I've seen a concept for a rail made with copper which makes minecarts faster or slower going on it depending on the redstone power delivered to it which would have made copper more usefull.
i kinda like the bundles thing it is sorta like trying to reach your hand down and pick up an item however items more down are practically impossible to reach cause stuff is in the way
I think they are doing it this way to experiment as it can break builds and contraptions in existing worlds but i hope they definitely increase the speed for everyone
Absolutely useless fact: Hoppers used to naturally generate on End Cities ships with a bunch of iron on a snapshot, so since then they never had a natural generation until now.
I feel like they are doing ALL parity with Java & Bedrock to just fuse them together or scrap Java's support at some point where they are equal. Maybe not 1.22, but who knows if 1.23, or 1.24 will end the support of Java and only update Bedrock so they can improve development speed and performance? Minecraft Bedrock has so many possibilities and chances to be BETTER than Java, they just need to fix issues with several bugs, visuals and support mods (also returning the file missing for mods recently)
It's never gonna happen. Mojang has decided that if Microsoft attempts to remove java in favor of bedrock, mojang ends its agreement with microsoft and leaves. Java and bedrock are both official versions that are promised to never be removed.

i wish the minecart speed wasnt just a gamerule and could be achieved in normal survival minecraft

This is probably one of the best snapshots in the past few months. Very vanilla+ and fixes very ancient features 😂

Mojang is just doing so many quality of life and random changes to improve the game. And I'm here for it
minecarts are so cool now
Item rarity adjustments are cool, we could get like a legendary rarity later maybe for stuff like the Dragon Egg and maybe certain other items.
The redstone one might mess up some peoples farms
So happy they added the baby mobs from bedrock

They broke redstone (they no longer update blocks)

bedrock is worse in a whole host of ways. Would hate for this to happen.
Unfortunately this probably will happen but bedrock to be as good as java will need much more time maybe 3 to 5 years
