We can all agree that Antony Starr is too good for Homelander; every time he’s in a scene, you feel anxious for the other characters involved, cause you just don’t know if these people will make it out of this scene alive. With that said, though, his impeccable performance is backed up by insanely good writing that adds a lot of depth to Homelander’s comic book counterpart, who is basically a spoiled brat with no threat factor. Also to say, that Noir being Homelander’s clone twist in the comics ruins both Homelander and Noir; the show’s getting rid of that makes both the Earving Noir in the first 3 seasons a better character on his own and Homelander being 100% responsible for all the insane shit he’s done.
Magic doesn't really have a "weakness" to magic, like it's not built into him like kryptonite or red sun radiation, he just doesn't have any special resistances to magic. He's as vulnerable to magic as any other human is, his telekinetic aura may make him invulnerable to almost anything, just not magic.
Anthony Starr and Jake Green make Homelander Iconic and when you think about it Homie has that Calm Menacing Look, Friendly Charm, and Unstoppable Powers as the T-1000 and the Narcissistic Hypocritical Personality and the Fear of Mortality and Death as Lord Voldemort.
1:59 just want to clarify for anyone wondering thaf thar video isnt falling homelander shit, but is using homelander on how to do evil superman right, unlike broghtburn, who the thumbnail is calling dhit, it comrs from a youtuber called "just stop"
I don’t think dying is a fitting comeuppance. Since they introduced the idea that powers can be taken away, this would actually be a much more fitting conclusion for someone who fancies himself a god and ends up as a middle aged guy with a myriad of enemies, a very famous face and no actual real world skills.
Mans is way too crazy for his own good lmao.

*reads the title and looks at the army of evil Superman clones* BET.
Homelander is a once and a lifetime villain. Beats any of Marvels villain.
Including the Batman rogues.
@@skybite BATMAN rogues have been done to death.
The closer look made a really detailed video why hes so terrifying as far as his writing goes.
If they adapt Plutonium from Irredeemable. There are people who wish that Homelander is a good guy.

Homelander is my favorite antagonist. I know I'm supposed to hate him, but Antony Starr plays him so well that I can't.
He really is a menace
There will be no Villain like Homelander
Mr Beast 😈 Enters the Chat

Nemesis? id argue he is more evil than homelander
kill monger was my fav black panther villain
now thinking of it can sam be on same level of homelander because a sam vs homelander fight would go hard
