  • We had some leftover acrylic disks from making Christmas ornaments. They made a great testing medium to try out some new tools. Here is a comparison of how my new Diamond tip drag bits performed in contrast to the old V-bits. Please like, sub, share yada yada yada.. Thanks for watching!

    I find if you do it on the back side it looks 100% better but you need to flip the image ( mirror) it in your program and only use cast acrylic when cnc these things

    Wouild be interesting to see what it would look like with some Rub 'n Buff on the engraved areas.

    I found 60 degree drag bits work best
