To be honest, I wasn't entirely happy with this review. I'm not sure why, I just don't think I did the show justice 🙁 Which is a shame, because I really enjoyed the show. Haha, you may have inspired some of my stills. Although my girlfriend said they weren't very good and I shouldn't do them again 🙁 She did watch your Kakegurui video last night though, and said that was very good 🙂 I think I was smart enough for this show, but maybe not smart enough to process the information as quickly as the show required. Quick complicated dialogue is sometimes hard to follow, and sometimes you want to double check that you got everything right 🙂
@@nicholaspurcell5960 Ahaha, well I feel like a good senpai XD Tell her I said thanks, and it's your first time using stills like that right? I'd give yourself a few more shots with the concept before deciding whether or not to keep at it :) Okay I gotcha. Yeah I've run in to that too ^^ Hey, can you reccomend me something particularly cute or heart warming? I nearly threw my tv out the window after episode two of Dress Up Darling out of sheer rage.
@@Michael_Matsuzaka I have used stills before, just not many. I will continue to give them a go, but it depends on the video. Sometimes a script calls for lots of stills, sometimes I don't have any ideas for them. What happened with Dress-up Darling? I thought it was supposed to be good? Cute isn't really my speciality. However my faves in the cute genre are probably: Girls Und Panzer. Love Live! The school idol project. Rozen Maiden. Bamboo Blade. K-on! Nice bit of Googling for you! 😛 Btw... I noticed you dropped the Christian conversation thread, which is fine. I just hope you didn't do so because I offended you or anything. That certainly wasn't my intention 🙂
@@nicholaspurcell5960 I thought I replied to that other thread, I'm sorry! For the sake of condensing I'll reply here. I get where you're coming from and I appreciate the encouragement ^_^ Dress up Darling had my hopes up for some relatability, then spent 90% of episode two making sure the viewer memorizes every inch of lead girl's body. The intro leads me to believe that a similar process will be held with other female characters. I'm reasonably sure it will not capitalize on it's potential. I tried Love Live, but it didn't hold me. I liked K-On, and finished season one. I forgot why I didn't watch season 2. I'll have to try those other three :)
@@Michael_Matsuzaka Are you not intending on continuing with Dress-up Darling then? I'm Surprised it was so poor considering all of the hype. Love Live! Really isn't my sort of thing, I only bought it because it was on sale. But I don't know why, but I really loved it. The characters really appealed to me and I loved their positive upbeat enthusiasm. Sorry it wasn't for you! 🙁 I can't guarantee you'll like any of my recommendations, but of the cute shows I have seen, those are my favourite 🙂
I don't usually watch videos of shows I haven't seen and this didn't make me want to watch it! Even though I like Durarara and Baccano was okay, this seems more out there and less interesting.
Good review man :) I know what it's like to watch an anime and realize I'm not smart enough to be watching that XD Also, did I inspire you a little?

You and I both know someone high-pitched, whiny and over the top!!! 🤣🤣🤣
Well..... the character in this show was whiny..... but not THAT WHINY 😛

Occultic Nine is very interesting... as long as you like science and ghosts! 🙂
