I've heard that when U R born with a Birthmark it is from how U died in a past life. I have a birthmark on my right leg. The day after this I walked into a room and suddenly out of the blue some images flashed in my mind. With more and more theraphy I would lie in bed and suddenly some more images suddenly emerged. They were tramatic and shook me with crying. I had no idea about a birthmark but when I told my mom about how I got shot in my right eye lost lifetime with the bullet probably exiting the back of my head to the right my mother told me that I had a birthmark there. In another lifetime I was shot in the back. I have a birthmark there too. The act of brining the memories to concious awareness actually reduces the unconcious effect they have on you. Before I remembered one of my past lives I would lock myself in the bathroom, feeling like I am loosing my mind. I would be gripped with horrible sensations, thoughts and fears. When I remembered a past death of being strangled with my corset and remembering how I felt suddendly I realised how this had been effecting me and causing all those horrible feelings. After I remembered the past life and realising its effect I was free and never again had those same sensations. Yes, it is tramatizing to an extent but from my experience it has a greater hold on you when you don't remember. Being aware and being more concious (by bringing the unconcious memories and restoring them to the concious mind) is far better than being unconcious...you become more capable, you have more energy at your disposal, and everthing is suddenly more clear....you start noticing things you never could before. I here and now release the subconscious patterning that makes me believe miracles are not possible, people don't change etc. All these expectations of the worst in order to not be disappointed.... I release Irritation, Anger and sadness thats connected to my past disappointments and led to these mechanisms.
