Tessie has been a very busy girl in this video. I'm so very late tonight because I've been a busy girl too at my son's house helping with yard work before the rain starts tomorrow. I enjoyed the sister chicks tonight. I know it must be my eyes... But the chicks looked bigger to me 🤔. The BlackBerry pie filling sure looked good and I believe I feel a craving coming on lol. That was a cute surprise when your granddaughter was explaining the donations to hubby and everyone knows Granddaddy's can never say no to the grandbabies 😊. Everything was nice and clean outside like a storm never came through. Busy busy girl. The bunnies with the greenery to hide the cracks in the ears was a good idea. I saw you cutting chicken with scissors and wanted to tell you I love to cut almost everything with my kitchen scissors. For me it's faster than a knife. What a difference a week or two makes, Tessie! It's hard to believe that the fierce winds and heavy rains you and your neighbors were trying to cope with not that long ago were in the same place that these beautiful sunny shots were taken! You were able to just stroll out to the chicken house today and collect the eggs, with no worries that you'd be airborne (or drenched) on your way back to the house.
I'm so glad you decided to leave the little clip of you, Chevy Man, and your dear granddaughter in the video. She's such a sweetheart. It's nice to see a few moments of just pure and simple everyday life. In these chaotic times, there's something really relaxing about that. ("Oh yeah....! Normal. I remember normal!" 😀 )
I like the "plastic surgery" you did on your bunnies too. They look really cute and "springy."

With all the unsettling things happening, I think everyone needs time away from the instant information network. I think it becomes overwhelming, especially if you are locked into certain videos or news channels. Covid caused me to be glued to my screen, and I became overwhelmed quickly. Taking a break is a healthy thing IMHO. take care of yourself, and thank you.
You need to order some glue that's used for miniature models, like my sons paint. My younger son fixed a figurine I have that the arm had broken off. I tried to fix with hot glue, but my son said he could fix it better. He took the figurine to his place and used his model glue. You can't even see where it was broken. Anyway, just a thought for your bunnies. God bless, dearheart.
I thought I was going to move, but searching for the right apartment has been proven to be challenging, so i used most of my canned food /freezer food for three weeks.

Great video! Our weather here in south-east Iowa has been changing daily to the point it is hard to keep up. I was feeding the wood stove last weekend and today it is 79 degrees. My husband and I are still waiting (trying to be patient) for our first solar generator to be delivered! I am so very excited to start using it!

I just ordered sugar online, less cost than store, also Real salt. This, I hope will be a savings when our blueberries come in, looks like another bumper year, so hoping the sugar is less now than later for canning jelly, syrup, etc. I wish you lived nearby, I'd give you free blueberries, especially if you would help pick, Tessie.

You need to get a pair of wire cutters to cut those wreaths. I think you are using kitchen shears. Try to get the right tool for the right job, it will make it so much easier. Maybe Scott has a pair for you.

I need help.. I have a 3 pound ham in my frig. I'm not going to eat it now, I'm going to cut it up into smaller portions but can I just bag it in zip locks and freeze it? Or should I cook it into a soup and or with potatoes and then bag it? That was sweet seeing that random interaction. That was a GREAT idea for the fix on the bunny's ear just brilliant. Thank you for that tip.
what I just did yesterday is because I got a free hand using my store points I just cut it up in cubes and froze it without cooking at first

Happy Tuesday my dear lady. Last night my neighbor at 3a.m. walking to a gas station. Since Iowa is an open carry state since 2021. We husband and I went to a local store and bought a 9 mm handgun with laser pointer. It was a breeze to pass the federal background check. So we paid for it along with the bullets. Some places we cannot take our guns to except Walmart which has to be hidden.
