Are you guys even paying attention to the lyrics of Rocky's song? It says right at the start of the chorus "I came, I saw", which in latin means "Veni, Vidi".
"Veni, vidi, vici" (I came; I saw; I conquered) is a Latin phrase popularly attributed to Julius Caesar, one of the most prominent Roman figures of all time.
The music has common themes of imperial and military expansionism, like right before the chorus when it says "Create, explore, expand, conquer", something that Rome did quite well.
They are Rome fans and that's not surprising, they're the OG civilization after all.
