They shunned a sick and blind cat and left him to try to survive on his own
Meet Plato, a resilient and affectionate cat who has endured unimaginable hardships. This is his story of survival, hope, and the search for a forever home.
Plato was found in a dire situation, his eyes completely damaged by an unspecified disease. Later, it was revealed that his condition was due to a viral infection, exacerbated by his compromised immune system. Despite his severe state, there was a silver lining-the infection was not transmittable to healthy animals, making close interaction safe."
The infection in Plato's left eye was so severe that the veterinarians had no choice but to stitch it shut since that eye was no longer feasible to treat. He was in need of extensive care, and thus began his journey of recovery with the help of compassionate rescuers.
He was named Plato, and immediately started looking for a caretaker who could monitor his condition around the clock. At the same time, his caretaker began raising funds for his treatment. Plato needed all the love and support he could get. While staying in foster care, Plato showed an incredible spirit. He was extremely friendly and amiable, never attempting to scratch anyone despite his condition. He was somewhat playful, often hopping on and climbing anything he saw in his vicinity. Just as things seemed to be improving, Plato suffered a severe illness. It was a tense and heartbreaking time for everyone involved.

Plato is absolutely gorgeous, he's got a good physique, is muscular and seems so well-behaved and affectionate, he's a dream come true for any family who likes a quiet and friendly kitty. Glad his much better and that you got him help, BUT I'll adopt the cat and give him a better home than keeping him a shed in the garden like you're doing!!😡 I have 14 indoor cats all loved at any time of the day that they want to cuddle with me, again unlike your doing by keeping them in a shed! That's not a life really! If that's your only option, then maybe it's time you start asking people to adopt from other countries if it comes to it that no one from your own will!
