The contentious (putting it lightly) relationship between Zaun and Piltover spans way back, maybe even before Vander’s and Silco’s time. Most of the conflicts from the show stem from Zaun’s uphill battle for sovereignty, a fight so arduous that both Vander and Silco lost their lives to see it happen. Sevika’s much the same in that regard, but the position she holds now is leagues above what Vander and Silco could’ve ever DREAMED of holding. Her voice might not matter as much as the other council members initially as seen from how they contemptuously gaze at her during the ending, but believing that Zaun’s chances for independence are dead in the water disregards their struggles to get her in the first place. Dreams don’t instantly manifest into reality, much less one that that’s as politically and systematically charged as the conflict between two warring nations. It’ll take time, disputes, disagreements and maybe even breed hostility within the council, as did Silco and Vander in their leadership of Zaun before her. But unlike the two late leaders of Zaun, who grasped at the idea of unattainable independence at the cost of their family, Sevika doesn’t have to dream. She’ll fight just as hard as them with the power not just to grasp, but to make Zaun’s independence real. So yeah, Sevika definitely has a chance.

And Jayce reminded him that his struggles as a boy, not being able to run, was the fidelity that he just couldnt understand. The constant search for improvement, is better than reaching perfection.
These two loved each other, undoubtedly. Jayce's relationship with Viktor has always been very emotionally intimate, far more so than his relationship with Mel's. The way they hold each other at the end... it's plain to see that there is nowhere else they'd rather be. ;_;
Arcane revolved entirely around Jayce and Viktor. We, the viewers, were too preoccupied with how well-written the characters (Vi, Jinx, Ekko, Caitlyn, Heimer, Vander, and many others) who suffered as a result of the creation of Hextech.

Mordekaiser was a conquerer named who Sahn Uzal. He died, got disapointed that there were no gods and glory in the afterlife, and got resurrected by sorcerers to be used for war. He killed them and started conquering again. He created the Imortal Bastion, basically the largest castle in runterra that still makes up the center of Noxus. He conquered Runterra like 1000 something years ago and was betrayed by LeBlanc and the black rose. According to the lore, he actually planned to be betrayed in order to go back to the death realm to raise an undead army.
My favorite quote from season one was, "In The pursuit to do great, we failed to do good." Never expected the climax of the show to be the two of them rectifying that.
Imagine being Machine-Viktor, assured that your evolution was the True goal... only to learn that an older version of you from FAR down the timeline had moved on further, and decided the path you both went down was the wrong one, and has been going back to try and manipulate things so HIS future doesn't happen... That your 'evolution' is actually a path to failure, and unless you break from it, you will end up where he is, trying to undo it. That Future-You's entire goal was to make you and your friend be friends again, so you could both balance each other out, and defy that dark future you would have headed towards. And that the only way to entirely prevent that future from happening is to put both of you out of the picture for this specific point in history, where The Bad End would happen no matter who won. To deny the Bad End by removing yourself from the timestream, at least for a little while.
While it’s nice that we get closure to their relationship I’m like of curious about what exactly happened to them when they decided to call off the glorious evolution. Like were they vaporized or had they’ve been teleported somewhere else and if so where? I’m going to be reading a looot of fanfics.

The contentious (putting it lightly) relationship between Zaun and Piltover spans way back, maybe even before Vander’s and Silco’s time. Most of the conflicts from the show stem from Zaun’s uphill battle for sovereignty, a fight so arduous that both Vander and Silco lost their lives to see it happen.
Sevika’s much the same in that regard, but the position she holds now is leagues above what Vander and Silco could’ve ever DREAMED of holding. Her voice might not matter as much as the other council members initially as seen from how they contemptuously gaze at her during the ending, but believing that Zaun’s chances for independence are dead in the water disregards their struggles to get her in the first place. Dreams don’t instantly manifest into reality, much less one that that’s as politically and systematically charged as the conflict between two warring nations. It’ll take time, disputes, disagreements and maybe even breed hostility within the council, as did Silco and Vander in their leadership of Zaun before her.
But unlike the two late leaders of Zaun, who grasped at the idea of unattainable independence at the cost of their family, Sevika doesn’t have to dream. She’ll fight just as hard as them with the power not just to grasp, but to make Zaun’s independence real.
So yeah, Sevika definitely has a chance.

And Jayce reminded him that his struggles as a boy, not being able to run, was the fidelity that he just couldnt understand. The constant search for improvement, is better than reaching perfection.
These two loved each other, undoubtedly. Jayce's relationship with Viktor has always been very emotionally intimate, far more so than his relationship with Mel's. The way they hold each other at the end... it's plain to see that there is nowhere else they'd rather be. ;_;

Whole plot is basically Victor getting what he wants but then realizing he should have chosen the other thing so manipulating the timeline so he chooses the other things XD
Old Victor tried giving different runes to kid Jayce, but it didn't work, because he needed acceleration rune, so when Ekko uses same rune when throwing the thing at Victor - it would actually work. In all other timelines rune didn't match, and they were failing

Mordekaiser was a conquerer named who Sahn Uzal. He died, got disapointed that there were no gods and glory in the afterlife, and got resurrected by sorcerers to be used for war. He killed them and started conquering again. He created the Imortal Bastion, basically the largest castle in runterra that still makes up the center of Noxus. He conquered Runterra like 1000 something years ago and was betrayed by LeBlanc and the black rose. According to the lore, he actually planned to be betrayed in order to go back to the death realm to raise an undead army.

Imagine being Machine-Viktor, assured that your evolution was the True goal... only to learn that an older version of you from FAR down the timeline had moved on further, and decided the path you both went down was the wrong one, and has been going back to try and manipulate things so HIS future doesn't happen... That your 'evolution' is actually a path to failure, and unless you break from it, you will end up where he is, trying to undo it. That Future-You's entire goal was to make you and your friend be friends again, so you could both balance each other out, and defy that dark future you would have headed towards. And that the only way to entirely prevent that future from happening is to put both of you out of the picture for this specific point in history, where The Bad End would happen no matter who won. To deny the Bad End by removing yourself from the timestream, at least for a little while.
While it’s nice that we get closure to their relationship I’m like of curious about what exactly happened to them when they decided to call off the glorious evolution. Like were they vaporized or had they’ve been teleported somewhere else and if so where?
