    There’s a lot of footwork drills but this channel is the best, you can workout at home as a footwork day (the length of the video is long enough to practice).

    This is fantastic. Going to do this today. You posted a video which features a Floyd Mayweather bag routine where you throw 12 punches in a row then throw a left/right Hook for 3 minutes. We'll, I did this with my GF yesterday and it was an absolute killer routine. We loved it. Thanks man for all the great content. Awesome 👊💥

    Hey Coach, this was great. Watching Eddie the G-man’s clip made me aware of how much I need to improve footwork and ankle/foot and calf strength. Major improvements over the last three weeks and I’ll work this drill regularly!

    I love to do footwork as a warmup, it gets me in the mood for training it doesn't matter if it's boxing or S&C. I usually freestyle for 10mins or so and try to include everything i know. I'll definitely to this 😁👍

    Nice workout. I prefer the all mixed in versions you have. Could you do a HIIT version of it for this channel? It'd be really taxing and good for the overall boxing/body conditioning!

    When is it okay to start switchn stances ...
    Coz Crawford does that and Jon Jones does it however , Floyd has always boxed in an orthodox stance ... Can u pls elaborate on this in a separate vdo ???? 🙏🙏🏼

    Off out to wrk this legs were stiff during light spar with bro n law due to playin football yesterday off to wrk this as bn traing under fatigue purposley like switching partners fresh wen am all out using thiis as fight prep first in 20yr 😊thanks

    At 1.5 speed.... This turns insanely Intense ...
    Reminds me of your footwork vdo where emphasize quick foot movement....
    Did this once at normal speed ....
    Second time at 1.25 .... ( Could still match the tempo , somewhat)
    And 3rd time at 1.5 speed .... Cudnt match the speed ... Took break and did the complete vdo ... !!!
    Will end with normal Speed again ... ( Did the entire vdo at normal speed but took some breaks .... Was exhausted af )
    Can u pls provide the Quick movement ( FW ) vdo link to this Jt

    Did the above with breaks in between .... Sometimes more than 2 minutes ....
    I wudnt advise anyone to copy the above routine .... Coz I've been doing this for a while a now ....

    Sometimes when I do shadowboxing with 12oz gloves and without, sometimes when I throw a punch, I feel a sort of shock going up my forearm. I was just wondering if it anything concerning.

    Thoughts about using elastic ankle bands on this? We used to do that at my old gym for movement drills and shadowboxing sometimes when we wanted to be extra. Good idea or will it promote bad habits?
