- You choose your focus for this unique Reiki Session just as you would for your own individual Reiki session. Remember that Reiki always helps you for your highest good, regardless of any intention you may want to focus on and this is true with all Reiki because of its nature. Therefore, even though we choose our intention of focus, we always allow the Reiki to flow for our highest good and receive, knowing this loving energy can only be helpful to mind, body, emotions and spirit. Reiki is not harmful because it is simply universal life force energy.

Dear Andrea, Dear souls,
2 days ago, I was craving for a meditation/Reiki of the unknown...i opened the TH-cam and voilà..this reiki session appeared in front of my eyes...
My intention was "my mind, body and soul are healthy ". When I thought of my mind, a twirling light of sparkling beams were created around and in my head, when I thought of my body, the same energy was in and out of my body moving from head to toes and then a silhouette of me was floating in a space...my mind was keep repeating the intention slowly and I was diving in... when suddenly, instead of MY MIND BODY AND SOUL ARE HEALTHY was altered to MY MIND BODY AND SOUL ARE BEAUTIFUL without knowing 😲. My mind was repeating this probably for a while. My intention was adjusted unintentionally. I don't know what to say at the end, there's no punch line, that's how real it is 🙏💋
