A few weeks ago I did it for the first time and to be honest, I couldn't do the whole thing without taking a huge break between the jumping squats. But now I just did the whole thing successfully and consistently :)) thank you Emi for these workouts, it proves that you don't need to pay for a gym membership to get fit

I've had this in my "gym" playlist for about a year now but never did it. Did it today and absolutely love it! I alwaysss chuck in a sneaky break to my workouts but this one I could do twice over with no breaks. Really motivational!

I really recommend doing this 3 times ! The first time you are like : easyyyy The second time : oh okay i see, i feel my heart and i sweat, but i am still good for another one ;) The third time : yesss, i pushed myself to do it, i am dead right now, but it was worth it !! Never underestimate a workout like that, i am telling you :) it is only 10 minutes of your day, if u do it 3 times you can do it!

(Swimming also help!) after swimming I ate dinner ( I just eat what my parents make lol just a smaller postion!) btw I ate dinner around 4-5pm! Day 3: I did this workout 2 times!+ Ab workout this morgning! Today is Day Two of this workout, and I'm feeling good!
My workout plan is to do this 3-4 times a day. (Two in the morning, and two in the afternoon through the evening)
I'm limiting my diet to no sweets or junkfood! (Which will definitely be EXTREMELY HARD FOR ME..)
I'm about to start my summer break so hopefully I'll be close or at my goal by the end of summer break!
(My break starts in June, ends in September)
- ALSO!! I will probably be doing other excerises like going on walks, and spending some time on my eleptical at home!

You know I suggest u who is reading this to do this workout its actually GREAT!! IT REALLY WORKS like My waist size was 27cm before starting this work and in just 3 days my waist size has decreased its 25cm now I'm really happy btw today is the 4th day of doing this workout I really love it its fun and also I highly recommend u to do this workout if ur planning to learn k-pop dance it really improves the energy really fast and makes u less breath less I'm saying this cause after I started doing emi's kill this love workout I have improved in my dancing too! The second time : oh okay i see, i feel my heart and i sweat, but i am still good for another one ;)
The third time : yesss, i pushed myself to do it, i am dead right now, but it was worth it !!
Never underestimate a workout like that, i am telling you :) it is only 10 minutes of your day, if u do it 3 times you can do it!

Day 1: i did this 2 times at the morgning + a abs workout! And 2 times + a abs workout at around 5pm ( basiclly at night )✅ Diet:I basiclly stop eating at 6 pm and eat breakfast at 9am or so! (This is a kind of fasting basiclly!) Breakfast: One bread that is zero calorise and much protein! Lunch: Nothing lol😅 dinner: Fish (salmon) and potato! (Salmon is very healthy and potato is just a side dish)👌 Also remember to drink much water!!!!✅ (btw I did eat some food that has protein after the workout at night! You can do it! Its up to you!)
Day 2: Breakfast: same as yesterday! (i’m sore in my legs from yesterday but still did it and it was easier this time!) 2 times this morgning + abs workout! ( actully i almost remember this workout in my head😭the song relly motivates!) i’m also going swimming today! (Swimming also help!) after swimming I ate dinner ( I just eat what my parents make lol just a smaller postion!) btw I ate dinner around 4-5pm! I also did this workout 2 times at around 6-7pm!+ A ab workout!😅 (My legs are so sore lol but lets keep it up!) after the workout I did eat a little food with much protein!
Day 3: I did this workout 2 times!+ Ab workout this morgning! (I’m still sore lol but its getting better lol) and then At 5-6pm I did this workout 2 times + Ab workout!✅ Diet: Breakfast: The same as yesterday! Dinner: Ricepaper rolls!❤ Lunch: Nothing😅
Day 4: same as yester day
Day 5: rest day
Day 6 : same as the day before just i did just the workout at night (5-6pm)
Day 7: same as day 3 ( just my breakfast was avocado toast and egg! And i eat not so much sugar! ) guys I took a picture at day 1 and day 7 I see diffrents! Lets keep going!
