I love how you gush about Transformers and how it's your favorite of all-time... And say "I've seen it like 5 times!" Like that's a lot. Most people I know watch movies they only kind of enjoy that many times over the course of their lives just because of how life plays out.
I grew up watching the SpongeBob, South Park, Simpsons, and just recently watched Beavis and Butthead’ movie. They’re all great in their own right, but they all follow a similar format. Characters go on an epic journey to fix some kind of conflict. But I still love them all because they’re not only a joy to watch, but you get a hidden message out of them too. It sucks that people always sleep on animation
One show that I HIGHLY recommend, which also has a Movie, is Hilda. Hilda is honestly one of the greatest shows I've ever watched and its Movie, 'Hilda and The Mountain King' is AMAZING. The show's plot is really simple and engaging for anyone to get into, the characters are some of the most wholesome and charming characters to ever be present in a show. I LOVED Digimon the movie it was my favorite as a kid next to Toy Story 2 It also had All Star from Smash Mouth play before the movie ended, boom, MASTERPIECE
The deaths in transformers the movie were probably scarring given you grew up watching these characters play basketball one episode and idc if they’re robots, ultra magnus getting gunned down and then exploding right after is like watching a soldier get brutally gunned down then for extra measure get abruptly blown to pieces by a grenade
Love the new setup DB, real classy. Seeing Cartoons making the jump to the big screen will always be a great ocassion, like a graduation! God I love the Pokémon movie, the Transformers movie, the Simpsons movie and the Digimon Adventure OVAS
I really love how cinematic they can be. It's like because they knew the movie was going to be on the big screen, they brought their A-game and upped everything to a whole new level.
The new set-up threw me through a loop, but it's so crisp, professional, and you look super excited in this video! I can tell this was one you enjoyed making, and the new setting has definitely changed something for the better. You continue to evolve and your videos have been fantastic quality. Keep up the hard work!! This was a video I looked forward to seeing; now I'm feeling nostalgic for the Transformers Movie lmfao
You know what was (in my opinion of course) and underrated classic was "Dexters Laboratory: Ego Quest". That movie has been the seed for every one of my sci fi ideas
I'm probably gonna get a restraining order for knowing this 😬, but Happy Birthday Man! I have only seen a few of the movies mentioned in this video, but I still get so much nostalgia from seeing all of these that it's just insane, even for the ones that I haven't even watched. Looking forward to the new set-up, though I will miss the old one greatly. Again, Happy Birthday and have a great day!
Seeing the theatrically released Yu-Gi-Oh! Movie was a defining moment of my childhood. And I got to relive that feeling by going back to the same theater in my hometown to watch Dark Side of Dimensions.
I've watched every single Pokemon movie and the thing is there all fuckin amazing, not a single one of them is bad, the stories are always well written, the conflict is cool and the music goes so hard like you wouldn't believe, each movies credits song are literally straight fire and are so fantastic even on there own and are the absolute perfect footnote to each film.
What Jirachi lacks in action, it makes up for in spades with its story and character moments, the finale with Jirachi is one of the best moments in Pokemon, pertinently capped off with "Make A Wish" by Cindy Mizelle.
I'm gonna miss the old background. It made the videos feel more authentic and original. But hey, props to you Adam. Also, if you ever do a part two, can you mention Ben 10 Secret of The Omnitrix? It was really great and considering you're already a big Ben 10 fan, it's not far out of field.
I remember absolutely loving a straight to DVD tom and Jerry movie where they partake in a ginormous race, and all the other contestants just straight up die
5:00 fun fact about this I learned recently, the MPAA only allows 401 swear words before a movie must rated NC-17. So, the creators of the South Park movie intentionally added as many swear words as they were possibly allowed to barely keep the film's R-rating.
I only found out just recently that the music that plays in the Thug Tug in the SpongeBob Movie was done by British metal band Motörhead, which is just even more awesome. It’s not the only time they’ve gotten a metal band to play a song in SpongeBob but it’s still both funny and awesome to know.
The reason that South Park: Bigger, Longer, and Uncut only had 399 swears is because if they swore 400 times the movie would have been rated NC-17 instead of R. As if one more swear would make any sort of difference.
I had Rugrats in Paris and the Wild Thornberries crossover on DVD when I was a kid, but I legit did not realize there was a movie that came before either of them until now.
It's not theatrical, but to this day Ed Edd N Eddy's Big Picture Show is still my favourite finale to a cartoon. Some of my other favourite cartoon movies are The Spongebob SquarePants Movie (it's ridiculous the amount of times I've seen that one, very nostalgic for it) and Wakko's Wish (I've only recently seen this one and whilst I don't think it's the ideal finale for the show I still like it more than a lot of other cartoon movies I've seen).
I wish the Spongebob Squarepants movie was actually the series finale like Stephen Hillenburg meant for it to be. But no, Nickelodeon refused to let their cash cow at the time rest and the show is still running to this day.

I really Wish the Powerpuff Girls Movie didn’t bomb at the box office, it was such a great Origin story of the iconic Trio. Also It had a Gorillaz reference so that’s another plus
Warner Bros has done so much unforgivable shit even up to now with their franchises but the way they mis-advertised The Powerpuff Girls Movie is on a top 10 list out of a million things I'll never forgive them for. They made the movie look like it was a girly, kiddy movie that would only appeal to that demographic AND released between comparatively more popular movies. They didn't even have a second trailer, for Christ's sake! All it did was discourage Cartoon Network from releasing an original theatrically exclusive movie ever again. We could've gotten Secret of the Omnitrix, Operation Z.E.R.O., Big Boogey Adventure, Big Picture Show and Steven Universe The Movie on the big screen! They don't hit the same when they're released on TV. Craig of the Creek may not be as popular as those shows, but it's a great show and I believe that their movie deserves a theatrical release. I also remembered how they were more than four theatrical movies based on cartoons that came out that year: The Powerpuff Girls Movie, Hey Arnold The Movie, The Wild Thornberrys Movie and Scooby Doo 2002. I'm sure there are some movies based on anime that came out that year but haven't seen them.
Looking back, 2002 was also a year chock full of movie sequels. Star Wars Episode 2, Men In Black 2, Harry Potter 2, Blade 2, Cinderella 2, Spy Kids 2, The Lord of the Rings 2, The Santa Clause 2, Peter Pan 2 and Stuart Little 2!
I liked it. Though its pacing could’ve been improved a bit, at the very least, the film did what it was set out to do: set up an extended origin story that fans can enjoy. It was everything outside of McCracken and his team that gave this very little fanfare, mostly at the fault of the studio at the end of the day. Audiences, sure. Some of them stuck to viewing the TV show, but the studio was one of a few factors that killed any chance this and other CN movies had to go big (I’m well aware some eventually changed to straight-to-TV) It was the chock-full-of-sequels (as stated already) that unsurprisingly overshadowed this, the unfortunate time window this was released in combined with the film’s contents, and the barren marketing that completely missed the vision that McCracken wanted to present: their original Whoopass roots. Just goes to show that Hollywood has ultimately never improved, and that’s very apparent even now.
you NEED to cover across the second dimension next and i will be so disappointed if its not in the cards. its literally so iconic and one of the most viewed animated tv movies im pretty sure
I don't know why, but every time I watched SpongeBob movie as a little kid, I was so happy and stress free, that the moment it ended, I just shreded to tears, because I was so sad, that the fun has ended and the real world is still here
Kinda surprised you didn't cover Phineas and Ferb: Across the Second Dimension. I was so hyped for that movie as a kid being a huge fan of Phineas and Ferb, and it's one of the few movies that blew away my already high expectations and I still love it as an adult.
Such a cool new setup there Bolt, To be honest though it makes your videoes way more refreshing and in some ways cinematic. Really love the darker lighting.
Fun fact the South Park movie went through multiple titles because paramount disapproved of them because they were too inappropriate, luckily the creators found a way out of it
Yeah apparently the title they wanted was "All Hell Breaks Loose" which was turned down (which seems odd since there are plenty of movies with "hell" in the title) so they changed it to the more sexual-sounding "Bigger, Longer, and Uncut" that was still acceptable.
I just watched The Breakfast Club with my dad and afterwards searching up Judd Nelson who was apart of the film and I remember on the Wikipedia that it said that he voiced Hot Rod a year after starring in the movie, I dunno if he’ll ever comeback for the roll of Hot Rod/Rodimus but I hope we can get a cameo or something in the next Transformers film
For how old transformation the movie is im so surprised on the detail, the feeling of unicron, and his smooth animation, i was so surprise on the amazing animation for the time

Some of them stuck to viewing the TV show, but the studio was one of a few factors that killed any chance this and other CN movies had to go big (I’m well aware some eventually changed to straight-to-TV)
It was the chock-full-of-sequels (as stated already) that unsurprisingly overshadowed this, the unfortunate time window this was released in combined with the film’s contents, and the barren marketing that completely missed the vision that McCracken wanted to present: their original Whoopass roots.
Just goes to show that Hollywood has ultimately never improved, and that’s very apparent even now.
you NEED to cover across the second dimension next and i will be so disappointed if its not in the cards. its literally so iconic and one of the most viewed animated tv movies im pretty sure
Should’ve done at least one of the Ninja Turtles films. Regardless, lovely video!
I was so hyped for that movie as a kid being a huge fan of Phineas and Ferb, and it's one of the few movies that blew away my already high expectations and I still love it as an adult.
part two
I watched the spongebob movie in college last month and it was one of the best movie watching experiences of my life
Diamondbolt: Dill, who is the most annoying character in anything ever.
Scrappy: Are you challenging me? Let me at 'em!
both of them are perfectly fine when they are used in less well ya know ways
Dill in the show is nice very wholesome scenes
The amount of hate Scrappy gets is unwarranted.

Such a cool new setup there Bolt,
To be honest though it makes your videoes way more refreshing and in some ways cinematic.
As someone who watches Bob's burgers daily, covering a murder is a big step up. And I saw the movie in cinemas and I loved it.
Honestly, I'll miss the old background
can we appreciate how good the setup and camera looks 👁👄👁
"best cartoon movies"
"Sees Pokemon and Digimon in the vid"
Me and weebs: *RREEEEEEEEEEEEE*
I just watched The Breakfast Club with my dad and afterwards searching up Judd Nelson who was apart of the film and I remember on the Wikipedia that it said that he voiced Hot Rod a year after starring in the movie, I dunno if he’ll ever comeback for the roll of Hot Rod/Rodimus but I hope we can get a cameo or something in the next Transformers film
therapist: diamondbolt with a shitty background isn’t real, he can’t hurt you
diamondbolt with a shitty background:
Yeah I don’t really like it
The 86 movie was my introduction to Transformers, so naturally it has a soft spot in my heart. It's also just my favorite movie ever!
9:48 animes are cartoons…
Omg hearing Bolt talking about something Digimon related is so awesome
Regular Show: the movie
Steven Universe: the movie
Nice new setup, Bolt. You've definitely got....THE TOUCH
Ed Edd n Eddy's Big Picture Show is the greatest television movie of all time. Phineas & Ferb ain't got nothing on that show.
For how old transformation the movie is im so surprised on the detail, the feeling of unicron, and his smooth animation, i was so surprise on the amazing animation for the time
Been a sub for 2 years now and like how you keep changing but still be entertaining.
