This was fun...sometimes the moves come naturally and some require lots of practice but the combos flow really nicely off the head movements. To be effective in a practical sense, many of the slips and ducks are subtle rather than exaggerated moves. Thanks again Coach👍🏽🔥🥊 for consistently bringing the heat!!

For the algorithm and for your efforts. It's interesting since I watched the Precision Striking vid first so it's like I'm going back in time to when JT coached himself up to get ready for the full speed PS vid.

@@boxinghomeworkouts Coach I will use your workouts as I need to burn 10kg of fat from my body!! The lockdown in UK did not help as my body fat is 28.3% with the mass at 21.5kg. I feel 4-5 times a week boxing training along with good eating should show a difference end of June 2021.... Will keep you updated 🙂

As always, amazing content. This is a superb boxing coaching channel. One small thing that I am not sure has been mentioned, but the last combination appears to be different to what is written on the screen. It didn't bother me too much. Once the flows were in this just became a quirky challenge, but it might be a little confusing. Anyway, I thought you might like to know. Thanks again for recording these superb sessions. They have been very helpful.

Just did this one again today. I like the flow combos a lot, and was wondering if we could have one like this, but with both head movement and footwork, like integrated shifts and pivots, switch steps, along with the pulls, slips, rolls, exits, etc. Maybe with one of the conditioning exercises for active rest between rounds too for some real fire?

How are you sir. I've been following you for some time and love your drills/workouts. I usually throw them as my finishers. Is it possible you can put a workout or drill with the standing reflex bag. That be great so I can put mines to use lol. Thank you

I know you've probably got a to do list longer than crawford and spence's reason for not fighting... but any chance of cobra bag one? Just bought one after seeing you use it for the fighting taller fighters vi.

I think its best to learn this shadowboxing, then transfer to the bag. I've had more success practicing these head movement/flow workouts slowly at first. It really helps to get the technique clean.
