I do not understand music the way you do and the way you break it down makes the songs even more beautiful. I believe in this song, he has been in pain for a very long time because of a love lost and in his dream, he has found a perfect love. That is why he never wants it to end in the way that dreams always do upon awakening. He wants the dream to go on forever. I love watching Dimash sing almost as much as hearing him. I am always in awe of how he gets himself psyched in his head to immerse himself emotionally into each song he sings. At times I forget to breathe. I live in America so I am thankful for the subtitles in English. Thanks for sharing your musical knowledge.

Ciao Giacomo. Questa è una vecchia canzone dell'era dell'URSS, scritta da Igor Krutoy per la nostra primadonna Alla Pugacheva. Dimash ha eseguito la versione "maschile". Qui dice che l'amava così tanto che aveva paura di perderla! Questo amore è come un sogno, come una fiaba, e ha paura di "svegliarsi". Testi molto belli. Trova la traduzione di questa canzone, Dimash ha espresso ogni parola semplicemente incredibile! Grazie per la tua reazione!

There are. They're known as Gandharvas and their chanting is difficult to imagine how other-worldly and unique it sounds. I've heard them once. The voices sounded almost like some kind of musical instrument, yet, it was obviously produced by vocal chords of some non-human beings. The back-story is, my spouse came from their realm originally and they came to say good bye to her. It was a short chant, we both heard them. (I know, this sounds utterly insane, but nevertheless, it's totally true)
On the other hand, I'd advise against the idea to end up in celestial realms after death, since the stay is temporary - one will sooner or later descend back into human realm. One is to avoid heavens and transcend all samsaric abodes. - ''Anityam, anityam, sarvam anityam'' - All forms of existence are temporary and transient.
Uno dei miei brani preferiti di Dimash e, senza ombra di dubbio, anche una delle sue migliori performance a livello emotivo, d’interpretazione e di tecnica !!!
Il soffiato di Dimash è sublime, poi in questa canzone sembra davvero che anche con la voce riesca a dare una carezza all’ascoltatore, per non parlare dell’Ave Maria, semplicemente una gemma di rara bellezza e del finale: assolutamente impeccabile !!!
Sarò esagerato e sicuramente di parte, ma questo brano, per me, è un dono all’umanità che non deve e non può essere sprecato !!!🥰

Cómo siempre excelente su reacción. Esta canción es hermosa, y su interpretación soberbia, cómo va en crecendo, desde notas muy bajas, un pasaje angelical, y termina en sus notas altas y sosteniendo por tanto tiempo al final, de verdad que, cómo lo hace? Bueno, Dimash es un trabajador incansable, virtuoso, preocupado por satisfacer a su público, y nunca nos defrauda. Respecto a su interpretación de el himno nacional de Kasakhstan ayer en la noche de boxeo, cómo dice usted Giacomo, mamá mía!!! Eso fue brutal, apoteòsico, y ha dado que hablar en las redes sociales, y es que Dimash se merece eso y más. Debe verlo, para muchos, lo mejor de la noche, incluida la pelea estelar de esa trilogía, jaja, se inundó Twitter e Instagram, con merecido reconocimiento a un gran artista, nuestro príncipe Dimash. la prima volta che ho sentito questa canzone ricordo che mi scesero le lacrime per le forti emozioni che mi suscitarono , trovo che la sua interpretazione sia semplicemente perfetta , tu Giacomo, come sempre, hai spiegato benissimo tecniche vocali che, in questo brano, da ignorante in materia, ritengo impeccabili e difficili , ricordo anche, che mi domandavo come fosse possibile che un ragazzo così giovane ,fosse così bravo da emozionarmi fino a tal punto, ecco perchè adoro questo artista ( per me potrebbe cantare anche l'elenco telefonico ) e non mi stanca mai ascoltarlo . suggerimenti per eventuali tue reazioni su Dimash, ne avrei parecchie, alcune di quelle che mi vengono in mente ora sono : Unforgettable day GAKKU , STRANGER nell'altra versione in Super brother (show in cina dove fa delle cose incredibili e di cui mi piacerebbe sentire il tuo parere da esperto ) Show must go on ( in quella occasione aveva 22 anni ) Adagio ( brano cantato da Lara Fabian ) e vabbè , mi fermo ,anzi no Screaming è un altro brano che ha interpretato sempre in modo diverso , non sono capace a mandarti i link ( sono imbranata ) ma se riesci a trovarli ...... dai SORPRENDIMI !!!! 😉😉😆😆ciaooooooo alla prossima reaction e sempre complimenti

Giacomo sei bravissimo e sempre preciso ed è bellissimo sentire una reazione di un italiano data la poca notorietà di Dimash in Italia dove pare che il successo appartenga a tutt'altro tipo di musica e di cantanti ..... Purtroppo so che anche tu, come tutti noi, per quanto molto molto competente e preparato, riuscirai a spiegare solo una minima parte di quello che vediamo e sentiamo.... Qui non bastano le parole uomo e donna, tenore e soprano, per definire la voce di Dimash, bisogna ricorrere a generi più trascendentali per cercare di capirlo.... Senza considerare tutta quella vasta gamma di emozioni e comunicativa che ha questo ragazzo del kasakistan (ma sono abbastanza sicura che un giorno troveranno da qualche parte la navicella spaziale con cui è atterrato......)

I started to follow Dimash since he sang “Ikanaide” in Japanese. I am originally Japanese and lived in Italy for 7 years. Now I live in USA for years. I love Dimash as a singer and as a human. If you have the time I would love to hear your reaction to Samaltau. It is a very stripped down piece. Bare white room, Dimash, kobyz player, and I’m not sure what the other instrument is (rainstick?). The story is incredible and sung in his native language. Be well good man.

The Maestro Igor Krutoy (piano) and Dimash presented the song here on Alla Pugachova's 70th birthday on April 2019. She is a famous singer in Russia. The event took place in the Kremlin in Moscow.
Maestro Krutoy composed this song 28 years ago for Alla Pugacheva. Valerya Gorbacheva wrote the beautiful words. Now Igor and Dimash have refreshed the song and Dimash made it his song, incomparably beautiful. The interpretation is completely different from the original. I melt away every time I hear the song.
* Igor Krutoy (Krutoy means 'Cool', *1954 in Ukraine SSR). He lives and works in Moscow/ Russia. He is singer, a world- famous composer and music titan in Russia (billionaire). His family lives in the US. Krutoy came out of retirement to write songs for Dimash. The maestro and Dimash have been working together from time to time since 2018. They are friends and have a father-son relationship.
Krutoy wrote of what working with Dimash meant to him: “How lucky it is to be doing what you love to do, writing for such a brilliantly feeling singer, evoking deep emotion in the audience and being in demand'.

Krutoy does not mean cool. That is a new fashion slang.
The song was written by Igor Krutoy in the year Dimash was born (1994). This was the 70th birthday celebration of the original Russian singer who had a hit with it. Her version is so opposite to Dimash’s version of the song!

Sapevo che questo brano ti avrebbe colpito, la parte dell’ “Ave Maria” è impressionante quanto inaspettatta. Visto che hai chiesto altre raccomandazioni, ti chiedo, hai visto/sentito mai un cantante esprimersi in “delfinese”?
Cioè vocalizzare il suono al di la della gamma umana di 20 Hz a 20 kHz, i delfini sono capace di emettere suoni da 20 HZ a 150 kHz, praticamente un udito sette + volte piu raffinato del nostro. C’è una canzone di Dimash “Unforgettable Day - Gakku”
(th-cam.com/video/u52XDilf628/w-d-xo.html) dove raggiunge la nota D8 al confine dell’udito umano e sulla soglia di quello dei delfini. Pazzesco.

@@jacks_reaction Hai detto bene, Dimash sembra un’alieno, quello che fa lui non l’ho mai visto fare a nessuno. Ogni volta ci stupisce con note sempre piu alte e acute, fino al punto che solo gli animali saranno capaci di udirlo. Imagina un concerto di Dimash, invece di centinaia di spettatori, ci sono delfini, gatti, cani e pipistrelli 😄😄boh si capiranno tra di loro.

Ciao Giacomo, come sempre sei obbiettivo, preciso, chiaro anche per chi di queste cose non sa niente...in poche parole BRAVISSIMO.Questa canzone la cui sola introduzione mi stende, in realtà nel testo che ho letto in italiano tradotto da una Dear, non parla di un amore tragico bensì di un amore trovato che ha tirato fuori il partner dalla miseria e dalla solitudine...Il testo se non ricordo male recita che "Io merito questo amore...." E ancora"in spero che non sceglieremo la solitudine "....E anche per questo che è un brano che amo molto...Di lui hai già detto tutto.... È davvero un ESSERE PARTICOLARE per questo delicato e assoluto equilibrio maschile-femminile raro da incontrare....Di te dico che sei MAGNIFICO ANCHE TU perché metti a disposizione il.tuo dono con umiltà e .sincerità e TI RINGRAZIO MOLTISSIMO per questo.Un caro saluto

Hola Jack's recién me suscribi a tu canal, me gusta como nos explicas todo lo que hace con su voz nuestro amado y majestuoso Kazajo. Soy una persona grande y es la primera vez que sigo a un cantante, en el 2020 lo escuché por TH-cam y quedé impactada y embelesada. Es un cante exquisito y único, pero también es una persona con valores que son ejemplo para muchos .... simplemente se adueñó de mi corazón. Thank you again for an interesting reaction! As already mentioned in the comments, the song was composed by Igor Krutoy for Alla Pugacheva in 1994. If I remember correctly, Igor has told that it took time to find such lyrics for the song that Alla had approved. Finally she said ok to these. Alla was living a very happy period and also performed the song as a happy one. The same with Lara Fabian, who performed the song later. For Dimash Igor rearranged the song and in this version the man is melancholic, doubting his love, wondering whether or not it would last - but hoping for it. First at the end he's confident enough to shout out his love for everyone to hear.... Dimash sang this in 2019 when he was 25 (soon 26).

Questa bella canzone è stata composta da Igor Krutoy per Alla Pugatcheva nel 1994 (anno di nascita di Dimash). Dimash l’ha totalmente cambiata e l’ha arrangiata in modo da farla sua, e come per Sinful Passion, modellata per la sua voce. Una bella rispolverata. Ascoltare gli « originali » per credere.

Ciao Massimo, grazie mille per il commento, gentilissimo! :) Non saprei darti una risposta precisa, alcuni dicono che raggiunga 8 ottave di estensione (considerando che già un bravo cantante di alto livello se ha 3 ottave e mezzo o 4 è già tantissimo, è ancora più formidabile).... Per quello che ho sentito io finora, considerando anche il fry nella zona bassa e i fischi nella zona acuta, ho contato 6 ottave PIENE su cui è in grado di cantare. Poi magari scoprirò che può andare anche oltre, chi lo sa!!

If something happened in my life and I could only have one of his songs it would be this one. Every time I hear it without fail it is a knife to the heart. And the delicacy with which it is done at the beginning wow. I will tell you I believe that Russian is a very complex language and I have found that what Ifeel from his singing it in several songs is different from the translation we get. To me this song is full of melancholy especially in the beginning. I have no explanation but he needs nothing he is an act of nature. I do know that the song was written for

Cher bon Giacomo, Permets-moi d'ajouter quelques notes à celles que je t'ai adressées il y a 2 jours. Cette fois, j'aimerais faire quelques remarques bine plus ciblées concernant Love is like dream. J'ai émnormément apprécié tes commentaires et tes hésitations quant à l'interprétation de cette chanson qui défie, à vrai dire l'entendement. Tu nous a laissés entendre qu'il s'agissait peut-être d'un amour qui avait sorti le protagoniste de la solitude, que cet amour s'était essouflé et qu'il n'en restait qu'un rêve...En fait, tout cela n'a pas la moindre importance. Ce qui compte, c'est l'interprétation sublime, éthérée qu'en donne Dimash, avec des accents à fendre l'âme, une voix que toi-même tu as qualifiée d' "angélique". Une voix d'ange, ça veut tout dire, et ça ne veut rien dire, car les anges ne sont point de ce monde et l'on aurait bien du mal à les définir comme des êtres appartenant au masculin ou au féminin, sinon qu'ils appartiennent à cette catégorie d'êtres indéfinissables. Dans ce passage où justement Dimash se révèle "angélique", avec des accents sublimes, indicibles, il a les yeux clos et semble se trouver, pourrait-on dire, dans une sorte de "transe" mystique.
A cet endroit, on aimerait se demander comment dans sa vie personnelle, intime, ce "mysticisme" se traduit. On se prend à fantasmer, imaginer Dimash en amant sensuel, avide d'érotisme. Et l'on s'aperçoit que l'on est incapable,de se l'imaginer dans cette conjoncture. Indubitablement, il n'est pas homosexuel et n'est pas attiré par des membres de son propre genre ; quant à son hétérosexualité on se permet d'en douter pour la raison que l'on ne peut se figurer ce héros dans une situation où il s'adonerait aux plaisirs de la luxure dans un contexte hétéro. Et pourtant, il se dégage de tout son être une certaine sensualité difficile à définir, une sorte de libido "angélique" qui ne correspond à aucune définition, aucune inclination libidinale. Dimash est issu d'une famille bourgoise du Kazakstan (orth?) ; son père et sa mère étaient tous deux de grands musiciens et très tôt se sont rendu compte que leur fils avait de très rares qualités qui méritaient d'être cultivées. Comme le petit Wolfgang Amadeuis, Dimash a été pris en mains par ses parent à un très jeune âge. Ils l'ont façonné, poli, modelé pour en faire, musicalement, un véritable joyau musical. A ce qu'il parait, Dimash se serait marié récemment. On imagine difficilement ce chanteur "angélique" à la voix "angélique" vivre en couple. Toutes ces remarques, peut-être, te paraîtront complètement déplacées en ce que dans le domaine de la critique l'on doit toujours différencier entre l'artiste et l'homme.
