You can have strange feelings of vibration or tingles and twitches, yawns and burps or crying to let go of the old energy as the healing energy is clearing out what no longer serves your highest good. It is sometimes hard to explain with words the magic of energy healing!. I am glad you had such a good healing session. Listen as often as you feel, you can never receive too much reiki, the energy knows what to clear and heal
