They won't do 50/50 because they lose that title IV-D funding

Its federal funding at a 66 percent rate for what is collected in child support. And they will give a 50/50 and still order child support. It happened to me. Neither one of us had a lawyer. We had an agreement that included no child support as long as I paid health insurance. That IV-D contractor judge crossed out the zero my ex wrote in the blank and put 200 bucks and initialed it. I paid that for about a year and a half, battling the Attorney Generals child support office the entire time and finally they dropped the enforcement order. The last correspondence I had with them was them telling me that they would no longer correspond with me. I havent allowed them to exploit my children now for almost 3 years. I support my children just the same as their mother with alternating weeks. The trick is to educate yourself with the law. You cant know your rights if you dont know the law. And dont talk to them on the phone. That is an easy way for them to bully you by interrupting you and not letting you speak. I started contacting them through email. They could not interrupt me. I could say everything on my mind. But they did take their time. And to this day still havent heard a peep from them.

If you have an understanding of it of any kind the child support agency is getting you to pay a debt to them that they owe to the federal government it's a corporation a commercial contract and once you sign it you have agreed to that contract the mother has already signed it so she's agreed to it she is also possibly giving your social security number for the debt that she has signed for with the government that's identity theft and then they accept it knowing that it is your social security and identity that's it an accomplice because the child support agency is not government so they are not immune to a suit against them. You're so so security number belongs to the social security administration not you go to their website and it says that they are responsible for any debt occurred to the number not the cardholder so child support is going after the wrong person. Also child support agency has on their site three choices to pay child support and that is 100% 50% or through direct deposit 100% is through child support agency 50% is through a third party and the third choice you got is direct deposit and it's not one you pick to be approved it's one you picked that will be used. There are criminals they're breaking the law and they're not for the best interest of the child. I am in Texas and Ken Paxton is a crook

What happens if the mother had to move to another state and the father blocks the mother and the child stop answering the calls and texts of the mother. What options does the mother have?

    Title IV-D is legalized extortion

And it's coercion too. They threaten you and scare you and threaten to put you in jail and take everything you own and destroy your life. Until the fathers can step up they're going to continue to do it cuz we are the ones that usually end up paying it. But you got a 14th amendment right which protects your life liberty and property and so does the child and they infringe on that as well. Child support agency is a commercial they are funded by the attorney general's office to have their office in your area and the attorney general represents them so it's conflict of interest the attorney general cannot represent a company or a corporation that they are in business with.

@@chrisparis6286 I agree and what these so called judges and lawyers are all in this shit. 42 U.S.C 1983. The plaintiff must prove (1) that he or she has been deprived of a right. Secured by the constitution and laws(2) that the defendant was acting under the color of any STATE LAW.

I’m curious how this would be considering I’m the primary parent who homeschools our 2 girls. I’ve been a stay-at-home since my first daughter was born. They never been in public school. I do all the homeschooling. They are now 16 and 14. I’m just asking these questions because my husband told me today that he wants a divorce. Everything, except the house utilities, is under his name. I love my girls more than anything and this has me scared and sad. Thank you.

The court finds its the best interest of the child.....the irony in this statement is so fucking hilarious it almost made me fall out of my seat....

All a women has to do is say the kids are sick and cannot see the father this week. They are sick next week too. The court could care less. If your a man, expect to lose your kids 65 percent of the time. If you cannot accept this fact, don't have children. 4 million children are alienated from the fathers in the USA today.

What if the mother denies the child to see or speak to the father with no grounds for it. HB803 BILL equal parenting.
It has been presented to the Texas legislation. All fathers need to act and contact our legislation to get them to sign this bill. But I encourage all parents on this channel to read that bill. Thanks in advance and God bless and God bless our children and may God take control over the people that don't see it fit that the child deserves both parents equally. The children have a Bill of Rights and are covered under the Constitution as an American citizen and the mother and the system are infringing on the child's rights as an American citizen because it does apply to them as well we need to start enforcing this in order to better our children and I have both parents. The legal system and these legal people don't have the best interests of the child in mine neither does the child support agency read do your research and I can give my email if any parents want to trade or get any knowledge from one another. Thanks again in advance and God bless and God bless America and our children and may God help these people on this TH-cam channel for giving MK ultra information to us
