Pretty impressive that you guys dived this deep without much training. Swimming underwater in the pool helps managing your oxygen consumption but free diving is a different beast. Like Jon mentioned it's easy to panic when you go up and feel the pressure in your chest of having to take a breath.
Nah it's the same, they've had a lot of practice over the last couple of years. The pool where they do their daily diving is also salt water, so it's similar to the ocean.

One of the coolest vlog episodes in a long time! Adventure free diving to see sunken statues in a crystal clear water from a carbon luxury Wally boat. That and the editing with good vibes from the gang, keep it up!

edit: I've looked it up, I guess about 12 years, the Esense (44 Meter long Sailing Yact) was fairly new back then, and I really loved the minimalistic design!
