I’ve been painting houses for 30 years, and I’ve come to the conclusion that everyone sees colours differently, I’d say it would be a miracle if everyone liked. As long as your girl likes it, that’s all that really matters! New paint looks great!

Everyone has different tastes when it comes to selecting paint colors and decorating. Regarding your color choices for the gate and house, I approve! I myself really like it, and would pick the same for my own home. It’s nice to see something a bit different than what everyone else chooses. Your home will stand out and be recognized. You did an excellent job, and next summer I will hire Luba for some painting here in the USA. 🤣👏🇺🇦

Just need window boxes, a couple of hanging baskets from the Awning and maybe low level box hedges planting from the drive to the entrance door with woodchips, gravel or slate chips on the driveway so it doesn’t get muddy in rain or winter.
You do an excellent job of painting 👌. Very tidy lines too in your painting skills. Here where i live we would call the roof poking out over the front door as being named, the front porch. The house is now looking like it has "taken on a whole new lease of life". I love it 💕

I think it looks really good. Before, it was dull. Now it is vibrant and beautiful. I have done many projects of my own and they do not always turn out the exact way I want, but it is always cleaner than what was there. Good job 👍🏻

We call it a “Awning”
Came here to say the same. "Awning", "aw" pronounced like "aww" talking to a baby, not like "oww" if something hurts.
The material that the awning is made from is called "corrugated tin." The peaks and valleys in it are corrugations. 😊

Regarding the roofing I would be concerned that it is asbestos not tin

Looks great. Maybe you could put green above the windows where you said you ran out of paint. It would make the beautiful shapes in the wood stand out.

I like the door color. I have a red-brown door with white trim. I like the window colors and the second green color on the side windows. Looks fresh and clean. All the best to you kids from USA

In America we would call the roof area many things also. "Overhang" "the eve" but the most common would be "soffit" great job what ever you call it. Its looking like a warm inviting home again.

I love the transformation you and Luba have given the old farmhouse. New paint is always a good thing. My maternal grandparents had an old house that never had any paint; always wondered why? And grand dad was from the old country(Sweden), where they also love all sorts of colors adorning their homes and their clothes. Can't wait to see what else you guys will get into next!

In general Blue does not last as long in sunlight, it fades quicker than other colours so well done changing it :)

Hi guys The colors look fine for the age of the house. The best thing you are doing right now is preserving the old wood frames from rotting out. Paint can always go another color. Keep up the Great work.
i like the colours you have selected , they look natural and traditional ...they blend in with the out side colours well.
I like it, I also like blue (I used blue on my house). I thought the door looked like Christmas colors, but when everything was painted it didn't look like Christmas anymore. Very nice painting ❤

The door canopy looks really nice, sort of like royalty. The brown gates and windows are a fine choice. The green on the door shows hospitality.
