Favorite baking channel. Been watching for years from Norway. What I love most is the explanation and using both metric and imperial measurements which makes it easy for everyone as the US are the only ones still using the imperial system from the colonial era🤣🤣🤣
I love to use almond extract in my butter cookies, in my opinion the flavor is the perfect combination. Back when my Momma got the recipe I use from her best friend she always used just the egg yolks in the cookies. She lightly whisked the whites and brushed the tops of the cookies before the last couple of minutes of baking. I generally just leave them as is or decorate with sprinkles at the most to let the natural flavors shine.

I love to use almond extract in my butter cookies, in my opinion the flavor is the perfect combination. Back when my Momma got the recipe I use from her best friend she always used just the egg yolks in the cookies. She lightly whisked the whites and brushed the tops of the cookies before the last couple of minutes of baking. I generally just leave them as is or decorate with sprinkles at the most to let the natural flavors shine.
