    I did This workout IMMEDIAETLY after you’ve upload it, because i was actually about to train ( perfect timing coach btw) and it was one of the most effective warm up routines i’ve ever tried. Definitely adding This into my workouts, thanks for great content coach 🥊

    My crossrope is 75% the reason I lost 100lbs during the lockdown. (Combat training is also a huge majority haha my math sucks) Now that the weather is starting to get warm again I’ve been jump roping and I’m still doing the basic jumping so this is something I need! Thank you!

    I have a question, could jump roping replace running? I don’t have time to run like I need to and I want to build my cardio up as I’m going to be fighting on Streetbeefs soon. I do have time to jump rope because I can just do it at home (where I work) but not sure if I should be doing both. Thanks for your videos as they’ve been helping me so far!

      Not really to be honest. Trust me I've tried in the past. But what beats both is just more boxing, and more boxing at high speed.

    Love your work. I came across your channel while learning to skip, started browsing around which eventually led me into joining a gym and learning to box! Any chance of finishing off the 30 days skipping series?

      Cool! I most likely wont finish it. But if you did this workout straight through with no breaks that would be better than day 30.

    Could someone please tell me what timer they use? 🙏 I usually use the timer on my cellphone for basic 3 minute rounds but for more complex timing (like a bip every 30 sec or breaks, intervals and so on) would someone happen to know a good app or something? 🤔

      It's my timer, it's only on the apple store right now "Precision Interval Timer" I created it so you can make almost every possible combination of intervals

      I'll have to find another solution. I looked up on Amazon but those real timers like they have in my (closed... ) gym are pretty expensive.

      @@Astyanox I’ve been using Timer Plus and have no complaints so far. You can edit your training as you wish. Hope it helps you!

    I've been at a club over a year and i *still* don't know how to do this. :/ I only jumped rope as a kid and never liked it much anyway.

      You don't have to skip to be good at Boxing bit it helps A LOT in the first couple years
