A collection of filming taken in the first two weeks of March 2024.
Featuring:
Hitachi (AT300 series) EMUS: LNER Azuma classes 800/1 & 800/2 9 & 5-car bi-mode EMUs & class 801/2 9-car 'AC only' EMUs, and the newly liveried ‘Eleanor’ set;
A pair of Azuma AC EMUs in early morning foggy and icy conditions;
TPE Nova 1 class 802/2 5-car bi-mode EMU;
Lumo class 803 5-car ‘AC only’ EMU.
AC Locomotives:
InterCity 225 class 91 & Mk4 sets: 91106 and 91107 ‘Skyfall’ (twice).
Charters:
LSG ‘Steam Dreams’ charter with LNER A4 60007 ‘Sir Nigel Gresley’ (see separate short);
‘The Whitby Jet (Midland Pullman)’ charter with HST class 43 43055 & 43049 ‘Neville Hill’ (twice);
‘International Rescue’ Branch Line Society charter with GBRf Class 57 57303.
plus managing to eventually film a few of Northern’s class 150 & 155 ‘BR 1980s era’ DMUs.
All filmed on the East Coast Main Line (ECML) around York with an
