Are you referring specifically to just filtered coffee? I have seen a summary of research showing filtered coffee was broadly beneficial while unfiltered actually raises cholesterol. I'd be happy to be set straight if there's better data on it.
Not again. Chai is a Hindi word which means tea. Don't use a tea bag. Use loose tea powder. 1 cup milk, half teaspoon of tea powder and sugar as much as u need. Boil this for five minutes and done. U could add ginger as well if u need a good masala chai
