Did you have to put 20% down to purchase this property? How can a normal person afford a $460,000 home as a rental property? What are your tips to afford something like this?
This type of cash flow is very dangerous as full houses rent easy when the economy is good, but since every few years economy shit the bed and all the investor don't use their own money to buy property that could lead to a lot of headaches..better thought is to buy a cheaper condo inner city with 180-200k 2 bed 2 bath and easily you can rent it for 1500 average.. 10 yrs you'll pay that off with ease instead 500k house it will take 25 yrs, with many years infront of you and volatile economy, people that do night move and else... it's quite the risk
