How hard is it to get around Iloilo without a car or bike? I'm planning to move to the Philippines in 2024. But because of my businesses and work, I have to travel back to the US every 3 to 5 months and stay here for 1 or 2 months. Do they have uber type services there? Grab I think it's called? I'm torn between cebu city, BGC area and there. I want to be in a city setting, but close to beaches and nature. Also I love golf. Planning on playing 3 or 4 days a week
I was so excited to watch this vlog but little disappointed that you guys were turned around by the guard. I totally understand the guard. Please come back....i would love to see this development. Perhaps ask the head office in iloilo for their realtor to show u guys the development. I heard there will be hotels, resort, international school, commercial development etc. Pls show us phase 1,2,3, etc. Pls go back guys...maybe not on a very humid day so bianca can tolerate better...thanks!

@@arlynsaracho3319 I wish we could have flown the drone here but because of the airport the drone hits a locked out area and automatically sends it back. We were surprised it even worked where it did some airports locked out areas are very large
Beautiful houses: Beside the Santa Barbara Church Convent is a gas station at the corner street. Explore this street further inside till you reach almost at the river. From this corner gas station across are several houses, but at the end are the beautiful houses of Former Congressman Boboy Syjuco (peep inside the compound to see its twin houses), and the big beautiful Jalandoni residence.
True but the a/c busses replacing the jeepneys are kept lower cost and that is a great improvement not yet reaching the local part of Santa Barbara unlike Iloilo City

We are considering it but it isn't just rumors Canada, USA all as of July 23 this year say we shouldn't travel there (on their official websites)

The old airport is at Iloilo proper. And somewhere in Santa Barbara the water there is the color of tea and its drinkable.
Do you mean where Megaworld Festive Walk is now? And water the color of tea but you can drink it?

We have no car or bike. Iloilo has Grab (Uber type company) and lots of taxi that actually use the meter
