievable what it can do, how much power it has on the body. Never ending torture that I'm terrified I'll never be me again. Ive been tested for every single disease, syndrome, illness that you can google. I live in A&E, I've passed out in A&E and Kept in for further investigations, I've had 8 CT scans, 6 MRI's , brain and body. It all comes back to this evil anxiety.
I love the part when she says she can enjoy coffee, alcohol and weed again! It wouldn't make much sense to non anxiety sufferers but when ya know ya know! 🤣If I have literally a sip of alcohol it gives me a panic attack. So happy for her!
Totally! It takes time to adjust to doing these things again and balance is always good. For example, I used to smoke alot more weed and drink alot of coffee but I really have cut back because I like the way I feel more without them. But you don't need to fear it!
I encounter all symptoms that you said 😢😢😢I'm very suffering right now I'm 69 of weight and now I'm 55 I have too much lost because of this anxiety how to overcome of this
My Adrenal blood tests came back normal. Or so they say. Doctors don't tell you everything. I did a urine home brain health test , my adrenaline was off the charts, and my serotonin was slightly low. My cortisol came back low also, so it's all a bit questionable. That's what's driving my health anxiety Also I'm in perimenopause, so it does complicate things.
I notice when I’m too busy and I have all things that I’m trying to manage, the worse I feel. I am a control freak! I want they it all go, I just want to be and I’m so tired.
It’s basically Pots . Over stimulated central nervous system Heart racing or skipped heart beats , blood pooling in your feet , Standing up makes fatigue worse It’s all the same thing , your main goal is if that your main symptom, is to try to shift it or lesson the symptoms If you can get to a point to where it goes away but randomly comes back then that’s 100% mind/body somatic experience Read Dr Sarno books and journal

Not speaking on behalf of the program but we are just people living our lives so I'm only now able to look through some questions. As you feel better you live your life and honestly I haven't had a chance to really dive into questions.
It's fear or fainting or tipping over😂 I get it. And if I get that weird light headed feeling I panic....until I realize it goes away and I need to stop worrying to death. No use worrying. It ALWAYS went away. Always. It's just anxiety. Not a health issue .

This was challenging for me too. Moving helped me. Just keep accepting and do not fear it and it will slowly go away. Hope this helps, you've got this!
Being myself is important, don't think , when anxiety comes we just lost ourselves. Using tips or tricks won't work during anxiety. Realise one thing how you respond to this when you normal ., that's it.
Disappointing for me, because it was strange to me that it is half a year from April to September and she is already recovered, that she worked on herself and at the end she says that she takes Zoloft antidepressants. It didn't occur to me how quickly, so it's not the real healing with your work and your method, when she takes antidepressants, it means that the drugs helped her get rid of many symptoms.
Medication won’t stop the cycle completely, it gives people a bit of relief but it doesn’t change the way you react to anxiety. Which is something you need to learn to fully overcome. Medication doesn’t do that. That’s why doctors recommend medication and therapy , not only medication.
I know what drugs are and how they work and what therapies are, but as long as there is a drug, it does a lot of work for you. The point here is that I believed in this technique, that people can get over it without antidepressants, not that they take antidepressants and recover themselves with the technique, that is a lie. If she got rid of 40 symptoms in half a year, it would be a great miracle, but she is basically on medication
I will say 8 months in now that it takes a long time to fully recover. There were still times after this where the symptoms would come back. Once you start applying the principles of what shaan is teaching you can recover very quickly, which I did. I was shocked at how much better I felt righr away, but it can take a long timw to fully reset your nervous system. For clarification I was on 25mg of an SSRI which isn't even a typically starting dose and I'm now down to 12mg and feel fine. It can help lesson the volume of symptoms in the beginning I feel but it's not the solution to long term healing. Hope this helps clarify!
@alecempire8982every circumstance is different. For me I was put on 25mg, which is not even a starting dose for most doctors and am now down to 12mg. I would say it had minimal influence for me overall. I just wanted people to not feel shame if they made that choice to take spme medication. I think a recovery story later on is a great idea! In all reality it can take a long time to fully reset.
It probably seemed a bit more simple in the video, I felt SO much better at that point but it takes a long time to fully recover. I still have symptoms sometimes. Try not to compare. That alone is sending a message to your body that is not acceptance and that shows down recovery. Hope this helps!
Always set your own goals, don’t set 5 for you We are all different, if you push your body you won’t do much Some people take 2 or maybe 5 years Some maybe a month It’s all about you coming to terms slowly, accepting what’s going on, and then going through it
There are many free resources out there, including videos and books and some other programs too. If cost is a factor maybe try to order Claire Weekes book as a start, for example. Hope this helps! Strangely paying money for something helped me really take it seriously so I made the right call for myself to participate in the program.

Same here bro

Absolutely we will be ok:) what I did was watch ALL OF SHAANS VIDEOS 3-4 x lol
And suck it all in!!!! Take his advice and follow the rule....just let it happen accept the feelings but don't dwell. I got the book by Clare Weekes too. Helped big time.

God bless
Your biggest mistake is you try to get of it
Whenever you feel it, Your nervous system wants Fight or flight response that you give.
If you don't give then the fear comes up, that you have to overcome.
This won't harm you,
Just keeping the anxiety cycles
Don't worry about the symptoms going away! You have to accept that they're here and you can still move on and live and enjoy your life with them! Accepting the symptoms is the real exit from anxiety, if they go away at some point that's a bonus!
One thing I've learned about prayer. When you're asking God to help move a mountain, you better expect to wake up next to a shovel.

Thank you Brittany for listing all of those symptoms.. I could listen to those all day, that really helps

Ps, with popping I feal my inner ear tremble and making pop sounds by different sounds

I am so grateful to hear her testimony because I feel the same way and is helpful just hearing that I am not alone.
Bless you both.
Glad it helped, you are definitely not alone!
Same here, I also suffer from chronic dizziness and severe anxiety and these people are getting me through this recovery journey , they are literally my go to people
What are the symptoms of dizziness please educate me on this please! Is it 24/7 dizziness and how you feel with it
What’s helped you get better
This is exactly what threw me into the anxiety cycle. Stress followed by vestibular neuritis. The dizziness and vertigo spun off into a horrible anxiety cycle. Although I’m Getting better everyday!

And hearing her talk about that very same thing I am suffering from it’s very helpful to know she is enjoying those things again.

Thanks Brittany, I hope you’re doing well🥺🙏🏽💞
I love how she said “your nervous system is broken”. I think for those of us who have dealt with health anxiety, that is so important to remember. The symptoms are just a result of your nervous system being pushed to the limit.
Even numbness in toes for long period of time?

I think being vulnerable and sharing how were feeling helps with the social anxiety and I bet others are feeling the same. Thanks for the big hug, received!
My anxiety symptoms is really bad i feel like my heart is really uncomfortable and i feel my heartbeat in my whole body and ears I get really conscious and overthinking and shortness of breath and can’t take deep breath , I’m sure I can get over this I became more healthy and strong , we can do this I will recover
I'm also in the same boat bro how much time you are suffering?
Now i dont have panic attacks but other symptoms
Too much health anxiety
Tightness at the epigastric region, sometimes chest when I sit. Tight stomach.
Burping, sometimes heart burn and reflux
Pulse in ear when doing intensive workouts, sometimes anywhere in the body
Fear to visit docs
Afraid to do workouts
Symptoms tend to go away at night after having a very good meal.
Antidepressants can be a miracle drug. Worth trying.

Are you any better
This video has been so helpful and is definitely one of my favorites. Thank you so much for sharing it. ❤
I have almost all these symptoms. But now I developed fear of being in a foreign country and this gives me excessive panic attacks
You need to label these intrusive thoughts as anxiety and redirect your thoughts elsewhere. Attaching to fear will not help. Try to accept and remind your body that it will be safe wherever you are. If something happens you'll deal with it and until then let it go. Hope this helps, you've got this!

What do i ask for if i wanna check my adrenaline/Cortisol thing u talk about? Just a cortisol test?
I encounter all symptoms that you said 😢😢😢I'm very suffering right now I'm 69 of weight and now I'm 55 I have too much lost because of this anxiety how to overcome of this
My Adrenal blood tests came back normal. Or so they say. Doctors don't tell you everything. I did a urine home brain health test , my adrenaline was off the charts, and my serotonin was slightly low. My cortisol came back low also, so it's all a bit questionable. That's what's driving my health anxiety
Also I'm in perimenopause, so it does complicate things.
Wow, this is what I’m going through right now! 😢.
I notice when I’m too busy and I have all things that I’m trying to manage, the worse I feel. I am a control freak! I want they it all go, I just want to be and I’m so tired.
Your body is telling you it's too much! It's good to try and listen instead of fighting it, something I've learned. Hope this helps!
How do you accept the physical symptom if it's so chronic, debilitating and frightening?
I have Childhood trauma ! My nervous system is a mess , sensitive to all , sun , medication , when i sun its feels like sunburn and be so sick
Why is the video tagged for POTS?
It’s basically Pots . Over stimulated central nervous system
Heart racing or skipped heart beats , blood pooling in your feet ,
Standing up makes fatigue worse
It’s all the same thing , your main goal is if that your main symptom, is to try to shift it or lesson the symptoms
If you can get to a point to where it goes away but randomly comes back then that’s 100% mind/body somatic experience
Read Dr Sarno books and journal
@@darrend2035what if it doesn’t pass ?
Did anybody faced motion sickness during anxiety
Yes
@@crystalH30 how did you recover from it. How long did it take? Are you still having symptoms?
@@deepakkumarthakur9434 Hi yes I’m still having Symptoms I believe anything triggering brings those symptoms back Any kind of stress or emotional stress sometimes leads me back to feeling off balance.. it does tend to dissipate once you focus on other things hang in there.
Yes definitely, it can be a symptom of nervous symptom disregulation. Hope this helps!
What exactly did Brittany do to get over the anxiety?
I joined Shaans program, but I essentially learned to start living life again and taking my symptoms with me and accepting how I felt. It slowly healed. Hope this helps!
I experienced all these symtomes she listed
How’s you recover
Why eye flaoters comes in anxiety ?
Nerves affect eyes too. It'll go away.
Yes
Yes this can be a symptom as well!
@@liztowers2058did your floaters go away?
Were her hip paun actually anxiety then in the end and operations wernt reauired really
It is an interesting question and one I've been thinking about but the surgeries seemed to work! For now at least!
@@brittanysunflowerbby are you hypermobile? Just going on TMS research Dr schubiner his test his did your hip move past normal range of motion of course if your hypermobile it would anyways
When I get home from work I'm going to try to research how to join
Are these questions that we post ever get answered??
Not speaking on behalf of the program but we are just people living our lives so I'm only now able to look through some questions. As you feel better you live your life and honestly I haven't had a chance to really dive into questions.
Propranolol is all I will say lol. Still gotta do the work to recover but the propranolol will help greatly with the physical symptoms of anxiety.
Glad it’s helping. Agreed - still got to do the work.
Inspiring ❤️
Sitting/standing upright straight feels challenging 🤦🏾♀️
It's fear or fainting or tipping over😂 I get it. And if I get that weird light headed feeling I panic....until I realize it goes away and I need to stop worrying to death. No use worrying. It ALWAYS went away. Always. It's just anxiety. Not a health issue .
@@liztowers2058 it feels like something such as POTS because I feel like my heart is beating faster and I am swaying back and forth just feeling lightheaded.
Matter of fact, My muscles feel weak in general and small tasks get me easily tired. Exercise intolerance.
Yeah just venting rn
yep same here, and its usually worse week before my cycle starts i cant function. anxiety mimics POTS so much only way to tell for sure is Dr rules it out.@@princessegohoungo2142
This was challenging for me too. Moving helped me. Just keep accepting and do not fear it and it will slowly go away. Hope this helps, you've got this!
Did u manage to overcome? I have something similar
Being myself is important, don't think , when anxiety comes we just lost ourselves. Using tips or tricks won't work during anxiety. Realise one thing how you respond to this when you normal ., that's it.
I don't know where to start with your videos
I sometimes imagine if i could talk to u then i stopped and realised its not possible but i hope I could
Disappointing for me, because it was strange to me that it is half a year from April to September and she is already recovered, that she worked on herself and at the end she says that she takes Zoloft antidepressants.

@@brittanysunflowerbbycan you share what concepts you applied
Sounds to me as she is in peri-menopause as I am now!
So it took her 5 months to recover that nice
It probably seemed a bit more simple in the video, I felt SO much better at that point but it takes a long time to fully recover. I still have symptoms sometimes. Try not to compare. That alone is sending a message to your body that is not acceptance and that shows down recovery. Hope this helps!
Always set your own goals, don’t set 5 for you
We are all different, if you push your body you won’t do much
Some people take 2 or maybe 5 years
Some maybe a month
It’s all about you coming to terms slowly, accepting what’s going on, and then going through it
@@thechazz8080 GOTCHU!!🙏
Omg ive got all of symptoms 😢

Guy's how to deal with emotional anxiety. Its scary
What is sad they charge you a fortune to help you , How sad is that. Shame on the people that take advantage of the people that are hurting.
There are many free resources out there, including videos and books and some other programs too. If cost is a factor maybe try to order Claire Weekes book as a start, for example. Hope this helps! Strangely paying money for something helped me really take it seriously so I made the right call for myself to participate in the program.
Certainly sounds like me.
All same symptoms
