The ship with the submarine and helicopter on board is called The Legend. It´s a former arctic icebreaker ship and was transformed into a luxury yacht that is still used for explorations. The german TH-camr Felix von der Laden spent a night on it and captured it in a video. He even dove to the bottom of the ocean in the submarine off the shores of malta. For all the german speaking people here I would recommend watching Felix` vlogs because I think they are the highest quality vlogs in german language on TH-cam as far as I know. Almost as good as Team Overkill Vlog :)
